Front staff was lovely as always. But I am pretty concerned to hear the general manager, the manager, MANAGER, is putting their food in the same area as pet food. The same area as raw pet food. That violates a lot of OSHA laws to begin with and also looks awful to the public to see. Surely you have a fridge for staff use.

My dog was having a grooming appointment today at this Petco and had a medical episode ( no fault of Petco) and they transported him to an emergency vet, they covered the cost of the visit completely without any issues and met me there when I arrived. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you very much for going above and beyond!

I recently was looking for interesting toys for my dog who had lost my partner and her best friend. She would not eat, moped around. Vet said try new food and new interesting toys. Petsmart made no effort when I explained my mission and told me what aisle to look in. Petco helped me find toys and opened up bags of dog food we tried with her.they took my concerns seriously. That day I decided I would only be a pet smart shopper from then on. Thank you,Petsmart is the Best!

I went there to find dry dog food for my Chihuahua mix who had become very finicky about her food. The staff went out of their way to help me find one that didn't have chicken or meat meal and contained better and more healthy ingredients in their contents. I was so grateful for all the assistance I was given.

I like there selection for animals, but there's no mobile pickup. And to try and exchange an item w a disc u can't get the rewards u have saved up to get on the exchange. They just treat it as a return which sucks. It's 5 bucks it's not alot.

Our dog Frosty, it turns out is a bit of a stinker when it comes to grooming. She was groomed well here, that is why four stars. She ended up hurting herself in the kennel though causing her an emergency vet visit. Petco picked up the tab for that. It really was no one's fault she got hurt except maybe mine for letting her nails get too long but she is just too big for me to handle. She's not allowed back but I can't blame them for that. I took my previous dog here and was always happy with their service.

Your cashier was to busy having a conversation with someone who wasn’t in line which was rude since she didn’t acknowledge me. I was going to walk out but decided to walk up to her and dump everything on the counter where she continued her conversation until I cleared my throat

I visit this location often, the store is always clean, and everything is always easy to find. Employees are always helpful and friendly and prices are average. I appreciate that they allow price match with the online store. I also really love the Vital Care Premier perks, it definitely pays for itself.

I brought my kitty in to establish care so I could then make an appointment for her to be spayed. She was checked in and seen very quickly and the information was very clear and very thorough. I was expecting to wait at least another couple weeks before the spaying could be scheduled and they were able to see her THE NEXT DAY! Prices weren’t terrible either. I definitely recommend taking your fur babies here.

They had the prescription diet I was looking for. The little vet clinic was closed but the guy behind the counter was super helpful. He helped me set up the prescription card, pick up the food, and check out. He did a great job!

My dog named Dogman. We adopted him at Vancouver Washington human society in 2019. They said He has an ear infection little bit. But that’s lied. His whole body has a fungus, infection skin problems. So We brought him veterinary and feed a medicine for him every single day. We look for best food for him, searching everywhere and spend turns of money and time. So many people gave to us the Advices for my dog. So We went to Costco, Mudbay, pets mart, Walmart, chewy and etc.. but can’t find right skin problems dog food also we try to food diet. We feed him ketogenic, no grain, no carbs, no lamb and served cage free eggs. But doesn’t work and his skins are worst and worst(flakes are everywhere, lose hair oh bummer!)Ok long story’s short! Petco has a great Food for DogMan.! The names Hill Science diet sensitive stomach and skin.! He is much better mood and skin condition. This food makes DogMan feel much better and His skins are way better than last couple months ago. Also I look for this food. I didn’t know where is this dog food is store. I have 4kids and time’s so tight that day I can’t organized and frustrating I can’t think straightly. But Petco crews are helping me so well.! I love them so much.Today May 5th(cinco de mayo) Morning 10:35am cashier lady and one other lady looks like a manager (she wears glasses and has a Dark hair)they are so kind and caring to me. So sweet and I happy to be customer here. Make my day.!! Thank you Petco.!! I will be there again and again.!!

I set up an appointment for the vet clinic here to update my dogs shots, as I see no good reason to pay double or more for a brick and motor vet. The vet was nice but pushy. I ended up paying for far more shots than I wanted because of fast talking and not waiting for me to respond before pricking my dog. I would definately take a hard-line stance next time. Not all dogs go to dog parks or walk in wildnerness areas...hence not all dogs need all shots offered. Seems fairly simple.That said, after getting shots and worming...I took her through the store and let her pick out a toy...one as big as her ten pound sassiness...of course. Then I picked out a couple of treats for her. I was pleasantly surprised to find Acana high-protein biscuits and an Honest Kitchen treat made of simply cod and strawberries. These are the types of things I expect to see at niche pet shops. I may be popping in more often for these kinds of goodies in the future, now that I know they carry higher quality treats than they used to.

Went in to grab some fluff for our guinea pigs real quick. However, we saw another lonely guinea pig sadly alone. So we asked some questions and 2 very nice employees stopped and answered all questions and were quite informative. Very helpful. All staff we encountered were extremely pleasant and kind.

I don't spend money in a business who blocks access to the restrooms to customers, especially disabled ones. I was going to drop some money to spoil my dogs but now I'm going elsewhere. Your vet is nice and helpful. Your store sucks.

I have been going to this store off and on for the past 5 years, and I've never had this happen until now.I visited tonight to pick up my dog's food, and my son's cat food. I spent over $100 on the two bags of food, and it was only when i got home that i realized the dog food was expired by 5 months! 2/18/2018..... Needless to say, I was disgusted.To be fair, I'm not surprised about this considering the circumstances this store has been undergoing for a while.Through my becoming friendly with the Petco Partners and my frequent visits, I've learned this store has had poor maintenance of services and infighting between coworkers, all stemming from a management change made from around 2 years ago. Thats the gist of what i've learned from them.Through my continuance of visits, this location has developed a major turnout rate of employees and now none of my regular employees work there. Ever since then, the atmosphere is severely different and not as welcoming as it used to be, and quality of service has severely diminished.I know this is a lot to say over a bag of expired food, but lets just call this the straw that broke the camel's back. If i was to list everything negative i have about this store now, this review would be twice as long... The only positive things i can think of to say now are:1. The animals (-aquatics) look healthy2. The floor looks swept.3. Grooming staff is still amazing. Its the only surviving portion of what this store was.All in all, after this dog food return, I wont be revisiting. There's no point considering the lack of attentiveness there wont improve by giving this location attention. Other costumers, take the previous sentence as advice.At least until they get a manager that knows how to tell when our children's food becomes inedible....

What amazing customer service Cassey has!!!!! I came to buy my youngest son a well deserved first pet and since it was obvious we didn't know what we were doing Cassey pulled out all the stops and guided us through getting everything we needed and informed us thoroughly on all we needed to do. I know it's her job but I've been here many times and she really went above and beyond for us today. Thank you Cassey!!

Went to Petco to see about adopting a new family member, after talking to a store employee we agreed to bring these two babies home. The staff was very helpful and considerate. They even gave us a few wooded blocks to us to help them with the car ride home.

This Petco has an aquatic center I've never seen before so that was pretty cool. I'm not really a fan of petco as it is for how they house their critters and reptiles but this location was fairly cleaner than others I've visited. The guy at the register was busy doing a lot of things but was super nice and stoked to see that we had a bearded dragon with us.
