Omg! What a little treasure. My little secret. Ssh don't tell my boyfriend I went shopping. Lol, all jokes aside. Great store, and great staff. Just remember don't buy more than you can carry. Yes the shopping carts stay inside.

Love donating here and shopping, very nice staff very helpful. Main goal is because they are working to supply and help the shelters to care for all the beautiful fur babies. May this year be filled with love and support, kindness, happiness to the world of animals.Keep doing a great job your a blessing.

Update No public restroom, this is unfair to the customers, and it makes the homeless win. other than that this is a great second hand store, everything you purchase proceeds go to help the animals in shelters. So i love that aspect of this store. I have found some really good finds, and you can donate used stuff in the back of the building.

Our very first visit to ReTails and we were ecstatic!!!My daughter just relocated to the Vancouver area and she found the two items she set out to find!!!Fortunately she found coordinating pieces to add to her counter canisters as well as a nice end table for her handbags/ keys.I found additional pieces to add to my dinnerware collection and these will be shipped back home cuz it’s impossible to find these pieces priced so well there. This particular collection is always featured in our local antique shops for $15-$25 piece. So it’s been impossible for me to replace a few pieces damaged along the way cuz flippers will clear the entire lot for profit.I greatly appreciate a business who still cares about a deep cause and will price their goods for everyday folks who will actually use their items instead of flipping for cash.Thank You to the Lovely staff and we’ll visit again soon.

My favorite thrift store, large variety of stuff at really good prices. I only wish they wouldn't sell dolls/accessories as a bundle so you have to buy the whole thing even if you just want 1. But otherwise great store.

I was introduced to this amazing thrift store where their mission is to financially support animals. You can even bring in your pet while you shop. The place is huge! They sell vintage items, items for your pets, household items, clothing, etc.Since Covid with any clothing items, you buy it, take it home to try on & then you have 7 days to return it. Not good if you live far away. On Wednesdays, they offer 50% off clothing. When you make a purchase, you can choose to support the humane society by rounding up your bill. They're open 7 days a week with a big variety of items at reasonable prices! A lot of items are cheaper than other thrift stores.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! They actually want to sell their stuff. The prices are AMAZING!! We came near closing time, another day coming back to explore!!!! Used books .25. Do you know how many thrift store charge 5.00 for a book? And not even a Good one!!! Every thing in this store is PRICED TO SELL!!!!

If I could've given them a negative score I definitely would!!! Every single one of those ridiculously Inconsiderate, pushy rude employee's should have to take classes for there behavior . I will not be purchasing any sort of merch from thier store location

I really like the variety and prices at ReTails, but the customer service is awful. I have been there multiple times and each time the staff have been rude, unfriendly and make you feel uneasy. So unless you're a dog, don't expect to be treated kindly.

Bought a couch and a desk and dropped a couch off the next day. Even though the couch we were donating wasn't one that they typically take, they helped us get rid of it anyways and helped us load the couch. When it came to the desk they helped me take it apart and store it. hte gentleman who was helping me was super friendly and very helpful. The prices are also super incredible. It's like a throwback to the og Goodwill days

I donate all of my gently used items there vs. Good Will now.Retails is such an awesome store for an awesome cause! I love to shop there as well. All of the clothing is one price! And you can take your pets (fish’s or cats) into the store with you as well!

Well-organized and less funky than a Goodwill or other thrift stores. Mostly women's clothes and toys mixed with odd electronics and kitchenware.

Awesome thrift store with tons of stuff! Thousands of CD's, hundreds of books, 70+ racks of clothes, shoes, jewelry and more. Definitely recommend. And lots of cute dogs roaming around!

I just donated items, haven't been shopping for a while trying to get rid of things. But it is the economic place to look for used items it has everything from clothes, shoes and household goods NO REAL FOOD but candy, chips, snacks like that. Oh yeah, I have several places I donate, this place was just convenient for the day, but goodwill still do a lot for the community! And has great hire practices (equal opportunity). It a great resource for job searches with experience professional ready to help, and they offer 30.00 vouchers to help for buying clothes to start you new job😎

Waited for 20 minutes and ended up leaving after asking twice to see something in the "Boutique". Don't know why they have stuff on display for sale if you aren't able to buy it. Been shopping here for years and it's really going downhill fast .

