They were able see my girl the same day, though they did say that was unusual. When I dropped her off she was greeted with love, and when I picked her up she was happy and so beautiful! They did a great job, the price was fair, and she even had a cute little flower on her collar. She smelled so good - they definitely took the time necessary to do a good job. I will only be taking her here from now on.

I've tried 3 different dog groomers it since I moved to Vancouver I have finally found the place! I have been using Jan's now since 2019. I wanted to update my post and show you how my girls came home in their little Santa scarves and the special Christmas pictures Jan's took and created refrigerator magnets for me! You cannot go wrong by using Jan's grooming!!!!

I take my Chihuahua Roscoe there I've always received great service the groomers are kind and know a lot about dogs and temperament his nails are always done correct. Thanks to the lady's for dealing with my Roscoe to where he's no longer afraid to get his nails cut. I recommend Jans to all people who have dogs.

Took my new fur baby flinn to Jan’s this morning and what a wonderful experience. My new dog is 6 years old and has never been to the groomer. He was greeted with love and acceptance and was perfectly groomed and nails clipped so fast. If you’re looking for a great place for your fur baby I highly recommend Jan’s dog grooming on 4 th plain in Vancouver

Very impressed with the quality and skills at Jan’s grooming. Took my pup for her first grooming session and came back looking magnificent. I was a bit nervous as my pup isn’t the best at standing still for grooming even at home. Def coming back and would recommend. Easy people to work with too.

We have been bringing our pets to Jan's Dog Grooming for every two weeks for five years. We have always received EXCELLENT service. The dogs are well cared for and they always look great. Megan takes great care with the dogs--we never had so much as a knick or a scrape. The cat comes for nail trims--again, no problems. Prices are very reasonable. I can't recommend Jan's highly enough. The best!

Kendra did a WONDERFUL job on our rescue cat.We took a cat from a hoarding situation and he's COVERED in scabs from fleas and fights.Kendra spent four hours pampering this little guy and soaking him to loosen the scabs.I plan on taking him back in a week or so when his skin has healed a little more.She

It was our puppy’s first time going to the groomers . They were able to give a complete haircut and finished earlier than expected. Our puppy came out smelling nice and looking good. Will definitely be coming back . Also loved how this is a small mom and pop kind of groomers.

Our groomer always does a wonderful job of grooming our doodle, Oscar. He always looks so good after a groom. Plus pulls the hair out of his ears, trim nails, and love on him while he is with them.

Went to Jan’s for the first time today and I am so pleased with my experience. I brought in my 12 year old chunky border collie, who I just recently took in for a family member, and they did an amazing job removing all the dead undercoat and giving his fur some much needed TLC. He came home smelling so good and he is so incredibly soft now, I literally can’t stop petting him. He is panting considerably less and is overall just so much more comfortable. This was his first time at the groomers and my first time taking a dog to the groomers, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and will definitely be using Jan’s as my go to groomer. Super affordable and they got him in super fast even though I was a new client.

I have a fiesty/sassy/abused rescue Persian. She won't let me brush her so off to the groomers we go. We went to Jared the Cat Groomer before and she bit him with no warning! Plus, he's quite spendy! Not a lot of places will groom cats so I was stoked when I found out Megan (the owner) of Jan's does cats. After a nice morning cocktail of gravy and gabapentin, off we went. Megan said she was an angel with no hissing or biting! The best part is the cost was significantly less! Thank you Megan and staff! Cya next year!

I’ve been taking my girl Stella to Jan’s Grooming for all thirteen years of her life. We have never had a bad experience or a bad haircut.However her aging process has been very challenging with lots of hair and skin problems. We were worried….But Brittany, her groomer, is so careful and patient with her. She takes her time to avoid any skin eruptions and keeps her calm during the process.. And she always calls us right away when it’s time to pick her up.I realize the building doesn’t look like much from the outside. But give Jan’s a chance. I wouldn’t take Stella anywhere else.

I've been coming here on and off for about 15 years I've never had a problem here my pitbull used to come here and get her nails cut before a dog show and they would do a perfect cut she would always come out of the back room with her tail just a wagon and walking like she was Miss America now i have a chihuahua same with her. So I would like to thank the ladies at Jan's but taking care of both my babies if you want something done right they're only $10 for your nails cut next time my baby needs her nails cut she's going there and she's getting her glands done it'll be twenty bucks but nails and the glans can't beat it

I’ve had 3 other dogs I’ve taken to Jan’s over the years who have passed. I haven’t been to Jan’s in awhile. Well, we have dog number four who got a bath today. I have to say Jan’s is still the best, great customer service and kind professional staff. Peace and thanks to Jan’s dog grooming.

Our year-old Maltese, Poppy, had been a long time without a grooming due to the lockdown, and was an overgrown tangled mess. Plus, we had just moved to the area so she was nervous about a new groomer, as were we.But Jan’s did an awesome job. Poppy is happy and her hair is beautiful and smooth. We couldn’t be happier!
