We just started using Muddy Paws, from a friend’s recommendation! The owners and staff are truly amazing. It was our first time bringing our puppy Remi & she really didn’t have much fuss about a bath! The products are extremely quality and they have everything you could ever need for a dogs bath. Also, the lady helped put these cute little muffs on our pups ears while we dried her with the drier thing, so sweet and you can tell they truly love all pets :) We will be returning for her baths from now on! :)

I came here mostly because I don't have an easy way of drying my dog at home, but everything was straight forward and well set up. Reasonable price and clean facilities means we'll be back after the next mud puddle.

Nice facilities, easy process- lots of tools and shampoo variety. It gets a little chaotic when you have so many people in at once. Otherwise, good experience! Prices are fair too. This was after her bath and trim we did.

My dog was a muddy mess after a dog park episode, and I stopped in here to see if maybe I could squeeze him in before they closed. I called from the parking lot and they told me no they were closing. So that was a bummer. I have been able to use this dog wash facility before and they do have some very good smelling shampoos.

I just brought my dog in for the first time today and I really enjoyed the experience. A very nice gentleman walked me through the process and showed me all of the tools and explained everything very thoroughly. My dog is terrified of the regular groomers, but she did really well in this atmosphere. I love the walk in tubs and drying stations that raise and lower to whatever height needed, it really saved my back. They had all the different brushes and combs you could possibly need, and worked hard between customers to get the stations cleaned and ready for the next pupper. I'm very happy with our experience here and we will definitely be back in the future!

I’ve come by here TWICE during business hours to wash my two dogs and both times there’s a piece of paper on the door giving some reason or other as to why they are closed. I used to come here all the time during previous ownership and it was reliably open during the posted hours of operation. Apparently, one must now call before hand to ensure they are ACTUALLY open.

I took my very muddy Doodles there after it unexpectedly rained while I was at a dog park. The staff there was VERY accommodating and helped me get my pups back to their cuddly selves! The staff was so good to us! Thank you!The hoses automatically add the soap of your choice with a simple twist of a dial, which I have never seen before. And the tub raises and lowers, so I didn't need to lean over. It was so quick and easy to wash my 2 large dogs. I will be taking my dogs there again!They are open much later than all of the other Vancouver dog washes. Which was good for me because I wouldn't have found them otherwise! I can't say enough good things about Muddy Paws!

We have a rescue that we have always done baths at home, but decided to try a self serve groom. The team was extremely accommodating of allowing us to come in through the back when there were other dogs up front due to our concern of how our pup would react. They also helped gather equipment as needed without prompt from my husband and I. Our rescue did so good that I look forward to taking him in for grooming and helping him be use to the staff in order for him to be comfortable with them handling him. My husky on the other hand let everyone know how he felt by singing the song of his people. But he gave us all a good laugh!

Absolutely loved it here! It was my first time going to a self service place as I usually bathe her at home or take her to petco/pesmart during the winter (my dog prefers sun drying bc she hates the noise of the dryer but that's obviously not an option in this weather lol)The staff was really helpful and really liked that they helped me cut her nails (the other issue I have at home since my dog has black nails and she doesnt like her paws being touched) The staff was very caring and patient with my dog.I would recommend 10/10 experience and will 100% go back. It is very affordable and I also really liked the variety of shampoos available, the dryers that are actually not too loud (which is what usually triggers my dog to be scared) and the bonus good smelling choices of spritz you can choose at the end of your visit.

Christine is wonderful! She is very knowledgable on dog grooming and answers all questions. She will demonstrate grooming techniques when asked. She is truly a dog whisperer, the dogs clam right down as she assist. They have an excellent facility and she carries great product. Their prices are reasonable. My Newypoo, Tucker enjoys his spa dates at Muddy Paws! Your best friend will too!

Took our puppy to get nails trimmed, she wanted nothing to do with it. Staff is extremely nice, and worked with her, till her nails were done. This sling is supposed to be calming to the dog. She did great till you got the nail clippers on her nails lol. The woman that did her nails was extremely patient with the puppy, and managed to get all her nails done.

Great customer service. Equipment looks well maintained. I initially felt that pricing was a bit higher than most, but after seeing what staff have to do with all the dog hair (unavoidable, obviously) flying around, yep, pricing is just right (even if the hair isn't from my bff).I'd give 5 stars but can't - didn't see any conditioner product in the wash...I do expect that to be available at a dog wash.Lots of free parking. Moderately priced.

It was a little confusing at first (just lots of things you can use) it's definitely busy. The owner works there and was super nice she helped us trim one of our dogs. Definitely has everything you need to take care of your dog. I took mine there because she is a big shed dog, and every time I give her a bath, she sheds all over my bathtub, so this was a nice change of pace!

Second time this year we have visited during "open business hours" to find a locked door and the lights off. *Edit* Have since had the opportunity to use the facilities and am changing the rating to a 3-star because the attendants are friendly and the workstations are easy to use. The other two stars are still lost to the attitude displayed by the reply comment. When I say your hours list you as open and the door is locked, that means you're not updating your hours as regularly as you think you are. Have a nice day!

My mastiff requires medicated baths every 2-3 weeks. We come to this place regularly. Staff is always nice even when it's super busy. Wash stations and equipment are clean and work well. They have everything you need. Reasonably priced. And the best part is all the stations are height adjustable so it really saves my back. Hours are convenient as they are open until 7p so I can get there after work. Absolutely recommend for self wash & grooming!EDITED 8/10/2023: Removuning 2 stars. While posted hours are still until 7p, they will not take your dog at 6:21p for a bath. I have a short hair dog and am there regularly enough that I know I can bathe my dog in far less than 49 mins. Super disappointing.

The BEST. I have a difficult dog and they have a nice roomy fenced area with both a washing and drying/grooming station, where I can take my dog and not worry so much about others getting too close. There's even a back door so you can avoid going through a room full of other dogs and people when you leave. All the tools you could need are available, including a selection of shampoos and creme rinse, and electric clippers.The staff is always patient and helpful (thank you, Patrick!)I can take my time and give my dog a thorough grooming, and they always make me feel great that I chose their shop.I will be back!

Paws down best self dog wash. They even managed to take care of my dogs nails in a way she was not stressed out.
