This is the most friendly and caring small pet grooming shop I have ever been to. It has been in business for 50 years! They work here like a family. They give Junho a scarf after each bath (as beautiful and meaningful as every season). Whenever I pass by, I will definitely let Junho enjoy a grooming here! I love it here.👍👍👍

I feel like I got robbed. $170 to give my lab a bath, and they butchered my Shih Tzu - they just took some clippers and completely shaved him down. There are patches where he's shaved to the skin, and long tufts where they missed, apparently. And they had the gall to ask for a tip, which I immediately regretted after seeing the condition of my dogs. And they didn't clip their nails! $170 and that doesn't include nail trimming? I feel violated by the whole experience.

Brought in my shih tzu black and gray. Just adopted her from the pound she had long hair. Arrange for a haircut they did a excellent job. Dogs were not scared at all after.Most definitely will be returningGood price

I think these guys are amazing and have always been good to me & my 2 dogs and their puppies when needed. They've always done an exceptional job and there prices are very reasonable. They have scheduled one of my dogs last minute or found the time to squeeze them in when needed and I'm so grateful for them for that. 🐩🐕Thank You So Much And I'm Grateful For Everything You Guys Do. 😊💯🐾

I took my shiatsu in this past Monday.I want to say he wasn't in the greatest condition.And they did a great job on him from head to tail and his nails.Than j s so much for your great attitude with no judgement.We appreciate you guys.He's very happy.We'll see ya next time.

I've taken my cat here and now my little buddy! They have done a wonderful job on both. My dog has some issues with his back legs and they took care of him so well. He has never looked so good! He's still fluffy even tho it's short. I love those place.

If I could give zero stars I would. My dog was perfectly healthy and fine went in for just a bath and toes trimmed. Came out unable to walk and bear weight on three legs. Ended up with an emergency pet visit. Looking at possible surgery to get him back up and running. When I called to ask how things went with him they said everything was fine and hesitated a bunch, and ask me to call the owner tomorrow. I know my dog is not a fan of water and they did something for him to be this broken right now. Run far far away and tell your friends.

Easy to get to and charming they responded right away to my inquiries - though the shop is small and not much room say for boarding your pet till their service was met & had to assist as to not cause a can cadence of barks and howls.

They were excellent with my 4 year old poodle mix. She was trimmed shorter than I wanted, but it's okay as summer is just around the corner. It was my dog's first trip to a groomer. I've been doing it and decided I needed a break.

I called in hoping to get my dog cut for same day appt and they told me they'd fit us in. I'm a nervous Nancy when it comes to trying a new groomer! They told me it would take about 4 hours when I dropped him off. On the dot, they called me 4 hours later and he looked and smelled amazing! I have never had a groomer make my dog look exactly how I want him to look but they did! I was so happy they also expressed his glands. The pricing was very reasonable which was just a cherry on top! I will definitely be taking him back here.

My dog looks good, but I had a very poor greeting with the lady something negative about my other dog under her breath. I had an appointment at 10am, we called around 3pm and she hadn't even been started. I'm a little horrified how long she was (hopefully) in a crate. This is my second time there, and won't return. Also, VERY expensive.

Took my senior pup in to be groomed. She has never had an issue being groomed. She does have a few moles on her. But when I picked her up, she clearly had not been bathed. She had cut hair residue as well as dirt/dandruff. I had to come home and bathe her. Her back nail was clipped and was bleeding as well as a mole. It would have been different if they had told me so instead of coming home to find it!Then while waiting for them to figure out my dog a groomer had clipped another dog in the armpit area because she was not giving that dog full attention. Then proceeded to say she got this dog bad. She pushed and shoved this little dog all over the table instead of gently guiding them. After witnessing this and how I received my dog I will not be coming back.

First time we took the doggos there went great! Second time not so much. My dog has scabs all over her neck and body. Not any kind of flea dirt or bugs of any kind but actual scabs. I'm thinking it had to do with a chemical burn or irritants to the shampoo. I gave her a call and she didn't seem empathetic or have any knowledge of why my dog might have scabs after grooming. I will not be taking my dogs there again.

Called ahead of time about getting my dogs nails trimmed. When I got there it started off great with a warm welcome however as soon as they started working on my dog I quickly realized this place is not the place to go. The dog groomer had injured my pup enough to make her yelp twice before he even started working on her. Then he expected her to try to jump onto a counter about 4 feet in the air when she wasn't able to do so he attempted to pick her up but dropped her against the counter further injuring her. We left with out even getting a service done.

We take our 2 schnauzer's in every six weeks and they do an amazing job every time. They are very reasonable with their pricing, always friendly and consistently knock it out of the park. I highly recommend doing business with them.

I love it that they take good care of my Chihuahua. My dog is scared of getting her nails done, so she is mean. However, they do a great job. The workers are kind and patient, and it's affordable.

Fit me in last minutes to get my dogs nails trimmed when no other place was able due to staffing. Both of my dogs refuse to let me do it myself. They were busy working on 3 dogs getting groomed and squeezes me in. He clipped, grinded and also cleaned their ears out. Quick and easy!! Great pricing!!

I have a small dog and asked them to keep my dogs bangs and sent pictures of what I'd like my dog to look like. When we got there to pick him up he was completely shaved with barely any hair on him and his bangs cut didn't even look like my dog or anything that I want my dog to look like. On top of that We drop my dog off at 12 o'clock they didn't call us until 530 to pick up my dogs so they were crated for god knows how long.