UPDATE* I escalated this information to their social media team, Sam, who was wildly polite and helpful in getting me to the proper person to make them aware of what happened. Stephanie then reached out via e-mail with a resolution and an apology. Sam was 100/100 customer service though, he deserves all the praise!ORIGINAL: Extremely shady business practices- AVOID.I have shopped here numerous times and it's always been an "ok" experience. However, this past weekend really rubbed me wrong. My husband and I stopped by to shop the big Christmas display. We saw a ceramic tree, behind the counter in the center of the Christmas area. Pricetag said "18.99" I asked the woman there if I could buy it, she took it out the case and started talking about how lovely it was and then very subtly said "by the way ignore the price, it's wrong" and removed the sticker. I asked what she meant and she said "well, I usually sell these for $40.. I'll do $29.99 today" I was really confused and asked why the change, she said it was "missing parts" but she found them. Major bummer, I told her no thanks. I stewed on it for a few minutes and returned and asked *POLITELY* if there was a manager who could discuss price negotiation with me. She said "no, I am the manager sweetie" I told her it was very shady and sad she switched the price last minute and her response was "well, my name is Claudia, you can tell anyone I did it." ??My husband and I talked it over and he decided he wanted it anyway. He went to talk to her while I waited in the long line. When he came back over to me, he said:1) She mentioned to him a "very mean lady" was interested but changed her mind (lol)2) SHE CHARGED HIM $39.99- EVEN MORE THAN SHE QUOTED ME!!Just gross. If you mistakenly price something, honor it. I've never been somewhere, EVER that wouldn't honor a price THEY mistakenly made. Whether it's a big corporate store or a thrift store.Greedy. I was already turned off by them charging ***$20*** just to shop their "christmas preview night" but this was the cherry on top. Humble yourself Retails.

Large store with lots of variety. Prices seem to be in line with what would be considered a good thrift store. Proceeds go to the Humane Society. All in all a good experience today

Interior is warm, inviting, friendly and does not seem like a thrift store. Love the reading area, sections of items. My favorite store to just fully enjoy.

ReTails is an excellent thrift store and their prices are usually very good. Worth the drive to Vancouver. As of Dec. 2022 however they are NOTICEABLY more picked over than I have ever seen.

Huge variety of stuff!! Seemed well organized. Some things are reasonably priced and some things are much higher than I'm willing to pay at any thrift store. A good variety of old and new stuff but mostly outdated- and not the good kind of outdated- clothing. Overall enjoyed and will check out again.

LITERALLY BEST thrift store I’ve ever been to…Well, Top 3. The knickknack section was full of so many treasures!!! Prices? CHEAP. Workers? PERSONABLE. Also loved the slow paced vibes of the whole store. Will be a repeat customer

one of the best thrift stores around. colored coded knick-knack section/clothing section with pre tested lamps/electronics/kitchen applicances ready to purchase at extremely reasonable prices. was rare that i saw any item above 10$ which is rare in itself nowadays. you can tell the employees care about how things are arranged in that place. feels very homey. will return again and again and again!!

I love supporting a good cause. This place is hit or miss as far as finding great things, or finding what you need I should say. I unfortunately couldn't find matching bowls to plates BUT I did find some very valuable ahem things here. I don't want to let the secret out of the bag, ha. Their reward program seems cool, too bad no clerks told me about it before yesterday.

Super expensive clothes. And very very poor customer service. Super rude staff that rolls eyes and yells at customers while they are checking out. I honestly don’t know how or why you would treat customers like that.

Price gouging high priced items on there Christmas decor when it's obviously same balls from the dollar tree they 9.99 on them it's donated things where do they think it's okay to charge so much is ridiculous if your here to help animals then lower the prices and you'd sell more and then could help more fur friends
