This is the kind of place, and people, that honestly make me wish I had more animals so I could give them more business. The wonderful staff know my dog by name and welcome her with treats. They have a good price on her food and keep track of my purchases for me for the manufacturer program. Love giving this place my business! For a smaller store, they have a great selection of foods. Recently switched our dogs to a new food due to long standing issues with them eating dirt and poo, and the staff has always been very helpful, and informative. Like that I am buying food from a family owned business from a company in the US. They knew about the food's creation process. We also just rescued a kitty, and they helped by providing food samples. We could tell when the kitty's body liked one over the other, making it so easy to find the right food, because the staff knew which food typically caused which issues, helping us to make the best choice.

I came here just browsing with my dog. I left with a new toy and a sample of some dog food. Both my dogs loved it so I orderd a bag. Since I switched foods my dog has not had 1 seizure. She had them about every 2 weeks. I still keep my dog on her CBDs. But the difference i have seen in her is remarkable.The staff is very knowlegable of the products. The store carries the best products. Also the staff are super nice and helpful. This is the only pet store I will buy products from now. All natural and great quality.This store is definitely worth checking out.

Been shopping here for 2 1/2 years. Ladies are incredibly knowledge. Listen to my needs for my elderly cat and help with a friends older lab. Food, treats, flea products, and so much more. Natural ingredients is what I desire for my pet and they have it.Plus I was referred to a groomer that grooms cats at an amazing price!Thank you ladies - you never disappoint.

I've been shopping here for about a year and half. This shop was instrumental in helping me choose a food for my Golden. She has some allergies and they along with my vet were able to come up with a solution.Highly recommend.Pure Vita is the dog food I've been using. My golden is in perfect health and weight at 18 months old.

Absolutely fantastic location to shop for quality food for your furkids. With all the recalls and scares lately, you can go to these guys and be assured they try their best to keep on top of all the recall information to keep your pup and kitten safe. They are educated in their products and there is always a BEAUTIFUL pup "on staff" who tries to help ring up your purchases. He greets you with a smile and softly looks into your eyes as if to say, "did you find everything you were looking for?". Yes, little man, I did.

I have been going here now for over four years. They are beyond exceptional in there knowledge and customer service. I would recommend going here over numerous places. My dog has been having some issues as of late,( 8 year old shepherd) and everytime I ask for advice they are more then accommodating. Much appreciated!

I try to shop local if I can but sometimes it just doesn't work out. The people who work at this store are always super nice. The issue I have is "the details". They seem to lack attention to detail when you need anything other than what you can walk in and pick up. I had to start ordering a specific food. They have a system where they only get deliveries on Fridays so I worked around that and started calling so that I could pick up my new bag about 5-7 days before my current bag would run out just to be safe. On one occasion, I sent my husband to pick it up and he came home with the wrong food (yes, partially his fault, but they should also know what it is since I had to order it) so I had to go back up to the store and get the right bag. Today, I showed up to pick up my food to be told that it was back ordered. They found out on Saturday yet no one called me to let me know so I wasted my time making a special trip over there to pick it up and now am scrambling to find another source for my dogs food before I run out. While everyone is very apologetic when mistakes happen, I feel like sometimes they run this business a bit too lax and that they need to pay attention to the details that really matter to the customer.

I have been shopping at Natural Pet NW for 13 years, through 3 dogs and 2 cats. Sheri and Danni are extremely knowledgeable and treat my furbaby with as much love and attention as they do their own.Recently, my 10 month old puppy was losing weight and having frequent upset stomach. It seemed like we were in the vet more weeks than not. Thanks to Danni and Sheri my pup has gained weight and is back to her normal playful, loving self.We used to visit other pet stores, and many of them are fine. However, if I want to buy researched, quality food, treats, toys, and supplements at a reasonable price, I go to Natural Pet NW.

Went in for supplies (new to the area) and after looking around for a bit finally found what we were looking for. Went to the register and one cashier was chatting with the other's customer. Afymter standing there for a few minutes the cashier said she could ring us up but then kept her conversation with the other client. Didn't feel welcomed and like we were a nuisance. Will only be back if we cant find another local shop.

This is my favorite pet store I've ever been to. They really want to help you find what you need, they'll order anything not readily available, and they love to spoil your dog when you come in. My dog lovessss coming here. It is also cheaper for most thing than going to big chain stores... balls that are 9$ at one of the big stores are 5 or 6$ at Natural Pet NW. Support your local pet shops!!

We got lost on our way to the groomers and these lovely ladies were able to point us in the right direction.Not only that but we were able to find a harness that fits my little big-boned chihuahua mix. He's been difficult because he's not quite a small and definitely not a medium, so he's a perfect smedium. We then were able to find their dog CBD! It's firework season so we need all the help we can get, and eventhough they're banned where we are staying I didn't want our big Vizsla freaking out. Luckily they had the CBD for dogs. It's a life saver.
