I got some beautiful fish mostly guppies a couple koli loaches. If you know anything about Koli Loaches you know they can squirm about. One of mine jumped onto the fish cart, I was quick with my card to safely scoop it back into the net. Id like to recommend the employee’s have a flat sheet of plastic, like an overhead projector sheet on the cart for this exact situation. Otherwise the employee was very helpful. The fish all looked healthy and happy

I paid $55 dollars for a bath, nails and glands with "furminator" brushing. My lil gal shook when she got in the car and the fur flew and when we got home she was locking her paw to scratch her face. I took a doggie wipe to her nose wrinkle and.... Low and behold.... It was dirty. The whole "Spa day" took a total of 20 min. 3 of her nails curve into her pads and they didn't trim them cuz they were "afraid" of nicking her pad. So I just did what you do... Slipped a card between the nail and pad and trimmed the nail. Thier advice? Take her to the vet to get them trimmed. I'll never take my gurl here again

The fish tanks are so clean and all the aquatic animals and fish all looked well taken care of. Emerson was the employee who helped me he had great knowledge and made sure to answer any questions I had plus giving me more knowledge on caringfor the African Dwarf Frogs and Mystery Snails I was purchasing.

They always greet you with a smile. My dog always comes out smelling great and extra fluffy. They take extra care with him knowing he is a rescue and to make sure he is comfortable.

I haven't been to pleased lately. I have a picky small breed pup. I purchase variety for him and it has been good for us. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is their lack of bulk canned products. But what really makes me upset is that I spend close to $100 every 2 weeks. I have done this almost every payday for the last year. I have only received 1-$5 reward from my pals points. I don't have all of my receipts, but I can see that an account that is not mine was used for at least half the receipts I do have. If I can get this resolved, I will happily update my review.

Well petsmart lost a long time customer today. I have been buying my cat litter here for many years. I always do the bulk refill. And I've been bringing the same container for 10 years. Today I was stopped at the door and told that I could no longer do that based on new corporate policies. I've been considering a Delivery service for a while now and I guess petsmart just made up my mind for me.

Multiple dead fish constantly present in most of their tanks. Active Ich infection in many species. No semblance of customer service at all and when asked for help, the employees do their best to avoid you. Their pet adoption area is at best a small bare cage and smells of urine. Between these issues and their coupled high prices and limited selection of products, this is by far the worst pet store in the area.

I have a cat child, so I speak on my experience in the cat department. This store has everything you need, both to spoil your cat, and also give them an enjoyable, high quality life. From your cats basics needs to facial pheromone products like Feliway, Thunder Ease; and I highly recommend the Comfort Zone Calming Collar👍🏼. Everything you could need: THEY GOT IT! Carpet/furniture cleaners if you should have a kitten mishap in your home, to every kind of multivitamin, hairball, natural calming, joint care, dental, and soooo many more supplements, THEY GOT IT! I got a new puppy last year and he has been seeing PetSmart as his veterinarian the whole year the puppy plan is great I got a man for his neutering appointment was quoted a certain price and I was satisfied with that because I was in between paychecks and I was pretty broke I get a phone call telling me it's like $200 extra because the doctor as she says guesstimated his weight and come to find out he was a lot bigger than she thought he was so instead of calling the customer which is me and asking me how much my dog weighs before surgery she decides to guess it and then I get a big bill that I was not expecting to have to pay and my dog got sent home with no medication for his pain because I couldn't afford it because she wouldn't pick up the phone and call me she said they don't do that but she sure didn't have a problem calling me to tell me the bill is a lot bigger. I ended up getting some medication online and everything worked out great for my dog other than that particular veterinarian everybody else seems to be pretty knowledgeable and friendly

I haven't shopped here in a while because I'm a very picky person when it comes to the quality of food and treats I'll give my dog...as well as her dealing with multiple food allergies. When it comes to harnesses and collars, my rescue putz is only ten pounds so it's been hard to find stuff that fits her but isn't too heavy. That said her current gear was wearing out and the clips were not moving anymore. So I took another look and was pleasantly surprised to find a very cute harness that fits her perfectly with a couple of adjustments and an organic cotton, rainbow lead that's only four feet which is plenty as she stays right by my side when walking. The lead is made by a small business in America so that's an extra bonus. I'd much rather pay a little extra to support small businesses then buy a cheap China import. I was a little worried at how heavy the lead was when I got it, but I put it on my food scale and it's only 2 and 1/2 ounces, despite the girth as it is only woven cotton. She loves walking in this getup and we receive a lot of comments and compliments.

I came into this location last night with my husband for feeders to feed both of our pets. Less than five minutes after entering the store I had grabbed a few boxes of frozen rats and had walked to stand by my husband a few isles over to utilize the shelf next to him so I could look over the feeders and see which ones would be best sized for my snake.How naive I wasThe employee that had been silently giving me and my partner dirty looks from the moment we entered the store (a tall older guy with glasses) decided that this was his moment. He was absolutely not going to let me get away with a normal shopping experience. He came up to us and asked if we needed help. Innocent enough. My husband asked if they had any Dubai roaches, to which he replied “nope no roaches” clearly irritated that my husband interrupted him, and turned his attention to me. He insisted he would hold onto the rats at the front. I thanked him but informed him that I actually wanted to look them over first. This seemed to send him into a blind rage and he snapped at me “why?!” I started to explain that they can vary a lot in size but he cut me off saying “no. You can do that up front.” Before snatching them all out of my hands and sauntering off. Another employee, a younger guy right after that checked in with us and was so friendly and tried to help but the damage was done. We left just a minute or two later to which the employee working the register started pointing at us and trying to get the first employees attention (I’m not really sure why, it seemed like us leaving was what he wanted) all in all a very bad experience. Both stars are for the second employee who tried to help us after the fact he was awesome. My snake unfortunately has to wait an extra day to eat which sucks, but I’m sure he’ll survive.

OMG!! DON'T GET MEAL WORMS HERE!! You can't see the health of the worms! I bought these today. Half are DEAD!! Who knows how long? 🤔Makes me Leary to serve this decaying canister of dinner to my growing bearded dragon!

Wonderful customer service by Amber! I realized I accidentally went to the wrong store to pick up my order after I had already marked myself as at the store. I felt horrible for making the mistake but Amber was happy to help me and make sure I got my order once I arrived at the correct store. She did it all with a smile and kind personality. She truly is a great addition to the store.
