I love Ross but this store is so unorganized I had to literally look through each shirt to find my size. Ever rack had every size and style mixed together. With that said I still found a couple things I wanted. I love Ross.

Decent prices but when I went to the part of store for my son's clothes I seen clearance signs yet no tags on none of the clothes they said they are not clearance items then. So why have the signs up and not have them on sale. Was close to a 4 star before this happen. Be careful

Fabulous selection 👌🏾 and very helpful, friendly service. They also let us "put items on hold" for 1 hour. We came back ASAP for an over $200 sale (my friend forgot her wallet). And they don't do holds! They really helped us out. Well, be back there and soon. Terrific shopping atmosphere. And smart staff. Its a clean, well lit place to see name brand (at a huge discount) clothes and lota of other accessories to go with. 👌🏾

ROSS is always a mess. They don’t quite have a good selection of brand items, and if they do, it’s very difficult to find or differentiate. Most recently, their self-checkout lane is useless as I don’t see why the person working there just stands there watching you scan your items to then ask for your receipt. The whole idea of self-checkout is pointless. Might as well have this person just check you out vs. standing there to then ask to look at your receipt. 🤦‍♀️

It's so dirty and things are all over the floor. I find it stressful to go in there, let alone find anything I need. I try to avoid it during the Christmas season at all costs. The bathroom is usually disgusting with trash all over the floor. One time when I was in I saw kids throwing the dog beds on the floor and using them to jump in/on. Parents nor employees tried to stop them. Honestly one of, if not the worst, Ross I've ever been in. The one good thing about them is that the things more thoroughly.

I honestly used to love to shop at Ross but lately, they don't have much selection 😒 decor is almost all the time the same, and clothes not all of us can wear crop tops, and not all of us like those 2000s Jeans styles.

Have to dig for items. It’s always has filthy floors and restrooms. They need more staff to keep up with the amount of people going through items. Things are everywhere all the time.

For the price, there is little that beats this store. As far as I know, the brands are original and the prices can't be beat. The selection is always unpredictable, given the nature of the business model of this company , and I have seen that things are always different. The store is almost always cluttered and items are all over the place, but for me, it's something that I have come to see as a sort of feature of this store, and I assume it's the same for others. This store doesn't seem to have many staff members, but they have always been polite and helpful whenever I have had need of assistance.

I love this store but beware...... They have so much of what you never knew you were looking for and it's hard making choices on what you're gonna get and what you're gonna get I say that because who am I kidding you're not gonna not get what you want there, I've tried to put stuff back but it's like a magnetic force that stops me lol. Great place to shop and great finds in here

I went in, looks like a hurricane went thru. No greeting. I found something I was going to buy but the line was the length of the store long, so I put it down and left. I went to TJMaxx, a few doors down, and will continue my shopping there from now on.

I love the prices and yet It is a little hard to navigate through the store when customers constantly are throwing things on the floor. As most stores, they are low staffed due to Covid, something everybody should understand and possibly help by being a good customer and not throwing unwanted items on the floor. Last but not least, it's A little obvious that the long lines are not only due to short staffed, but because of the excellent prices. I have been able to work around the long lines by going after 9 since they have incredibly late hours or right when they open. I rarely stand in long lines. I find it hard to believe that people are expecting anything more than phenomenal prices. When you know you're getting 60 to 80% off of name brand items, You shouldn't expectMuch more.

It's not a bad place to find a good deal. But the evening I was there last the other shoppers were shockingly nasty. Although it was just before Christmas I can understand people being short on patience. But these people were picking up items and then tossing them on the floor. They were also taking clothes off the hangers and dropping them on the floor. It wasn't just a few people either, there were dozens of them.

My experience with this location in particular was okay. It could use more staff to maybe keep the establishment tidy, & kept presentable especially when there's quite a bit of merchandise that's always misplaced, and even noticably on the floor (clothes mainly). Other than that it's okay.

Angelique (a manager) could not open the restroom for my son because she said they were low staffed yet she was standing there just flirting with the security guy for a good 20 minutes. She said she had nobody that could open the door, no customer service here! Go clean up the store organize it! looks like a tornado went through the place.

This is my favorite clothing store to shop at. They have a great selection and good prices. Only got 4 stars because this store is always messy and need more cashiers!
