My regular groomer moved so I tried this place out. Terrible cut for someone I was told had 20 years experience. Had to pre-pay and tip for a place I’ve never been. Uneven as you’ll see in the pics, didn’t pay attention to the notes I left about how I wanted him cut, and butchered his tail. Didn’t bathe him even though we paid for it. If they did, they missed the dirt between his paws and around his eyes & belly. Had to give another bath at home.As a follow up, I called to discuss my discontent and get a refund. They offered me to bring Mocha back to fix the haircut, but there's no fixing such a bad cut and I won't ever take him there again. I was told only the owner (Rosie) could authorize a refund. I've called back multiple times and left multiple messages and have yet to get a call back from her. Franko's customer service is just as bad as the cut.

This place used to be good. Over the last couple of visits I’ve seen the quality of the grooming and customer service decline rapidly. My breaking point was this last visit. They missed a couple of nails in the nail trim, there were several weight lines on my dogs body, and they still can’t do a carrot tail even after asking for one the last 3 visits. I no longer feel comfortable bringing my dog there.

I have been coming to here for awhile with our dogs. About a year ago we got a sheepdog, they are very high maintenance. We had been working with Franko's on a weekly schedule of getting our dog brushed out. Everything they had recommended we do. Unfortunately today we had our first unhappy service, called back to try and understand the reasoning for a complete shave but was charged for de matting. I would have been ok with one or the other but it didn't make sense to have both on the bill. They proceeded to then say it was pay for blade sharpening because the type of dog. Needless to say the story was bouncing all over and and the reason kept changing. The owner Rosie, instead of just taking off the de matte fee handles the matter by simply saying she will note in my file that they will no longer service any of our animals there. Very poor ownership/customer service after years of taking our animals here. If your looking for a quick chop shop with the "cheapest" prices in the state of Washington (there words exactly) there here's your place! Truly unfortunate turn of events.

Only place I take my St. Bernard Duke. I always ask for the same lady, Kelly. She makes my boy look adorable. But really, they all rock here. So happy to have them. Remember to tip your stylist! That job isnt easy.

I was able to chat with the groomer who would be working on him. She was responsive, asked questions and allowed me to ask questions, and really listened to me. The haircut was perfect!I’ve had bad experiences with other groomers—Franko’s is different! Definitely take your pet here. I come all the way from Portland just to come to Franko’s.

My cat is sassy and she got her fur cut like a lion she looks ok considering she drew blood on her fur dresser. My other cat looks so handsome! Great job and kudos to Rebecca for all the TLC. Nice to not have that much fur to clean up at home now! I will be going back.

We went there with no apt. They got my girls (two dogs Bonnie and Bailey) In Right away for their nails to be trimmed and glands to be expressed. They asked questions and listened to what we said. Very nice girls and very quick and professional. My girls loved them. They even gave them both a Christmas bandanna.

Our fur baby has anxiety & does NOT like butt touches & our stylist still managed an amazing cut on her! Harriet is the prettiest night lion I've ever seen! Can't beat the great results you get, for the beyond-competitive pricing. Will 💯% be returning!

I brought my cat in for a summer shave. I'd never had a cat groomed before because well - it's kind of weird. She's miserable in the heat so I decided to give it a try. The staff was beyond friendly, answered all of my questions, and walked me through a process I was completely clueless about. They were so sweet and even let me come take a peak at my cat getting groomed toward the end. Seeing how sweet and gentle they were with her completely eased my anxiety and now she looks like a lion so that's pretty cool, too. I'll definitely bring her back!

Lovely place, lovely staff, highly recommend! Everyone I worked with at Franko’s was super sweet and took excellent care of my nervous poodle mix, Tom. This was our first visit and my anxious boy can be a wiggly and challenging grooming client, the entire staff helped get the job done quickly and painlessly. Not only was I incredibly pleased with the actual grooming by Rabeca (she was able to cut out all of the tight matting between Tom’s toes that another groomer and our vet weren’t able to help with) but I was also really pleased with the overall customer service of all of the staff here. I loved that, at check-in, they took the additional time to ask me questions and clarify what exactly I needed done, which actually saved me some money and was very much appreciated. At previous groomers I have had to bundle services and pay extra for things I didn’t need done. Our face-to-face interactions were short, since the check in/out process was so efficient, but I was pleased with how the girls handled Tom too. They were kind and patient with him, as he was nervous coming in for the first time. But within seconds they were helping him settle by having him practice some tricks for treats and I know that made us both feel more at ease. This overprotective fur-parent approves and will certainly be back.

