A man's Disney land! They have everything you need for sports, hunting, fishing and other hobbies. I know everytime we go that I'm going to be there for a while lol. Prices are fair and you can find some great deals. I got my boyfriend a fish finder on sale for less than a hundred dollars and it's a really good one. Father's day is almost here so If you have a man who is difficult to find gifts for you need to go to sportsman's warehouse.

Purchased my first firearm from this place. Everyone in the department were amazing they answered questions and didn't treat me like I was stupid but knew it was my first purchas so they offered advice suggested the best arms for a novice and most importantly gained a loyal customer for life. Hands down the best shop and I can not recommend it more. All the employees are knowledgeable and were ready to help. Thank you so much!

I’ve had so many problems with Sportsman’s Warehouse, I’m done. With Cabela’s right there and so many other sporting good stores both local and online, there is absolutely no reason to go to Sportsman’s Warehouse. Most recently, I had a problem with an online order. They refused to make anything right about it, but offered me a $20 off coupon, with several restrictions, after about a week of back and forth communication. I wasn’t even going to give them the satisfaction of using the coupon ($20 off when I spend $20 or more lol), but there happened to be an item I wanted that I thought I could use the coupon on. I tried ordering online, but their 5% (seriously, 5%???) veteran’s discount doesn’t apply to online purchases. So I go to buy the item in the store, but can’t use my $20 coupon. In addition to all that, the staff was absolutely not helpful at all, didn’t appear to give a $hit if I was there or not, and actively avoided eye contact when I was trying to get their attention. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Keep your joke of a $20 coupon, and your veteran’s discount is a pain in the a$$ to use, and at 5%, it’s also a joke. There are so many other options for anyone looking to buy sporting goods. I’ve experienced excellent customer service from many of them, and I’ll gladly pay double for that great service. I highly DO NOT recommend buying anything from Sportsman’s Warehouse, and by the look of things, they won’t be around much longer anyway.

I've been a fan of Sportsman's service and value for years through Vortex optic... No hassle lifetime warranty.Just recently fell in love with boots for the first time since 2001.Solomon quest 4, appears to be a impeccably crafted amalgamation of synthetic materials which includes a incredibly comfortable upper made of heavy Gore Tex that fits like a sock.Reinforcement... Like a hiking sandal.Breathability is probably pretty good, the best I have perceived yet.Did notice some moisture in one of the uppers after a few hours of slush... Hope the gallon of silicone spray doesn't hurt.KEY POINT:Tread compound appears to be different than the trend of decent quality shoes having abysmal tread life through expendable social engineering.Hope they are taking the lead on fixing a common problem, at extreme competitive prices

We came in to purchase bear spray. Right away Jeff greeted us & offered assistance. I asked him for a recommendation on bear spray for our trip to Glacier National Park and he told me the best one to get (for grizzly bears). He had a wealth of knowledge and was giving us a lot of helpful advice on things to do. We’re really grateful for all of his help & glad we stopped in because we got to meet him. We also signed up for the loyalty program that he recommended.

These guys are great. I went through them to buy a hand gun and had the easiest time ever for a first time gun owner. Great personalities, great service! I had purchased my firearm, had it delivered to the store, had my background check go through, and received my pistol in a 13 day time frame. I was beyond impressed. Definitely suggest them for the newbies such as myself to the gun world. I was also given a free pass to go to a gun range in postfalls. Every question I had was answered until I understood. Thank you all for making this go as smooth and knowledgeable as you did!

I know I always complain about the prices whether it's food lumber equipment most of things I shop for but then again I'm 61 years old and it's hard to understand how inflation has resin so fast and doesn't seem to stop I have a $50 card I got from family to shop there $50 doesn't get you much these days but they do have quality stuff thanks again (Gilbert)

This is 2023 and your point of sale system can't find a transaction from a couple days ago? Almost every major retail outlet out there can find a transaction from the credit card even if you don't have the receipt.I love your store and love your selection But I might as well order online or shop from any of a number of other retailers that will allow returns to the card used. The Box was completely unopened unused with the factory seal on it and was purchased less than a week ago.The store manager was also rude and unprofessional in his response. You took the " I don't make the rules, if you don't like it don't shop here" Approach that I might expect of a minimum wage kid working the register as their 1st job but not from a store manager.

