This is the second Groomers’s I’ve had to take my dog to. She’s a sweet dog but gets very stressed out, and needs a lot of patience and care.Bobby does a fabulous job with her, and even though it’s not her favorite place on the planet, it’s definitely a great place to take your furry friend if they need a bath or a cut. Highly recommend them.

Such EXCELLENT service at a reasonable price! We took our 4 (FOUR!) dogs, two big, two small, all in at the same time in the morning recently. We of course had appointments, that is very important! They were done by about 1pm. One of our small dogs, Chee (short hair Chihuahua-mix, about 20 pounds), was there just for a nail trim -- no one has ever been to do it -- he BITES! Love him, but he bites if you try to trim his nails. The groomer was able to calmly and quickly get it done. He of course fought with her and tried to bite her, but since there were no other dogs out in the grooming area, the groomer let me come to the table and hold Chee's head. She got all his nails trimmed in less than 45 seconds. Miracle. Our dog Charlie, a Standard Poodle, is almost completely blind. He has gotten increasingly fearful and easily-starled as his sight has worsened. Some other groomers have not been able to handle him well. Whoever groomed him at Bath & A Biscuit did a wonderful job and he was fine afterwards of course. Angel, our 50% Airedale, 50% Black Lab, was groomed beautifully. Her "style was exactly as we requested. And finally Mister Pickles, our Yorkie-Mix, looks ultra-sharp now that he is freshly groomed. I want to thank Bath & A Biscuit for such great service and expertise. We were referred by another customer who takes her dogs there. She also referred one of my clients (I'm a dog-walker) and their two dogs to Bath & A Biscuit, they have been happily taking their dogs there for months now. We just wish we had taken our dogs there sooner. Bath and a Biscuit is our go-to groomer from now on!

Ruger has been coming here for awhile, M/4/GS/Blue heeler, his groomer use to be a gal named Brandi. We learned Brandi was relocating of state. Let me tell you it’s a struggle finding good people to handle us with care even us humans with hairstylists. Anyway there was another gal that Brandi mentioned that could carry him over that she knew the in’s and out grooming him. His dad and I discussed it and figured it would be a chore and probably out of price range if we went anywhere else. I said how about we give them a chance. Soo thrilled we did. Teresa is by far the kindest and is such an expert at her services. She had exceptional communication skills, handles him with love, and clarifies matters if we make additional request. Her attention to detail is surprising to since she noticed his leash reactive tendencies, yet accommodates them well. She ensures he’s comfortable during his visit. Owner was extremely rough with my Maltese as I was chatting with her. She was hurting her by combing her tangled hair yanking the comb through her hair. My poor dog was looking at me like why are you letting this happen to me? I felt so awful for bringing her there. Needless to say we never went back. Also the salon was extremely dirty and the kennels where the dogs were kept were disgusting. I would not recommend bringing your fur baby here.

We're so glad we found Bath and a Biscuit! We have two elderly Yorkies who are very nervous and stubborn. Theresa (sp?) was very patient with my grumpy old men, and did a wonderful job grooming them. People stopped us on the street and complimented them. Thank you very much!

We only take our dog there to get her nails trimmed but they do a wonderful job there. Believe me, or dog does NOT like getting her nails done but she always leaves happy and healthy as ever. Could not recommend them higher.

This is a great place to go to! My girlfriend and I moved here about a year ago from Florida and we needed to find a dog groomer for our pupper Bella.We've been going to Brandy from day one and shes always great to Bella and does great work on her. Bella being a rescue dog with a little anxiety has never felt uncomfortable with her and best of all everytime I get Bella shes always happy!We are moving back to FL but will miss this place and Brandy very much! Great people here and I recommend asking for her!Much love going forward!

My dog is scared of everything, but they always do a great job with him. I kind of don't understand how they do it, he's not usually good with groomers. Last time I took him in he threw up by the door, but they were really nice about it. Then when I got back he was calm, had a great haircut, nails cleaned up, everything perfect. Just brought my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel here for the first time. He was matted pretty bad from a few too many trips to the coast. There was so much to get smoothed out in his hair, and with all the work needed, she did a great job making him look fresh again. And ready for summer weather. Also the tie around his neck when I picked him up is absolutely adorable!

Brandi was very loving and attentive to my pooch. Brandi trimmed her nails, cleaned her ears, washed and conditioned her, as well as tended to the anal glands. This was my first visit, and not only was the service stellar, I enjoyed the new look, as well as the smell inside. Weird thing to mention? Not at a grooming shop! I've walked into some shops, only to walk right back out. I am excited for the future of this one!

I would NOT recommend A Bath and a Biscuit!! Terrible service! Terrible policies! Terrible grooming!I took my 7 lb Havanese dog to A Bath and a Biscuit on November 10 to be groomed. I found them on a Facebook site. Our normal dog groomer had a baby and is taking some time off.I realized that the location was too far away for me to continue with this place, but I felt ok for this one time. I sat in my car and could see through the window. I felt Ashley was too rough grooming Jazzy. She just ripped the brush through Jazzy’s hair. I for sure knew I wasn’t returning.Ashley brought Jazzy to my van, accepted her cash payment, buckled Jazzy into the backseat and I left. We have a doggie seat belt for safety. I didn’t really see Jazzy.When we got home; I realized that Ashley had forgotten to put her collar back on her.I called and suggested that Ashley return the collar to my husbands work, which was closer than our home and easier. Ashley said it was an hour away. Its 12.4 miles away from A Bath and a Biscuit. She said she’d deliver it to my husbands work by Friday. I called on Monday and she hadn’t delivered it. She got angry with me. I just told her that she didn’t do what she agreed to do and my dog was now without her collar for 2 weeks.I got Marie, the owner, involved. She said it wasn’t anyone’s fault. SHOCKING!! And that Ashley would mail it on November 17.Surprise-Surprise! The collar never arrived. And the owner has stopped speaking with me. I don’t like to write a bad report, however, this is unacceptable and I’d like to know if someone else was treated this way. I would NOT patron this business!On top of the poor way my dog was treated and not returning her collar; she received an awful haircut. My daughter and I needed to trim strands of hair that were hanging down her stomach and her legs weren’t even trimmed. And she has matting under her arm pits. It’s disgraceful.And now I noticed I’ve been blocked on Facebook. Really horrible!!

Brandy does an excellent job with our mini schnauzer puppies. Anyone who complains about the cash only business isn't paying attention. They have a sign posted and tell you over the phone.

Really bad groomer. Bad attitude and service hole in the wall. Cash only. No reminder calls. She charges different prices without consent. Use the groupon but find a better groomer for your furry family member. No one needs this drama from the groomer/owner!

I would highly recommend a bath and a biscuit i was in desperate need for a groomer and everyone was booked and i was leaving on vacation to drive to nc in 3 days and they booked me in and when i picked up my furbaby Lilliemae she was so happy and looked gorgeous..i will return in a few days for a followup since we just return from our vacation.Peggy n lilliemae schmit
