4 hours and they only bathed our dog, hadn’t even started to cut him. They let him air dry because he “didn’t like the blower”. Blowers been used on him before, did you even try? We got him out because we didn’t want him sitting in the kennel any longer….$74 dollars later and a wasted day NOT getting my dog groomed….thanks!

I have been going to these groomers for 8 years. After my last appointment 3 months ago. Petco sent me a survey asking about the service provided by the groomer, cleanliness, the groomer and etc. I completed the survey based on my observation. My next appointment was coming up 3 months later, and my appointment was canceled. I reached out to Petco staff and left a message. Initially, I thought someone called out or it was a holiday. I got a call back from a manager who stated my pets were not allowed to return for grooming based on the owners' behaviors. I was totally puzzled. I said behaviors? The manager went on to tell me that my pets' appointments were canceled based on my survey. I've never known a store to retaliate on a guess based on a survey. I always thought they were anonymous! I took great notes about this concern and called corporate and reported the incident. I was told that they would turn this information over to Bill, the district manager. We've never heard from anyone from this location for follow-up. Could it be possible that a store literally can ban a customer from a store based on their feedback on a survey? Has anyone else experienced something like this before? I need community help and feedback.

More compassion and comfort with dogs getting groomed has been a concern with every visit for many years now. Some staff are better than others leaves me uncomfortable when time for my dog to get groomed.

It's all about the employee's in a business -I think Tosha is amazing grooming my cats. She groomed the newest member, Scarlett. It was her first visit and saw how nervous and scared she was Tosha took extra time to calm her some before grooming.

Poor management, unfriendly service, and dog returned with massive amounts of anxiety like she was abused in their care. Staff tried to tell us she was over stimulated however she has not left my side since returning home. DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR FUR BABY HERE!

The groomers are always patient and happy to see my dog. I'm in every 4 weeks like clockwork and have been bringing my dog in for 5 years now. Wouldn't take her anywhere else.

I did the pre registration online, then they made me sign all of the same things again at the store. What a waste of time!My dogs did, however, look great after their haircuts. 😀

The groomer was personable. She was good to my dog. We came in for an a la carte nail trim/buff. The clipping happened but the grinding did not. No wonder she was so fast- only half the service got done. I paid the $15 trim/buff price but needed to redo my dog's nails at home. Petco grooming has always been good, though, so we will be back.

It was a great experience having them groom my pup. They listened to what I wanted done and did a good job. I've gotten comments on how good he looks. The cost was comparable to other groomers and I'm really pleased with the results.

Tosha was great and she showed great care with my high anxiety pup. My girl came out happy and smell g like sugar cookies. Her teeth got brushed and the pads of her feet don't stink as much. That's a bonus when your alarm clock is a paw to the face. That said, I was a bit disappointed that I paid for extra nail buffing and my pooch is still clack clack clacking all over the place. I would have liked to been told why this service wasn't completed. Keep me informed. That's all.Thank you

The groomer welcomed us when we came in and immediately took our 11 month old kitty out of her carrier and put a strap on her. With confidence, she proceeded to trim her claws. She completed the task in short order and put our kitty back in her carrier. We made an appointment for a return visit before leaving.

I watched through the grooming window for approximately a half hour as he was being groomed, and the groomer allowed him to fall from the table and dangle by his tether momentarily because her attention was on another animal and groomer behind her. The grooming this time was not as good as previous times (hair longer in some areas, face appears to not have been cleaned around eye area and still did not smell clean on his underside). Pick up time was later than they estimated by 1 1/2 hour. I may go elsewhere with my dogs for their grooming needs in the future.

I just moved here from Nevada so first grooming here. OMG I am so impress with your service. They did such an awesome grooming. I was telling the girl about wanting Seahawks color ribbons on her and eventually telling her I wanted to get a Doggie T-shirt. She said she thought they might have some, went out an brought two back which she tried on my dog and got the perfect one which I bought. I was so impressed by this. I will be back for sure. This girl deserves a raise but unfortunately I don’t know her name. Thank you again, Maggie Culpepper. ❤️😊🐾🐶❤️

I have taken my dog here multiple times to get groomed. Mediocre job for the price. But this time my dog has acted so different since being home. She is skittish, not eating, stand off. I'm super worried. Do we know if this place has cameras there

The young lady who groomed Peaches on January 17th really went the extra mile. I have had my best luck at the Orchards Petco location for grooming with most of the hals. On this date though she just put a bit more elbow grease into my English Bulldogs wrinkles around her nose/mouth. She filed her nails exactly as I had asked which may seem shorter when I ask but she got it perfect. I never watch when Peaches is being worked on because she'll start to move around, this time she was perfectly content to stay. I'm extremely happy. Wish I knew her name. Peaches loves Jackie at orchards now she has a second go to!

I did that taped my secure to be ruined. I bought a new puppy I wind my new puppy supplies. I stopped to ask the groomer questions. They were more than happy to answer all of the questions I had. An offer a lot of helpful advice. Thank you for all of your help and I will be back
