Groomers are great. Management terrible. I showed up for a (2) 9 am appointments at 850am. After knocking and knocking and knocking the door was opened at 856, to which I was told I was 10 minutes early, the groomers were not there yet and I needed to wait in my car. At 9:01 AM the same person unlocked all the doors yet groomers did not show up until after that once I saw the groomers walk in I took my first dog and checked him in and then went out to the car and brought my second dog in who was new to the facility and still needed to be checked in and proof of vaccinations….I have no doubt that these employees of Petco are not paid to show up any earlier than they’re very first appointment times. no way to run a business, terrible customer service by whoever opened that door first thing, and for God sake, get a bell so people don’t have to pound on your front door that remains locked until after their appointment time begins.It also takes me 20 minutes to get to your facility and after receiving two text messages telling me and reminding me that my appointment started at 9 AM to them be told I needed to wait in my car and that I was 10 minutes early is completely asinine

The team was great. It’s always been a great experience for me and my dog, Roxie. They are friendly and kind. Having Roxie groomed there has helped greatly with the amount of shedding at home. I appreciated the suggestion to sign up for the Vital Care to help save me some money.

Full service grooming and deshedding took about 3 hours for large malamute and totally worth the wait. My dog looked amazing when I picked him up!! All staff were friendly and they even helped sign me for a rewards program

Grey was very friendly, she did an awesome job cutting my dogs hair. And it didn't take 3 hours unlike your competitor. Whom I've gone to in the past. Last appointment there I was very disappointed with and decided to try your salon. Very pleased with my first visit and will be returning. Thank-you!

I gave my satisfaction a 9 because no one and no place is perfect and theres always room for improvement. I gave the other question a 10 because I believe they do a very good job. I especially appreciate Julie who noticed both of my dogs appointments were booked out rather far. Julie contacted me when there was a cancelled appointment and was able to get me in within a couple of days. Then during that appt she managed to find another appt for my second dog who's appt had to be scheduled out even further and he's going to get in next weekend. I really appreciate the attention to those kinds of details. I can't say my dogs enjoy going there at this point, but I hope that changes because I think they do a fantastic job.

My dog, Rylee, who is 2, was groomed by Grey at the Union Gap Petco. Grey did absolutely amazing. This was Rylee’s first time at the groomer, as I adopted her from a hoarding situation a month ago. I was worried about her timidness when I was dropping her off, but Grey was so gentle and sweet with her. Her grooming looked absolutely amazing, and Rylee was her usual happy self when I picked her up. I will definitely be booking another grooming appointment with Grey!!

I took my puppy in for anel glands to be cleaned. Bath and nails trimmed. It's been 8 days his nails were hardly trimmed he needs a nother trim. He stunk like a bad powder. The 1 st time I took him he was so soft and still a little wet cause he is afrade of the dryers. This time he was not wet at all. I like to give the companies that have been around for a while so I wet with Petco. There is a pet smart 1/2 a mile away from Petco. I won't be going back to pet Co. I did contact the store manager. Who was a really nice guy. But he never offered me a refund or at least a free bath. And u should have some one check out this store it has a funky smell that hits you when u go in the 1 st door smells like it is comming from the grooming dept. That's it. Good luck with this store. I was disappointed in the false advertising. I was promised a discount for taking the dog to be groom in your store. I jump through all the hoops including registering and making the appointment on-line at the time of paying i was charged full price. I was disappointed. I learned my lesson.
