I had privilege of experiencing the best, most helpful young sales associate, Star, at the Yakima Macy's yesterday. She was exceptional in assisting me by bringing clothing options into the dressing room so I didn't have to try on, get redressed, leave the dressing room, find a different size/style, return to the dressing room to do it all over again. She was absolutely delightful; one of THE BEST experiences I've had at the Yakima Macys in years!! Thank you Star!

I was so scared when the shooting was going on I was right beside the glass seen what was going on got down on the ground real fast that was the scariest thing I ever saw I'm so glad the guard took him down and he's doing good

We went in to buy sheets, they were $120 on sale but they are the best sheets we have ever had! They are so soft, the top sheet is super thick. The elastic on the fitted sheet goes all the way around the bottom and comes up the corners of the bed so they stay in place!!

Not sure if Macy's going to be here much longer. Their store is in sad sad shape. Cushion worn near ladies dressing room. Clothes hung almost on top of each other, finding the size on lower hung clothes takes 3 hands cause top hanging clothes are too low, covering hangers and sizes.

Well, it's exactly what you'd expect. It's Macy's, lots of options and brands and a price to match. We came in for some male perfume, we went with the Mont Blanc Legend set. When you buy more than two items from Mont Blanc you get a free stadium blanket! Overall it was $102 for 4 designer items which wasn't a bad investment for us since it'll last. Sometimes shopping in-store will get you little wins like a free blanket!

How embarrassing it is to go to a restaurant knowing you have the funds available on your credit card and they declined it. I spent 44 minutes on the phone answering every question to verify me with 5 different people of extreme accents just to find out that somebody has to call me within 24 to 48 hours or get a letter in up to 15 days cuz they couldn't verify me. How is my card number, the code, my name, address, phone number and my method in which I pay not enough to verify me???!!! The only thing that's changed is my phone number, how would they even know I changed it?? why is that suspicious enough to block my card??? Then the last guy I talked to prank called me minutes after the call. The customer service of Macy's has seriously declined in a year.

This store reminded me of a Ross more than a Macy's. I get that it's in a declining mall but the dressing room alone was in shambles with doors off the stalls and a disaster. Macy's should really invest in this location if they intend on staying. This does not fit the Macy's standards or the price tag of the products.

It took me three times to successfully get my moisturizer. Last time they closed at 8 even though the mall is open until 9 which I made sure to chuck before I drove 30 minutes to get there. When I was able to finally get it, I get a product from Origins and there is never anyone in that department which is fine so I always go into Macy’s to pay, but the lady in there said I had to go back and pay in Origins. She let me check out after I had to explain to her that there was no one there and I always pay inside. Amazing moisturizer though.

Only one checkout counter in women's clothing. No sales associates to assist on the floor. Music was blaring. UGH! Only bright spot was my cashier. Disappointed.

The lady that works in furniture/mattress was no help. She just stayed behind her register. The young lady in kids clothing helped us. That lady needs to go where she is happy to work.Or, it could be because we are native and she didn't want to help us?

Macy's is always a great place to shop..love shopping there even more when they have terrific sales on so many things and they even add a coupon to save you even more plus you earn star money which gives you even more savings..I got this for a great price original price was179 and it was on sale for 143.20 and I only paid 107 after using the coupon and star money .. you get great deals at Macy's ..😀

We went to macys to get a homecoming dress for my daughter and it was absolutely filthy. I’m not sure who is in charge of keeping that store clean but they’re doing a horrible job. The restroom was extremely dirty. I’m not sure when it was even cleaned last. Hope they do something to fix the issue

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced at Macy'sI was shopping in the Inc Department this is my favorite department at Macy.I couldn't find my size pantI went and found a sales clerk but she was too busy chatting on the telephone to help me.I went downstairs to find my mom who is shopping for brassiere and she they didn't carry the type of bra that she wanted and she should go to Kohls..

I had to purchase a new suit (first time in ten years) for a funeral in two days. Not only was everyone extremely helpful and nice, the selection looked really good. My only gripe was that they didn't have exactly my (weird) sizes. A truly reassuring experience that made me feel valued as a human being.