There a bit like Supercuts for doggies. Quick and consistent. We have always taken our dogs there. Affordable and both golden retrievers are usually done within 3 hours with an appointment.

Rose is a senior cat who stopped letting me shave her mats. Fortunately the team here was super compassionate. They assessed Rose and offered a primo (to me, anyway) appointment time. They were clear about what they'd try to achieve & since she's pretty frail they didn't push her or keep her from home all day. I'm convinced she hasn't been this happy in years. And her gogo boots are the cutest Nancy Sinatra touch. Thank you Rebeca!

I am so upset. Yesterday I took my 2 year old lab/golden retriever mix to get a shave for spring/summer, I noticed a slice on her left side. The next morning I called them to report it and request a refund. They claimed the slice was already there, which is a complete lie. Here is a picture of her the morning of her shave and then again after we got home. I’m never taking her back to Frankos. If they would have at least apologized and offered a discount or something for the future (not that I would take it) I wouldn’t give them such a bad review because I understand accidents happen.. but the way they handled it was totally unprofessional and disappointing.**update 2 months later**My poor pooch suffered an infection from the slice and this is her scar/the result. It has discolored her skin and we’ve had a heck of a time with the vets to get it to this point.

Irma should be embarrassed at the butcher job she gave my cat. And she definitely should not say she can do cats. She told me Sassy doesn't like being flipped on her back and scratched her. WTH. I will NEVER recommend this place EVER.

The service was much better this time. (The previous time, my dog got clipped and had no bath) (and was there from 9 9am to 5:00 pm)The prices have nearly doubled. My dog's price doesn't match what they have written on the board. I think it's time to find somewhere else. He was washed and cut well this time.

So I know Rosy who owns it now cause I used to be in a walker back then and again now but her and her crew are so amazing to me and my service dog Ginger. They are so delightful and always have a smile on there face.

Did a great job with my Goldendoodle. I had his first cut done by another shop and it was so bad it took me a year to bring him to get another. Frankos did a great job and the fear of getting a terrible cut on our dog is gone. Was more expensive but I believe you get what you pay for.

We take my mom's dog, Lewie, here to be groomed. I took my pekapom there for years. Excellent service and prices are reasonable. We drive over from Gresham, OR because they always do a great job!

I took my kitty in for her first grooming experience. She's naturally a skittish/anxious cat (she's a rescue) but she was comfortable and relaxed while being shaved. Took about 2 hours and she looks great! She hasn't been grooming herself as well as she used to, so she needed a quick shave to prep her for the summer.(She always has RBF, it's not from the haircut)

Editing my 2 year old review.. this place used to be really good! Now they have doubled the prices and never listen to what I tell them I want. This time they charged me 120 for a trim, bath etc for my (very matted) doodle. Which I was ok with but I showed them a picture of what I wanted and said I didn't want the poodle look.When I got there she just said he was very matted and had completely shaved him down but left the poodle head and tail. Seemed like it was just too much work for her so she shaved him but I'm still left with the high bill.Also he has a bunch of bald patches and razor rash/cuts that are bleeding from their shoddy shave job...I really liked this place and came here often for both of my dogs since they were pups but it's time for a new groomer!

Happy Persian Cat - With Covid I've been trying to maintain her on my own. With how her hair grows it was difficult. They got her taken care of without issue and she came home happy with a pretty pink bow. As usual they did a great job.

I have an aggressive mini schnauzer, they have always groomed him for me. If it wasn’t for them, he’d probably have to be put down….. forever grateful for Franco’sUpdate: Franco’s suddenly allowed someone different to start grooming my dog, who decided he was too aggressive to be groomed. I don’t know what happened to the original lady who was grooming him.

Francosis no longer grooming my dog. I have been a loyal customer for 13 yes then the last time the totally shavedy little jack Russell terrier. Then when I complained the groomer who took care of her decided to blame the dog for the shave haircut. Obviously she has never gotten such a bad haircut. She was supposed to get a trim just like all the other times. The groomer herself was so rude I could not believe itWe are never going there again.

I super love this place! This is my first time to groom my cat after adopt her. My cat is super nervous to see any dogs.But when I see her, I can tell that the lady treats her well!!! Thanks a lot!
