Awesome Manager and staff.Everytime I go in I am treated with the utmost respect and ​ professionalism. One time I had a problem, I called in and they remidied my special concern within iminutes! Great Manager Lori! They help me wih my special needs 3 legged dog,and helped me purchase all of the supplies, feed , carriers and portable beds. They never try to over sell me. I will alway be a lifetime customer.Great store!

He walked me through all of the food options in the store and made a variety of recommendations to help my little kitty. Thank you for your quality products! I feed only the best for my kitties because they deserve only the best. Raw fed, stronger and healthier than ever before! We love your store and the cats get so excited when we bring home new treats. We wished there were more selection on cat food supply though. We're constantly having to drive from MudBay to other natural pet stores to pickup other flavors or brands you guys don't carry. Would be neat to do all my pet food shopping there in one place! Other than that, great pet supply store full of outstanding products! ❤️

We knew we were pretty done with big box pet stores after our first visit here. We love it! The staff is knowledgeable, the prices are comparable if not BETTER than the bigger stores and they have higher quality products. They may not be able to serve every single one of your pets needs but I bet they can come pretty close. Their bulk treats are great and you get a deal if you get a bucket. They unfortunately don't carry the food our girl eats, but that doesn't deter us. We are huge Mudbay fans, the first time we were in they slipped a card with a coupon for our next visit, so if you stop in and haven't been before definitely let them know!

Staff was very helpful with suggestions on good food options for our pup who may be having an allergic reaction to something in her current "kibble".We went in to get a dog shampoo that could help relieve the itchiness she's been experiencing lately, and learned that the itch may be caused by food allergy,(we were told to check with our vet but that it could be allergy. No staff members claimed to diagnose the pup from our conversation, they just let us know about other common causes of itchy skin)We learned that there is an increased amount of dogs having a sort of food allergy to chicken.Our visit was informative and helpful. We got a smaller bag of food to try out as well as a few cod skin treats.4/5 because pricing on some items is marked up compared to other shops.

We live 4 hours away and always make it a point to visit Mudbay for our boys on a regular basis. We have 2 dogs (husky and German shepherd) and 2 cats. Mudbay has something for all of them and their eating/play habits. Our favorite and most highly recommended products are the tuna flakes and salmon meal toppers for cats and the yak chews and extra large duck jerky sticks for dogs! Especially if you have some chewers. All time favorite product for nice shiny and healthy coats for all of them is the salmon and pollock oil! My oldest cat is about 15 years old and started looking a little.....scraggly. His fur was thinning and his skin irritated. I started giving him just one pump of the oil once a day and in a couple weeks he had a fresh, soft, and thick coat and stopped itching! One of our dogs was a stray and his coat was rough when we got him, his coat has softened up so much from the oil.No matter which location you go to, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I absolutely recommend Mudbay whole heartedly.

Please support this company! They've helped us find many products for our pets, accepting returns like a champ when our picky pets didn't go for it and giving us plenty of food samples (many times!). Staff is always friendly and helpful, but relaxed and not in your face. They've got a great selection of quality items and generally reasonably prices.
