This place is great. It has plenty of party stuff and things for when it's seasonal. Candy and balloon sections are awesome. The biggest selection I've ever seen than any other place. You can have the balloons customized too I think. The thing I don't like is that some of the stuff is way over priced. Other than that this is a pretty cool place to shop.

Wonderful place if you are looking for a thematic decoration for a party, they have everything, plates, napkins, invitation, balloons, banners, forks, knifes, spoons. Everything in the theme that you are looking for. It's a little pricey but it worth it if you don't want to be moving for a place to another.

Many unique items and themed party goods. Only negative is while most items are displaying the price, there are a number of items that are not marked. You have to take them to a register to get a price. But I do enjoy shopping here.

There a very rude lady 😒 better customer service would be great. I handed her the wrong receipt and she had the ugliest attitude about it. Smh it was a mistake and the other lady was so nice and new exactly what I was there for. Smh if you can't be respectful get a job where you don't handle customers. 💯

Those store is amazing and extremely helpful, the items and services offered make party day so much simpler. And when they make a mistake they go above and beyond to correct it, the Ballon lead is very understanding a refunded the inflation cost for a mistake! Definitely will go there for all my future party needs!

I like going for selection of items from birthday to Halloween. They have alot of balloon options. My daughter likes going here for the candy she likes making her own selections. They always have good sales and they have promotional items also on sale

So I went in yesterday to put in a balloon order to be picked up and I told whoever was helping me that it would be picked up on Tuesday which is March 1st but I didn’t tell her the date just the day and I guess she put it in for the 28th which is on Monday so I had to call back and tell them that the date was wrong and if they could change it and they said they would and eventually hung up. The next day I called again and I spoke with a staff member named Veronica and she was very rude, I was simply asking if I could get a confirmation email that I am picking them up on the day I asked and she said that they couldn’t send me another confirmation so how am I suppose to have proof that I’m picking them up that day and she just got very loud with me and said “we can’t change anything in the computer that’s been put in already we just write it down but it says for the 1st” then I said “okay thank you” and she just hung up. Very unprofessional and probably shouldn’t be working retail if you get mad easily with a customer. 👎🏼

I love having a party city!! We throw big parties a couple times a year so it's really nice to have such a large selection of party supplies available locally. We have ran into low stock items but each time the staff have been super helpful and helped us order online and receive free shipping which was great! This store is just plain fun to shop at.

Staff treated me unfairly. I wasn't allowed in with my family. I understand there are guidelines required, however, I seen a family bigger than mine (3 of us) and it wasn't an issue whatsoever. If I could give 0 stars I would. But the 1 star will be for their awesome inventory.

Came in with my daughter to shop for some items and was helped by a gentleman, which was great. Never had came into the store so me and my daughter wandered the store, but felt like I was being followed around. I had eyes staring at me to make sure I would take things. Was put off by that immediately and left the store. Haven't gone back since.

The staff was helpful... A few people walking around but they weren't very friendly or outgoing. Didn't ask if we needed assistance. the staff needed to communicate better though! One guy didn't let us know that you didn't have the costume we requested 😲

My local store did not have ANYTHING of Barnyard animals which was the theme my son wanted. The Helium tank was ($29.99) $10 more compared to Wal-Mart. The cashier was very friendly, except the manager. I had to return one helium tank and two bags of candy since my husband had already purchased these(helium tank at Wal-Mart for $19.99) and the candy bags at costco. She told me they do not accept any edible items back, all I said was: even if they are not open? as you can see I just bought them yesterday! She said I will accept the return, but just so you know we will trash the candy. We can not resale them, I was speechless, trying to digest the way she was talking to me. I said ok...thanks...after my return she throw the candy to a basket on the floor (very rudely). After that I felt bad, and apologize to the cashier for any inconvenience I had caused, and he nicely replied don't worry about it! I don't mind. I drove home and I was talking to my self...why would she want to make me feel bad?! I know stores report their losses when they file their Fed Tax! So don't feel bad, any how I was glad the cashier was very kind and I was able to return the unwanted items.Thanks for reading my long comment. Lol I do not recommend this store if you are looking for last min items, but they have good stuff online!

Took my grandson here to buy items for his birthday party. They have a wide selection to choose from, but i really dislike that most of their candy is sold one piece at a time. Barrels and barrels of candies to pick through and to keep track of how much you have because its certainly not penny candy and adds up super fast.

The employees greeted every customer as they came in the door. The store was clean and stocked well. The store was full, but they checked everyone out very quickly and with a friendly smile.

Was lots of stuff to look at. To many young kids working. Or should i say screwing around. The kid at the checkout was more worried about his facebook. We stood in front of him for at least 1 minute before my kid had to say hello? Then he acted like we were interrupting him and he gave us a dirty look. Never said have a good day or anything. Just went right back to his phone. What a horrible FIRST and LAST TIME GOING THERE.

Bought a latex balloon prior to a party and the day of they wanna charge me extra $6 plus the ballon. I was told that night they had charged me already for the blowup plus the ballon but still had to pay $6 the day of the party.

Even tho it was a few days before Halloween me an my son were able to find his costume that he wanted. Plus the employees an the cashier's worked together to find a helmet to complete my son's costume. Im glad they went out they way to get it together for us. Plus there were lots of choices of costumes to choose from.
