I am so impressed by the incredible hard work and dedication K9 Country Club has put into my dog Baker. Baker is in an intense board and training school to become a service dog. My dog can be lazy but K9 ensure he puts in the work and learns what it takes to serve. They are amazing!In just one month I cannot believe the transformation already! My pup went from testing his boundaries every time to becoming obedient. So much more has to be learned but I am trusting the process. I see the change and growth in my dog. I will never go to anyone else again. Thank you K9 Country Club for taking on our Baker Boy. He will be an incredible service dog!

Very pleased with K9 country Club Pet Center. I moved from TN with 2 dogs and was worried how they would adjust to a new daycare. The staff made me feel at ease and the dogs enjoy the time there. They come home ready to rest after a full day. Daycare packages are very affordable. Definitely recommend this place.

I've been taking my dog to K9 for a little over a year now and my dog gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot. He absolutely loves it there. The facility is very clean and they know all their regular doggies on a personal level. We have done group training, doggy day care, & grooming with this facility; and have always had good communication/experiences.

K9 country club staff are so nice and helpful and informative, I came in looking for a brand of food that would meet my dogs needs and like everywhere else it was out of stock, but the staff took the time to go through their inventory to find some dog food that would be suitable for my dogs allergies. I could not believe it. They were very kind and understanding and helpful and answered every question I had. Recommending g things for me to try for my dog, but never pushy about it I did later try their Recommendations and they were exactly what my dog needed. Now she is happier than ever thanks to the friendly staff at k9 country club.

We took our dogs, Lexi (age 2) and Champ (age 10), down to the training facility. Since Lexi is a basic cattle dog she required far more training time than we did with Champ and she has turned out great. Before her training, I could not take her out on a walk and have any control over her and now I do. There is a much harder part however and that is getting the owners as well trained as the dogs. Correcting a dog is important but far more important than that is to tell them they are 'good'. They do need to hear both. I think this facility is great and the people who do the training/caring or work at the front desk are wonderful.

2 1/2 months ago I adopted 3-month-old Casey from the Path of Hope rescue. It was love at first sight for the first month. Then she began jumping on anyone that came in my home, would drag me when we went on walks and became totally unmanageable. I watch video after videos on training her, but it wasn't enough. I couldn't figure out what to do. I knew I would never give up on her, but I needed to get a professional to help me. I read the reviews for K9 Country Club and decided to try their service. It has been almost 4 weeks that she has been in training and a few days that I was in training. Her attitude and responsiveness are like night and day! I am so thrilled with the work that Nick and Cody did with Casey. They worked with me, gave me updates on her progress and calmed my fears of leaving her. She is now a sweet, respectful and complete pleasure to be with! Thank you, Nick and Cody, for all the hard work you put into Casey to be the companion that I always wanted! I took Casey back today and I thought she would be nervous or scared to go back but it was just the opposite! I was shocked that she was so excited to see everyone there! I would recommend K9 Country Club 100%

He’s got such a passion for training dogs, and really gives it his all when it comes his work. If you’re ever in the neighborhood give them a stop by, for simple questions or to schedule some training sessions. Great place, greater people!

They are the best in the area. We have tested a few different “highly recommended” places for our Huck and this by far has been the best. We have trained, boarded and groomed Huck there and it is literally the only place he runs to once we arrive. That is the best test…he loves it! They are well staffed and approach care in the most professional manner. This is a whole new level and I consider them experts. The facility is designed well for pets (indoor, outdoor, training like five-star gyms, etc.). TOTALLY IMPRESSED and will never return to some of the other places. It is like staying at a 2-star hotel after you have stayed at a 5-star, at the same price. I choose 5-star for Huck. They are trained professionals and have designed the facility, training and care based on what is truly best for dogs.

This is the only boarding place I have ever used for my dog; I keep seeing a few bad reviews and I don’t understand those because my dog gets so excited when we take the freeway exit to this place and he just becomes an excited mess. A few times a year I drop my dog Bugsy off here for boarding a week at a time while I go on vacation. On top of that I regularly bring him in for grooming and nail trims. The owner and staff always take great care of Bugsy and treat him like their own. They are great with communication with me as well and always offer their recommendations and knowledge. Next up for us is training... he's going to make them work but I have 100% trust and faith that they will do the best job and treat him well while doing it. 10/10 would recommend.

