The staff is amazing. So helpful. They will help you figure out what is best for your pet. And if your pet won’t eat it you can return it and they donate to a local shelter. They’re the best.

A wonderful staff! Extremely friendly and caring. It was my first time in. I stopped to buy my dog the best treats I could find bring that he was at the end of his life. They were so kind and even gave me a little something special for him. He loved the treats. I'll continue to get my pet goodies from here.

We went here initially desperately seeking a kibble that wouldn’t give our 8 month old GSD an upset stomach after struggling with diarrhea for the good part of 3 weeks and spending hundreds at the vet. Instead of just immediately pointing us in the direction of some high priced food, the woman (I think maybe the owner) who helped us asked tons of questions to gage Zora’s situation. She was able to tell us more about our dog’s dietary needs than any vet that I have ever encountered. She recommended different bland diets for our dog, offered many different ways of trouble shooting her issues, and even calculated the amount of calories she needed. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping us. She ended up being the one to finally stop our dog’s chronic stomach issues. I cannot say better things about this place. Please give them all of your money.

Best store for pet food and treats in Spokane. Awesome dog and cat foods, treats and harnesses/ leashes, etc. They have a lot of wild bird seeds, bird houses, squirrel feeders, bird baths, you name it. There's some great stuff from local artists. The owners are really nice people. The store is family owned and ran as far as I know.I do miss the original owner, though. She was so knowledgeable and generous. She had great advice and gave free samples of cat and dog food every time I came in, no matter how much I spent. I always bought the same dry foods for the most part, so I used the free samples as treats. She and her brother were both awesome people, super sweet. I think the new owners are really nice too. They're pet lovers, and seem to know quite a bit about the products they're selling. So, I'm sticking with this store. I always recommend it to any pet lover.

We have bought pet food here for a couple years. The food selection is high quality pet food and the owner is knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the past few experiences have been unpleasant wherein the staff was condescending and patronizing. I will be searching for another place to shop.

Absolutely gorgeous little shop. The plants out front are thriving and has such a welcoming atmosphere. They have a very unique and wide selection of pet supplies ranging from bird seeds to really neat dog toys and treats that I can't find anywhere else. Definitely the best pet store in Spokane and excellent staff!

Great people, amazing service, stellar prices, and a WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE!!! Had no idea i was spending waaaaay too much money on a food from petco that had undigestable filler!!??!! Ohh my COD thr gals helped me find a similar food that was less costly, no b.s. filler, and my doggo had a great transition without any upset tummy or accidents, hands down best lil shop full of all the good stuff!!! Greatful to support such an amazing local business!!!!
