I called to verify they had an item on black friday, and whether or not it was preassembled (hoping it wasn't) . Samantha took the time to double check the system and verify that the item was indeed an assemble at home, which meant I could get my kitty her Christmas present early!I arrived, and just started to look where they were kept and another staff member came eight up and asked if I needed help. She not only helped me quickly locate it but get the box safely into my cart and to the front.Thanks for making my kitty's Christmas!!

I took my dog to get a bath and this is what his ears looked like when we got home. His service was supposed to be 1-1.5 hours and it only took 30 min. Really thinking they just dipped him in a little water and soap and called it good.

We had the worst day yesterday at this Pet Smart location!! My family and I took our Australian Labradoodle, Hannah to get groomed. I repetitively told the groomer to not cut her facial hair and to not give Hannah a poodle look. We prefer Hannah to look her natural labradoodle look, however, she was given to us with a complete poodle look, and literally all her facial hair was shaved!!! We also noticed that Hannah was quiet and not herself after the visit. Overall, my family and I are veryyyy disappointed and will definitely not be coming back to this Pet Smart location! This is to inform anyone it may concern, especially owners with a similar breed to Hannah! I am sure many others and myself would rather have a happy pup right after their grooming visit. Unfortunately, that wasn’t what happened yesterday!

Made an appointment and took our 5-1/2 month old miniature Aussie-Doodle in for grooming because he was getting VERY shaggy. The staff was wonderful and the groomer did a marvelous job. He got a shampoo and conditioner, nails Dremeled and hair cut exactly like we asked. Pup was happy and so are we!! The price was very reasonable. We'll be going back for sure.

very poor customer service by the 2 front cashiers. The 3rd employee was a wonderful helpful, kind person. She walked me over to show me the exact location and brand that I was looking for. If the 2 front cashiers would have had explained to me what brand the specific item was sold under I would have been able to find what I was looking for without having to ask 3 separate sales associates for assistance.

This PetSmart is located just outside the Walmart and Home Depot shopping center right next door to Chase Bank. Address is 430 SE 192nd Ave. Vancouver, WA 98683.No issues with parking or how organized and efficient the store is set up.I usually purchase fish for any one of the 3 tanks that I have set up. Most of the fish are healthy with little issues. The one or two fish that didn’t make it was credited or replaced.When I enter the fish area to make a purchase or to see what they have. If a sale rep is available will help you right away. Sometimes you might have to wait for service/help or you might have to walk over to the cashier and ask for help. All the customer service people seem knowledgeable about the fish they sell and super friendly. It’s better to learn when they get a new shipment of fish because you will have a better selection.For the rest of the store has a good selection of pet products like cats trees, good quality food and lots of accessories.You can also bring your pet to get groomed or to get your dog into training. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PETSMART FOR FISH. Let me just say I've never seen such attitudes in one store of associates. Sorry we were inconvenient to you. My husband came in and purchased two angel fish and two sword tail fish. He specifically asked for the same gender of each. They gave us a male and female for each species when we specifically requested the same gender of each. I understand it may be difficult to decipher the difference but don't tell me you can't tell the difference of gender but advise what kind of fish to put in my tank. Which brings me to my next problem. When discussing options of fish with what we currently have, we were given one species of fish because of the lack of knowledge from the staff. Then went on to tell us we had to many fish in our 40 gallon tank (we have 5 fish and they are no more than an inch big). I had to bring back not one but two fish and each time were made to feel we were in the wrong. Maybe you should educate your staff and teach manners as well because we will not be coming back here. At the end of all of this when I received my return, the associate then made a comment to me saying "Maybe you should come back and teach us the gender of fish." I think that's enough said.

Horrible customer service. Every time I come in here I have to spend 20 minutes searching for an employee to assist me, even if I am the only person in the store. Not once have I been greeted or offered help. And when I finally can find someone to talk to, they never know anything!

Picked up my little adoptee, Holly. Such a great pairing. The Humane Society and PetSmart. Got all her supplies in one place too. The animals have an outward facing spot with two levels and a private area too. Very comfy looking. Thanks to Western Columbia River Gorge Humane Society for taking great care of her until I could bring her home. They had her ready with vaccines, spaying and chip. Love it!

My mom's dog is old. She's blind. She has a couple ingrown hairs on her feet. Last time they wouldn't groom her, cause of her eye, it's droopy. So her foot hair got long, hence the ingrown hairs. Now a third time they wont see her. It feels like they're making excuses cause she's old. Rude staff too.

STAY AWAY FROM THE GROOMING SALON - I’ve had dogs my entire life and this was hands down the worst grooming experience I’ve ever had. The pic on the left is how he should look…. The pic on the right is today, just after I picked him up. I’m still wondering if he’s even our dog. Horrific experience. Oh, and they charged me $101.
