Fantastic service every time! Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. They move lines very quickly when they are busy. Half the time they have things on the counter waiting me for me to pick from. They welcome dogs and even offer treats as well ♥️♥️♥️. They also keep the store super clean and its always decorated wonderfully! Definitely my favorite shop in Yakima! I highly 🤣 recommend this shop and every budtender in it.

I left The Bake Shop for this place. I find the strains to be more potent, and the budtenders give great referrals! You can always score a nice cart for 20 bucks.

They had some deals on some owee and tell me why I ordered them as I was leaving my house it said pick up was ready then couple mins later as I’m getting to there location it say denied order like what so I called there taking about from an 19$ to 90$ smh I’d rather just got to kush 21 by target they got good deals fresh flower they even got some bomb ice cream to kush 21 yaklma I will not recommend slow burn to anyone

I love this place so. I can get cbd and cbg and it helps me with my pain from MS, it doesn't take all of the pain away but helps

Amazing employees, very friendly and intelligent about their products! Good typical discounts you can rely on, but their variety of less common products is very slim. Very little variety in products like no-solvent Rosin and traditional hashish.Also, not frequently that they have quality herb, for the price of quantity herb, which is making me consider shopping at other locations that I can get an ounce of 25% or higher herb for only $100-120

Iknow you guys aren't in charge of packaging but I'm sure you can at least check the product when you get it D; just got a gram from you guys last night actually a few tasty terps.. and I opened it to it Allll smeared looking like basically nothing:( kinda bummed. I drive from tri cities to get the deals yall have .. basically paid 20 for the container it feels like :/

I like this place except for the fact that they ALWAYS have a public “SALE” going on that is “BETTER” than a veteran’s discount thus rendering it unusable because you can’t compile discounts. It takes all appreciation for veterans out of the equation. If you want to be appreciated for your service this is not the place to go. I have been in about five times and has been the case every time. This is my first review. Hopefully they will make some changes to show their support for the people serving and protecting them and the country they live in.

This place is very good at remembering who you are and what you like. The Bud Tenders are knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. Located near Winco Foods in Union Gap saves on ridiculous gas prices and makes my shopping trip to the overpriced grocery store end happy and on a high note.

Didn't know they made carbonated drinks infused with weed.....wow not too bad tasting! My ribs were fractured due to having COVID caused by coughing and this helped out sooo much with the pain.

Love 'em. They have a great selection of products, a staff that certainly knows what they're talking about, and they are always willing to help. From suggestions to help with medical issues, to simply getting a dab tank replaced because the one you bought shorted out, they're super helpful! Great prices as well!

Asked if they had veterans discount the weed co gives you 20% off order they said yes I was like awesome there prices were crazy expensive I left with out buying anything want to see good deals stretch your dollar there is happy time north first st,weed co on fruitvale better deals so you get better smoke

Usually a great place, with great selection, and great customer service. However, my last visit I received horrible service unfortunately. The evening lady had no interest or patience for me or my needs except to get me out the door. Was irritated cus I kept asking to see different flower options for a specific price range.
