My dog is very boogie and picky about what he eats. He loves this place and prefers the Northwest Naturals dog food to other varieties. We went to their doggy Easter egg hunt and he won a prize. Friendly and helpful staff, with truly healthy and clean quality food products and treats for pets.

The staff here are so helpful and offer advice, options, and personal experiences to help you make more informed decisions about all sorts of pet-related inquiries, from feeding to grooming. They work hard to keep inventory levels of the specific brand & flavor of food that my pets prefer available. There are frequent buyer incentives on some bagged kibble and case quantities of wet food, which is very appreciated because my cats will only eat the high dollar nom noms. Great variety, and always friendly, knowledgeable service!

I SO appreciated the attention I got when I mentioned that I was adopting a special needs dog out of a local shelter. Your customer representative was very generous in donating some items and encouraging me to let my new adoptee visit the store. The herbal drops didn't make a difference in his intestinal issues, nor did the CBD treats calm him down, but this store's encouraging attitude definitely made me feel at home. This wonderful employee encouraged me to bring this boy, who is afraid of strangers, into the shop, and he's slowly gaining confidence so that we can do so. We hope to visit you soon! Thank you, especially, for the durable toys you've stocked over the past year! Bringing this scaredy-cat boy into the store will be a real bench-mark in his journey from hell to heaven. The food is great quality; however, is not financially feasible for someone on a fixed income. The most resent visit resulted in the cashier not knowing the answers to my questions, calling other stores, and not having any solution. I have switched to a different, lower priced food, which I hope will work.

This is my go to pet store. I recommend it to everyone I know. Its pricey but worth it because everything you get you know is top notch quality and 100% worth it for my fur babies. Wide selection of cat and dog foods, treats, and toys. Nice knowledgeable people too. They even give out free food samples to help you find the right one for your pet. My GSP is very picky and it took a while to find one he loved but they didn't mind sampling until we find the right one. They also have bag buying program so a few times a year im surprised with a free bag of dog food!

I love this store! They have a good selection of unique things like raw food, raw goat milk, supplements, treats, etc. Super friendly staff. Check out their rewards program which may allow you to buy a certain amount of items and get one for free.

And always so patient with the rambunctious puppers visitsJust made my first curbside pickup too and they made it so easy! Plus threw in a couple of samples that the chunkmonk is loving! I was excited to visit this place due to the positive reviews. But when we stopped by today with our puppy, we did not feel welcome. Instead, the only warm welcome received was by another customer. It felt like we were intruding so we quickly browsed, made our purchase, and left. What an unsettling and odd experience.

Love this store but been waiting for a product for awhile now to come in. Was promised a phone call, got one the 1st week now nothing. Went in a couple of times to see if in stock and not yet. I can handle that ..what I didn't like was how rude their employee Ali was to me. I didn't feel like I was unkind just wanted an ETA so I wasn't wasting so much time running over there for no reason. She definitely let me know "She had no idea when it might come in again" and when the nice guy who works there asked if she could give me a more specific timeline she said NOPE and walked off...just was odd not like the other employees at all which is too bad I liked it there

After tragic fire at the 99th store my 3 babies had to down grade on there food needs. Tom came into my work place this morning. Knowing my purchase schedule, and knowing I was out, he saved my skin.
