THEY WILL CHEAT YOU! They double billed on the rental cost, double billed on the "safe move" When I went in to ask, it was like, oops, easy fix'. But how often do they get away with that? They charged for 2 gallons of gas for THREE MILES and would not trying refund half when asked even though they agreed it was only 3 miles. Watch them carefully!!!!

Went with a friend to pick up uhaul. The lady helping us was extremely rude, barely said two plus words and I even asked her the dogs name TWICE and still didn't get a response. The other girl told me the name. The rep helping us did not walk us to the truck just pointed. Very unprofessional in my opinion. On the other hand the dog is beautiful. So it made it worth it!!!

Absolute garbage customer service. I was returning a trailer in the evening and their useless app wasn't working (as usual). There were employees in the store so I went inside to ask for help. They started screaming at me to get out of the store, and acted as if I was a criminal because I came in through the door which they had left unlocked, when apparently they were closed. This will be my last time ever dealing with U-haul, since it is a nightmare every single time.

I broke a key, clumsy me. Got the recording run-around on the phone. On hold for more than an hour, 2 different times. They lined me up with a mobile locksmith, the next day, who had already retired. Not retired for the day, retired permanently as in gone fishing. Business closed permanently. Thankfully I tried to call him/her to find out roughly what time we'd be meeting at the truck. When I finally decided it's time to talk to the manager (yes I had to be THAT guy), she took care of the matter promptly. Maybe they're wonderful when all goes right? Maybe they should have EXTRA KEY'S FOR THEIR TRUCKS? God forbid, if you need to contact them for any reason or you need to use mobile service, it may take a while.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Idk who does the hiring here but no one here knows how to do their job nor do they know what customer service is! If you call expect for them to put you on hold as soon as they answer, then when they pick up they’ll ask you what they can do for you, you’ll tell them only for them to say “I have another customer in front of me so I need to put you on hold again” WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A PHONE! So I end up giving up on the phone call part, go in there do find a most likely “demoted” old manager from anther location who’s name is Ashley, super unprofessional. I get to the counter start telling her about my reservation and she answers the phone. Not saying “excuse me one second, or let me get this really quick” just answers and takes her sweet time answering the customers 15 questions. This happened twice. Then finally get the paperwork ready and tells me the truck is out front. Doesn’t tell me which one, doesn’t tell me where the keys are so I had to go back in and ask. I’m not that lazy but seriously people don’t just know these things by heart. I’ve honestly really had it with this location and NEVER will be spending a dime there again. Go to any other location. Hopefully they know how to do their jobs.

Its ok but throughout the pandemic they've raised the prices and currently searching for another place to store my goods. I feel fortunate price I can get a bigger one for the same deal. We'll see but if luck is on my side and I can move to a bigger place, this will be the end of storage fees!

Super easy! We reserved a small moving truck the night before. We were in and out very quick. The return process We the same. We always have used this uhaul for all our moving needs!!!

Had change to make on an existing reservation and they were very friendly and helpful. They were very busy but the wait wasn't too bad. Would recommend to try and do what you can on line, but don't hesitate going in store for help.

I've made a few visits to U-haul in my lifetime! I found consistently friendly and helpful assistance, and a wide array of everything you need to move. I love the sturdy boxes for packing.

It's a U-Haul store. It's also the the fastest one I e ever been to. If youre looking for a trailer this is pretty much the go to one that is going to have it. Friendly staff, in and out ,(my experience), and easy street access

I have NEVER been here where there isnt a 30 min wait. Bring a lunch. Super understaffed. I stood in like for 45 minutes today and the app doesn't work either. And ps..your computer system is so raggedy that she had to start my order over 3 times once I did get to the counter because someone bumped the desk. Raggedy.

Other than having me walk a long way to get my truck only to have it not be where it was supposed to be, I'm disabled and have difficulty walking, I had to walk all the way back to the office and they eventually found the truck. My return was quick and handled well by the afternoon people.

Not very good service and they were understaffed when we dropped off the truck. Also the "fuel gauge" estimator included in the rental packet was nowhere near accurate. So although I filled the tank to what the paperwork said would be the correct amount, it was 3 gallons low when I went to turn it in, so had to leave and gi to gas station.

Larger uhaul location. Parking lot sucks, but the store itself has lots of boxes and moving supplies. Never had an issue with renting trucks here. Uhaul rental prices are pretty much fixed so no variance here. Staff is friendly. Can be quite busy sometimes.

Bought a new travel trailer. Had Tom install all the towing gear and then the dealer I bought the trailer fromm did the "setup" but clearly did it incorrectly... Definite safety problem! I returned to Uhaul where Tom quickly diagnosed the problem corrected it and had me back on the road, SAFELY! Will never go anywhere else for RV and towing expertise!

We got rigaramoled they changed the car hauler, then they yelled at us like kids on the phone then rebooked everything, and now we have to re do everything at our destination. Ludicrous.

Truck said $19.95 a day local to rent... Somehow it was actually $100 to rent for a day, and we didn't go far, either. I think it should be considered as misleading advertising.
