Love the store. It is clean and has great deals. The check-out staff, however, are rude and condescending. I pushed the help button for assistance in the handbag section and pushed the button for assistance with a higher dollar purse. With no response within 5 minutes, I pushed it again. With no response, I walked to the front desk and explained. I was rudely informed by a young lady with eyelashes to her forehead that I needed to "push the button" which I explained that I had done 2x. She informed me that she didn't hear it overhead. I give this store 5 stars because every time I've gone here (except once), they've had What I've wanted and at really good price! Today, my journey was to go back to get more guitars that I like to donate to those children who are less fortunate. I was lucky enough that there were some left for boys or girls. The last one I got was all brown, so it was for either. I believe music can change anybodys life, so let's start them young! I also found a little change/wallet for myself, which i think was only like 4 bucks. Also, I found a little dog toy for my Boston terror (Russell). The selection of dog toys, beds, jackets, and treats are remarkable! Every cashier that I've had so far has been very friendly and fast!!! If there was one thing i would change, it would be that they have a better selection for children's shoes unless I missed it they really don't have any for a shoe size 5? I'll have to double-check next time! Other than that, I love the store it's another one that you can pretty much buy anything in.

This is honestly one of my favorite places to shop. Great clearance! I love this store! It's always clean and im yet to fund a staff member that isn't helpful and friendly. The only downfall is that they're women's shoes really only go up to a 10 and they have a very small women's plus size. What they do have always seems geared to a much older demographic. But fur my fur girls (dogs) they always have the best selection of toys at great prices and a large variety of treats for them as well.

I spent close to a couple hundred dollars and a lot of time shopping and carefully selecting gifts. One of the items was a wool knit beanie that had a loose thick thread. I looked for a while for another one that wasn’t damaged. I wasn’t able to find one, so I decided I could repair the loose thread at home with a knitting needle. I kindly asked the manager if I could have a small discount for the damaged item that I would have to go home to repair. She grabbed a pair of scissors to cut the loose thread. I told her please, do not cut the thread or the hat will come apart! I almost couldn’t believe my eyes. I told her I can repair the hat but for that I wouldn’t want to pay full price. She said she couldn’t discount the price for the defective item. Honestly, my money and time would be spent better anywhere else. The store is constantly messy and their product is damaged. They refuse to help and in fact, are willing to further damage their product instead of helping the customer. Buyer beware, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

What can i say, SUPER DUPER FAVORITE STORE!. . This location has the store displayed so that everything is easily found. Very clean, and organized, and the associates know their stuff. Found great, great deals, and quality items for super great prices. I spend way to much money, but enjoy doing so in a store that makes your shopping experience awesome. Super happy with this location and management. Have a great 2020.

I never walk out of this store empty handed! A great place for home decor, kitchen items, jackets, sports gear, baby clothes, and so much more. The mirrors in the dressing room have natural lighting on the sides of them to give you a true picture of what you're trying on. Not always what's desired, but I appreciate it in the long run :)

Tonight I saw something VERY CONCERNING and could not believe what happened. To me it looked like a new trainee was told “follow them outside” by what looked to be a trainer about some customers that did not pay or something….you actually train new employees to chase after someone OUTSIDE AT 9PM at night….holy cow and the new girl was a small thing….wish I knew her name so that I may apologize for how she was treated and for the fact she was asked to do that when the store should have security. I was going to leave a 5* review on how the store looked, cleanliness, when I asked an employee where I could find the salt shakers she took me right to them (Thank You unnamed employee) but what I saw at the front counter tonight was unbelievable and I cannot believe a store would train to put an employee at risk like that.

Wow! I would've given 4 stars, but due to the present state of freight destination delays, inventory was so disappointing 😞. These freight delivery delays are a real problem. And who pays? Being a consumer who considers TJ Maxx her Macy's, I do! Every so often I like to treat myself to their affordable apparel. I hate shopping online, you can't see and feel the actual quality of the garment.

It's an absolutely amazing place to shop for handbags, shoes, beauty items, fragrances and my favorite home decor. This place leaves Ross in the dust. It's very clean,organized and smells great. I highly recommend you give this place a visit 👌

This is a wonderful store to visit between Ross and Kohl's. Park outside this store and visit all of them. You have a few hundred feet from any front door that you would like to reach. Can't go wrong with cheap sjoes, clothes and decor.

I used to Love to shop there. One of my favorite places to shop for my kids and Iuntil. I bought a watch with tags and receipts still in box and all..I explained to the union gap manager that I need to return the watch because of money issues and Jenny the manager did not bother to try and help me out in any way...working as a manager in retail for five years I would have never treated a customer like that especially when it comes to a financial binding...for her to not even ask me to come to the store to see what she could have done for me, Jenny the manager just shut me down...I do understand policy but to not be helped in any way is mind boggling especially when you run a multi million dollar store

Good service on my visit. One worker told me about the yellow tickets, didn't know this about TJ Maxx. Just wished they had more variety for girls, as I was shopping for a gift for my daughter. Thanks guys.

I don’t like nor appreciate the fact that the low class store associates go too far in pressuring/coerce customers to sign up for a store card. Store manager need to set up company meetings to better train the store associates the professional sales pitch toupsell customers a store card!Loss of interest of the Union Gap location!

A bit confusing. Store intermixed "skirts" with jeans and slacks with signage indicating "bottoms". Why wouldn't they present skirts with dresses, or better yet presented in separate display, so a person can find the skirts easily.