We adopted Penelope a week ago today. The entire staff has been kind, knowledgeable and responsive with our many questions on how to manage a frenchie puppy . When they say their hope is to become family, I believe they mean it. Jessie has been wonderful - answering my follow up texts quickly and full of grace and patience. They have given me tips on how to introduce Penelope to our 7 year old sheepdog and the transition had been perfect. They did a fantastic job socializing Penelope. At 5 months, she is not afraid of other dogs, she loves the car, will sleep anywhere, is openly accepting to anyone that wants to hold her, she loves shopping and being outside, she was litter box trained when we brought her home but learned to go potty outside within 3 days. She is so happy, calm and well adjusted - a true testament to love and care she received the first few months of her life. Their adoption process was easy, relaxing, friendly and personal. We left the facility with a bag of complimentary dog food to get us through a few days, and everything we needed for our new pup. Their facilities are clean and seemingly top notch - truly a one-stop shop for anything you might need. I can’t talk to their training and boarding as we have just been with them for a week but we cannot be happier with the process so far.

I am utterly disappointed and appalled by the abysmal service provided by K9 Country Club Spokane Inc. in caring for our beloved dogs Bailey and June bug. The complete lack of communication, disregard for customer inquiries, and admission to being understaffed are just a few of the many issues we encountered during our pets' stay at this facility.From the moment we dropped off Bailey and June bug, we were promised regular updates and information about their well-being. However, for an entire week, we received nothing but silence from K9 Country Club Spokane Inc. . Our numerous emails and phone calls went unanswered, leaving us in a state of distress and uncertainty about the welfare of our furry family members.Furthermore, to add insult to injury, when an attendant finally took notice that our dogs had destroyed their bed, leaving bedding fluff strewn all over the room, there was a complete lack of action taken. The mess was left unattended for hours, at least until an hour after the attendant noticed it, and no attempt was made to notify us of this incident. This disregard for our pets' belongings and the lack of communication regarding the situation is unacceptable.After the dog bed incident, we attempted to contact the owner through his public Facebook account, but our message went unanswered. The lack of response from the owner further highlights the poor communication and customer service standards at K9 Country Club Spokane Inc.When we finally managed to get in touch with the manager, Nick, his rudeness and dismissive attitude only added to our frustration. Instead of addressing our valid concerns, Nick simply brushed us off, citing the kennel's under staffing as an excuse for their lack of communication. This blatant excuse is unacceptable when it comes to the well-being of animals entrusted to their care.The negligent behavior of K9 Country Club Spokane Inc has left us deeply unsettled and disappointed. As pet owners, we expect and deserve transparency, professionalism, and above all, proper care for our beloved companions. The mishandling of our dogs, the disrespectful treatment we received, and the lack of responsibility for the destruction of their belongings have left us with a bitter taste in our mouths.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against entrusting your pets to K9 Country Club Spokane Inc. Their incompetence, lack of communication, and disrespectful behavior towards customers make them a subpar choice for pet boarding. Our experience with this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare, and we will not be returning nor recommending their services to anyone in the future. I have taken my dog to K9 for years for doggie daycare, boarding, and regular check-ups. The staff is always friendly and attentive and my dog LOVES going there. Recently, he had a very bad laceration that required two surgeries at another vet. It did not heal well and we were sent home being told they could not suture it up again and to hope for the best. I then took him to the vet at K9 who literally saved his life with a series of complex stiches, staples, and proper medication. He's all better and eager to go to daycare during the week. Highly recommend.

