This is the most disorganized store I’ve ever been in. Item are aisle and areas that don’t even make sense. This store is so disorganized the employees can’t even tell you where to go to find what you’re looking for. Everything is more expensive and the store is very dirty and dingy looking. My prior experience before this one was not a good experience either the employee was extremely rude and confrontational for no reason whatsoever. I will only go here as a last resort moving forward.

This store is the closest one to me and is just fine for my purposes. I never go when it's busy, so I can't speak for the line length like other people. I've always dealt with pleasant employees. Although... two stars off for the last pickup experience. The guy who brought my groceries out didn't ask about coupons (I had some) and sent me a receipt without the coupon discounts. He took them and said they'd get applied anyway, but that's not true. Make sure that the pickup people ask about coupons first!

We had a wonderful experience with the bakery! We had a design in mind for our daughter’s birthday, and the baker went above and beyond! We received so many compliments, and were so happy with this cake.

I went in this store in a rush to bought some sushi and check out my sushi in the deli section since the line in the self checkout was long. After paying for my food I realize I needed to get some ramen so I bought some and went in the front check out anyways since the deli section wouldn’t take it( which is perfectly fine ) When I went to the self check out, Teresa ask me if I“needed help to scan my sushi” and I told her I already pay for my sushi in the back and I also have the receipt if needed. She insisted and calling the manger but the manger didn’t come and she take away my sushi anyways, even though i PAY FOR IT. Mind you I have a appointment to catch, overal the experience wasn’t great because they make me feel like I was stealing or guilty of something, I tried to call the store to at least get my money back but no one pick up. so just don’t buy your sushi here :)

This is a really sad store. The employees and managers at this store are always rude, the store is disorganized, it's laid out poorly and the interior is so dark and dingy, I only go here in emergencies because the experience is so consistently terrible. Would not recommend.

The personel at the Maple Valley QFC are great, on every shift. It's a pleasure to do business with this fabulous cadra of employees.There has been, unfortunately, a problem with prices posted/advertised and the ring-up. Almost every receipt I've had in the last 45 days or so have one or more mistakes. This is both if I self-check or go through normal employee check out. On the first of March, I was even charged $5 for a newspaper that I had under my arm. (Wall Street Journal). The checker didn't ask me about the paper. I would have shown it to her. QFC does not, if course, sell the WDJ. THIS was clearly a bad decision on her part. Now, the better news ... I've never had a problem with reimbursements for these computer errors. I would rather buy my groceries here than anywhere else in the Valley even if there are a few errors here and there. And, it's not just this store. According to a report In the WSJ, the industry took in over 3 billion in improperly charged items in 2022. Always check your receipt. Computers lie. (Any one for some AI)Freddy Chavré of Maple Valley

This QFC is alright. They usually have a good produce selection and a wonderful meat and seafood counter. Their deli and warm foods section leaves much to be desired and sometimes isn't even open, although their sushi is good. I've also been in there several times where there was only one or even no checkers open; the only option was self check out. All the staff have always been nice and friendly, they just need some more! During COVID, it was very easy to find many people not wearing masks when they were mandated.

I went about 1030 this morning and they had no checkers. You had to use self check and I had a huge cart of groceries. Said it was the company policy but I am sure that several people will rethink going to QFC now

Great little grocery store but very inconvenient that they don't have plastic bags. Paper bags make for longer lines, take more material and energy to create and recycle and have torn open on me in the parking lot twice.

Check Debbie and front end Manager is horrid. She is stoic. Mean to employees and customers and has slammed my groceries all the time. If she is so miserable she should retire instead of ruining the vibe of the community. I am a local and support my local business when I could easily go to bigger stores.

I was just using their machine key duplicator and one lady employee approach me and asking me if I did unplug or plug something on their outlet next to the machine - why will I do that or maybe it's one of their stupid employee who did it. That lady needs some good manners training and be respectful to your costumer.

Checker Debby--why is your life so awful that you have to be such an ogre to customers? I have no idea how you keep a job in the service industry when you clearly don't like people. My wife and I have used every kind word or conversation starter and we're ignored like we don't exist or get short answers. We're not asking for conversation but niceties and a smile. In over two years of coming here, there's not once been a smile on your face. Please find happiness...and work elsewhere. We give up.