I took multiple fishing reels in to get new line. 2 spinning reels and 2 fly reels. On the fly reels I wanted the line to be swapped from one to the other and then, I bought new line for the other. I told him this and he said "yep no problem". Then he came to find me to say he couldn't do it after he had thrown my line and backing away. Went in to spend my money for their services, and they threw my line away. Went to the front and said something and was basically told to bad, spend more money and we can fix our mistake.

Most of the associates are great to work with, I have only really purchased things that require “assistance” in the firearms department here so this review is only with regards to that particular department. Everything is usually great until the managers arrive to verify various admin details and generally flout their lack of knowledge and indifference.Last time I was in there I was treated as an inconvenience to the manager who I had the misfortune of dealing with. Unfortunately not an isolated incident, I’ve purchased a couple different firearms there2 ordered and one I store and each time it’s the same old story. All good customer service until management shows up then it’s a parade of belittling indifference and arrogance.Unfortunate since it’s near toMy house and a smaller chain. It seems as soon as they give anyone a “manager” title they absolutely cannot wait to tell you you are wrong (even when they don’t know what they’re talking about ) or “no” . I can’t rate them separately but I feel every run in I’ve had with seperate managers is enough to warrant the one star review. Avoid.

Great service at the counter and I appreciate their stock in the store. Don’t let them dupe you into using their Explorer Rewards card for a discount. They require you to have cash to pay it off in the store and you probably won’t receive an invoice in the mail until it’s too late. The card company doesn’t appear to value the clientele.

Usually I have had phenomenal experiences here but this time the cashier decided to do the customer survey for me without even giving me the choice. When I called him out he said “I do this for all the customers”. His name was Elijah. I then requested him to let me do the survey which he never allowed. I told him how messed up that was and that I would like to speak with his manager. The manager working was Johnny. As I spoke to him, he acted as though what I was saying was unimportant and it felt like he wasn’t going to do anything about it. He even went as far as saying “most people don’t want to do it anyway”. Again, usually I have had really good experiences here. I was baffled that they are taking away the customers chance to be heard and rating themselves as excellent each time, then flipping the card reader around and letting the customer finish the transaction. In a consumer society you would think a manager and the company would value customer feedback.

Terrible customer service, do not order online from them. They will charge you and you’ll never hear about your order til you call. Called to check order status they said it was suspended and couldn’t tel me why. So my $1550 sat in limbo for no reason while the order placed said “pending shipment” this store is a joke don’t bother just go to cabelas

Went in to check on background check. Me and 2 others in line at the firearms counter. The guy at the counter, Mike, was so rude to me. He was visibly angry and annoyed that I asked him to look at a piece of paper for me. Ended up getting my $700 back because I couldnt imagine picking up my firearm from him. No thanks. Will never shop there again.

Sportsman's Warehouse is a good shopping experience. I feel like they need more checkout folks working, but hey, I get it; with the number of folks not wanting to work, I'd rather have customer support on the floor (which is fantastic) vice checkout's, but it is a concern. Highly recommend this place for cold-weather gear variety, price, and a full range of sizes. Also, this place has tremendous support for outdoor type sports, camping and they have a vast selection of firearms and Ammo, which are hard to find in this area. If you plan on doing a lot of business here, make sure you sign up for their points program. It results in some significant savings. It is military and veteran-friendly, offering a 10% discount for veterans and active-duty military. You've got to have some ID with proof, so VA card, Military ID, or veteran status on your enhanced driver's license. Great place to find the things you cannot find anywhere else. I bought some petty nice snow boots (under armor) here, in size 14, and a great price too! Highly recommended!

Very unprofessional phone call. Had a question about purchasing a gun online and the guy who my fiance talked to was an arrogant and not patient guy. He didn't have the time to listen to my fiance. Acted like he didn't have time to help us and I will add when we go to this establishment, we are never asked if we need help. Definitely will go else where with my business and go somewhere that actually will help me.

Not one employee asked if I needed help! I spent an hour in this store and not once did someone ask me if I needed help, after waiting at the gun counter for ten minutes I gave up. Even though I was the only customer standing there and looked at the two guys behind the counter several times for help they just ignored me. When there are zero customers in your store DON’T ignore the one person! I decided to go to Blacksheep in CDA instead.

Bought a firearm from these guys. Bought online, picked up at local store. Outstanding service, helpful, friendly staff. Very professional all through the transaction. They made sure all the various forms were filled out correctly. Very pleased with the whole experience. For a big chain store it felt like a hometown gun shop.