The very first time I took my pup here for daytime daycare, I would've given a one star review. He came home shaking and scared. I was reassured by staff that he's nervous with it being his first time, and he did not get hurt and got along fine with the other kiddos. Thankfully I followed my intuition and came back next week. He got less and less nervous, and more and more excited. It's been a little over a year since that first day, and I can't even get onto the freeway in that direction without my little buddy wagging his tail looking out the window with excitement. My dog is not a people person in general, but he loves all the staff. He has so much fun and by the end of the day when I pick him up he's exhausted and sleeps well. K9 country club is a step above most dog trainers and I’ve been to a few. We entered our dog into their Board and Train program. As part of the training, it was emotional leaving our baby behind, but the club kept us informed weekly and it was such a treat to see our boy across their social media platforms. They took his “exposure“ training to the next level as he was introduced to farm animals, strangers, moving vehicles and kids.Once we were able to see our boy again he was a different dog, from a good boy to a bestest boy he was. The one-on-one training continued with us as the students. The staff were clear and supportive as we trained alongside in a hands-on matter.Now that our baby is home the training continues but the staff at The Club are still there, checking in and offering tune up training when needed. There to answer any questions as we move forward with our knowledge to continue the training at home.Overall this facility is clean, big, welcoming and informative. You’ll sleep well at night knowing your darlings are in good hands.

The highly skilled behavioral dog training by Nick and his crew was a game changer for our pup and family. When I came to Nick, I was in desperate need to find a solution to my pup's behavioral issues, which were becoming considerable and stressful for us. I'd struggled through training classes at different facility for about 5 months, and though everyone there was well-meaning, nothing seemed to work. During the initial consultation at K9 Country Club, Nick spoke with me for about an hour after he and his team of trainers assessed our girl for the day. The goal was for her to be a respectful, loving member of the family and to simply be able to enjoy taking her places with us.After the board and train program, that is exactly what happened! I couldn't be happier. To give you and idea how AWESOME it is now...we just spent the afternoon at the lake with our pup off lead, swimming, hiking and her recall was flawless. No worries about other dogs. After swimming, we enjoyed sitting with her at an outdoor cafe, not a care in the world, just hanging out and relaxing. This never would have been possible without this training program. Highly recommended.

We took our 9 month Ausidoodle for board and training as he was very reactive on leash, especially towards other dogs and strangers. Although it was hard to leave him for an extended period of time, it was the best decision we have made to be able to have a well behaved, fun loving, goofy dog that we longed for. Nick and Bree are amazing with responding to each dogs personality they give you the proper tools to keep working with your dog at home. Their facilities are so well maintained, clean and professional. We have since taken Bodhi back for overnight boarding and Bodhi loves hanging out with all of his buds at Daycare in a safe, and well monitored environment.

I have never been to such a 'state of the art' facility for training, water therapy and daycare and a really well stocked supply store! The facility is very very clean and organized and the staff are 'over the top' with love and kindness to both the 4 legged and 2 legged's that enter the facility. I have met with Owner Nick, GM Kevin and Community Outreach Wyn on several occasions and they extremely heartfully focused and driven to override the negative. I would not hesitate one moment to take my dog aka my child to this beautiful facility. In addition, from the store front employees, the groomers to the daycare team everyone is absolutely over the top!! Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT listen to negativity, people will be people..stop in for yourself to see the greatness happening!!

My three rescue pups are like my children and I am super protective of them! I first toured K9 Country Club with a community open house last year and was so impressed by the clean facility and obvious attention to detail.When I decided to board my dogs earlier this summer, I appreciated the standard of requirements of health records, and felt secure leaving my pups over a long weekend. In addition to boarding, I had my two Australian-Collie Shepard mix dog's groomed, and they obviously had a great time. I loved being able to check in via cameras, and also all the pictures posted on Facebook.My experience is that the staff at K9 Country Club are professional, caring and it is apparent that they love animals and serving people. After such a great first experience, I had all three pups stay for over a week, and they will be visiting again for two more weeks in the next month while I am traveling.In an age where it is so easy to slam, slander, share and comment without first-hand knowledge or actual experience, I would suggest taking the time to do your own due diligence, especially with something as important as trusting the care of your pet.I recommend that anyone who wants to have their pets receive the best possible boarding experience view the facility yourself, chat with the staff (including the owner) and form your own opinion.I have full confidence in K9 Country Club, and appreciate all the quality options to care for KC, Jemma and Kai.