Very poor service. Offered buy one get one free but wouldn't bother to tell me the costs per pound. Contacted store customer care and they said they didn't know the price of their own products.

Just go anywhere else. Always a long check out experience, they usually only have self check out open, so good luck with that full cart of food, and the food they sell is at times moldy and/or expired. It’s obvious management does not care.

My local Maple Valley QFC is going down hill. They used to be a step above the other grocery stores including the other Kroger store, Fred Meyer. They used to have better produce and several higher end products than Fred Meyer, but in the last several months all the higher end products have disappeared, I’ve had garlic I just purchased be moldy multiple times and my wife just came back and said none the pineapples they’re selling are fit to be sold.It seems like they must have new management, but regardless of the reason, it’s now the worst store in town. Glad I pass a much better Safeway on my way home from work.Really too bad.

They will not do a return even with a receipt and unopened merchandise. It was only $25 they would have had to refund me. My husband purchased it at the Issaquah QFC yesterday. The store manager Kristin here was very unhelpful and needs to work on her customer service. I returned it to the Issaquah location later and asked there manager if that’s how he would have handled the situation. He said No. He told me he returns stuff from other QFC’s all the time especially because I had my receipt. He Apologized for my experience at the other location with Kristin. Today you lost a customer at your location Kristin.

I gave it three stars instead of four or five stars because they had construction going on inside the building so there were certain items unavailable that you could normally get. Most of the freezer section was removed to redo the floors and or replace freezer units/displays. The customer's shopping there and the employees working there are nice, decent, normal people. A small percentage of customers can be a a little out of place,but no place is perfect. It's pretty close to a perfect place to shop as far as a public places go.

Haven't been in awhile and was pleased with selection. It's not as big as some other grocery stores but they had everything I needed. Even picked up sushi platter for dinner!

I gave them 5 stars . We're from Texas and first time to be in the store. The customer service was awesome. We tried to look for Coleman propane for camping and the guy helped us find it. And after paying our goods , we left our stuff in the bag. The guy to the parking lot and handed the bag. It's hard to find that kind of service in Texas. Thank you for your awesome service! At 5’3” I can’t even get stuff off the second to top shelf but I can’t even touch that top shelf of dream of buying anything from it and you didn’t seem to have extra employees around to get it. Is your plan to have us waiting on each aisle for assistance?

This is the store that my family visits that most. Most of the time we have a good experience, though there is one employee that makes this store much weaker. Her name is Deb (not to confused with the blondish Debbie). Deb is an older gal with blackish hair and she is very unkind and treats all of her customers with disrespect. She shouldn’t be interacting with customers at all (again I am talking about the dark haired Deb and not Debbie...who happens to be amazingly kind and easy-going). I know it seems unfair for me to take 2 stars for one employee, but Deb is so rude and unkind that she really hurts the overall vibe of this store. If the management were to wise up and realize the detriment of her character, her absence would help gain back these two lost stars because she is literally the only thing that is wrong with this location. Overall, I do love this store, especially when Deb isn’t working! I love Nicole and Jamie...they are both incredibly kind and helpful!! The only time you’ll have a bad experience here is if you’re forced to interact with Deb. Otherwise this location is perfect!

The staff is very helpful towards myself as I am getting older and sometimes need assistance. The deli is to my liking, as the rest of thier products. This store is more expensive than some larger chains, but the smaller setting lends too a more personal experience.

Found a new item that we love, Croissant Bread. Unfortunately, QFC has taken up price gouging on this and other items. Started a month ago at $5.99 a loaf (already exorbitant) now is $8.99 in less than a month!?We all understand what is happening with supply chain etc but this is flat out abuse. Find hot items, take advantage, seems to be the new normal. Shame on you, won't be buying that again.

It's a nice grocery store, with nice people working there, and the long line to checkout (on a Saturday afternoon) was surprisingly quick. I was worried when I saw the line, but it only took around 6 minutes to checkout, and that included a price check on one of my items.
