One of a kind, cute shop with all the garden related decor you could ever think of. It's the perfect place to take your friends that are into gardening and cozy cabin style. Things can be a little pricy, but they're so unique that you almost don't mind.You can also buy lady bugs to fend off pests. Also, the man who helps run the store is super nice and knowledgeable.

Great little shop if you're looking for outdoor accessories such as bird houses, bird feeders, feeder supplies, bat houses, etc. Lots and lots of garden decorations and ornamental bird baths. Owners are great and very knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the decorations can be a bit pricey, but not unreasonable. We bought a solar bird bath fountain to help attract birds and cycle the water to eliminate insects.

Excellent service !!! Ipurchased a seed feeder and had an issue with it. They replaced the broken part for free, telling me that it had a lifetime warranty! It took about 5 mins , they are friendly, knowledgeable, and sell awesome products. Thanks so much guys. :-)

This place is perfectly suited to meet a whole of your backyard needs when it comes to attracting Birds and keeping them happy on your property. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable as well. My only criticism of this place is the location. It's in a strip mall near the Springfield Shopping Center so traffic is typically pretty terrible to get there, and then given that it's surrounded by a bunch of other businesses parking can be relatively tight through most hours of the day. Regardless I highly recommend this store for anybody looking to foster a more eco-friendly environment for our feathered friends.

All about birds! These are the experts with anything you could need to attract your favorite birds to your backyard or local park. Very high quality bird food! That alone will make your feeders the birds top choice in your neighborhood.They have a lot of knowledge on how to attract specific species to feeders or to get them to nest, as well as the hardware and supplies like fountains and nest boxes that are needed.A smaller local business that has been around for a long time. I'm happy to drive a bit further to support this place. Highly recommended.

This place has a wide variety for all your bird needs and also sells a small variety of seeds and nuts. In bulk. You can bring your own container and they will wet or you can buy one of their bulk ones that come in milk jugs. They are kind and are willing to answer any questions

Helpful, friendly service. Always something new. Feeders of all different sizes and shapes as well as water features for your feathered friends plus a cool drip system you can add to a regular hose bib that will keep your bird bath full in the hot summer

If you are into birds, this store is a goto for sure. They have everything you can imagine and then some. I went in today to check out out and by doing so gave me a bunch of new ideas that I could incorporate at my home. Friendly and helpful staff of birdlovers too. They have an outside viewing area in back of the store that showed off some of what they sell and there proved their stuff brings the birds in. There were a ton to see while I was there. Will go back for sure.

This locally owned shop is fantastic! They have the best bird feeders, lots of cute gift options, great backyard decor. The staff is knowledgeable and kind, the owner always gives my dogs treats and when there's a problem with my bird feeders they always fix it for me. If you haven't been to this store yet you should check it out!

This place is amazing! They have so many different things for your backyard! They have tons of different type of bird feeders, bird food, hooks, bird houses, bird baths, etc. in all different price ranges. And the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly! They always know the answer to our questions and take the time to help us. The store also has other gift and household items that would be pleasing to anyone, even if they don't like birds. It is definitely worth checking them out!

They are a family owned for 20 plus years. And I just learned of this place. I honestly can spend hours of being there seeing and learning about our native birds and how to enjoy them in your yards.

You wanna know what's a really weird thing to say when you're finding information about backyard habitats? It's weird when you mention the importance of the endangered pygmy rabbits, and the bird person educating you says "they're prey."i'm just not interested in going to a store where they ask you questions and then tell you what you believe is wrong. And what's funny is I've talked to two other people who went there and they had the same weird browbeating pseudo-educational experience that I did. I will give up shopping here because even when I say, leave me alone, they don't. They want to chat and then educate me on things that it's possible I may know. I may not be as dumb as I look.

This place was amazing! A few months into the pandemic, we started bird watching from our back yard. Since then, we've gotten supplies from other box stores -- bird feeders, food, etc. No one has the experience, the selection, and knowledge that the folks at Backyard Bird Shop have. Deb, who is "retired," helped us identify birds we've taken pictures of and got us hooked up with high-quality, but cost-effective, food for our feathered friends.
