I was helped by Adriana and Diane today. Adriana was very efficient, she knew the products and assisted me with finding an alternate shade of liquid lipstick. She was also helping other customers that were interested in the same product at the same time. Diane was also very helpful. Both were very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Sephora needs to make sure ALL employees are performing this way.

Raul was very helpful in check out, because he told me the jacket was not on the 20% sale, but he let me go back to pick up the second one at one half of the full price. The store was not too busy at that time of the morning.

I don't really shop at this store, but I go into the store occasionally, and the store has always been relatively clean. The store had never been too busy during the times that i have gone inside. I have never bought anything, so I can't speak about the price of the items, or whether prices are fair or not. However, the items like ok to be of good quality. I have never seen too many employees, but the ones of whom I have asked questions have been polite enough and have always been helpful to me

I asked a simple question about my order and the lady couldn’t help me. She seemed annoyed and wanted to pass me straight to her manager. I never asked to speak with the manager she was giving me attitude for no reason. I rarely shop here and I won’t be shopping again. They can’t even answer a simple question

I rarely shop at the mall but I recently discovered that returns that have been completed and are ready to return to Amazon can be dropped off at Customer Service! What a great service! So I decided I would look around and I was really surprised by the selection and reasonable prices. I'll be back soon.

Went in on my lunch, did a return, exchange and purchase and still had almost a half hr left. Friendly, quick and efficient employees! Got what I needed and was out of the checkstand quickly. One of the Best Kohl's I have ever been too!

The cashier in the back named silver is extremely rude my sister and I went in and asked questions about a price since we thought it was different and she had an attitude and raised he voice when we questioned it that is unprofessional and uncalled for even the customers behind us acknowledge the fact that she shouldn’t talk to customers that way. It’s sad when a person is so rude for no given reason

Waited in line for 40 mins FOR ONE CUSTOMER in front of us. PLEASE FIRE TAMMY! She has to be the worst cashier we have ever seen. Dozens of people were stuck in line for over a half hour because she was friends with the customer she was helping. She refused to give up on the discounts they wanted even though the pants they wanted weren't on sale! In the end, the manager was forced to give everyone huge discounts to prevent a literal riot

This was a dirty store. The clothes were not under the right price tag. All the fitting rooms were dirty and had so many clothes that I couldn't even hang up the items I wanted to try on. It took 3 cashiers to figure out how to run a gift card. I used to love Kohl's, but now I don't think I'll be going back.

If you give gifts from Kohl's give gift receipts. I returned 4 items all that had price tag of $40 or more (4×40=160 if figured they got the items for 20 on sale ×4= 80) and received $18.06. I was planning on getting a gift card since my husband needs new shoes and I did not need the items that I received. My family tried but I prefer shopping second hand for my clothes. I just can't justify their priced for items that would sit in my closet mean while my husband typically gets his work clothes and shoes here. I wanted to give him the shoes that he needs. I should have just donated the items to the people that use the cold weather shelter at least my families hard earned money would have benefited someones needs. If you get gifts don't be over confident or embarrassed that you saved money just give the gift recipient, please!!! This just reaffirms why I don't like retail. Plus I drove 45 minutes to get to the store and 45 minutes back home. Live and Learn.

A couple years ago I would give kohls 5 stars. They use to have so many aisles of clothes on sale great prices. Now in 2021 they don't have any of those aisles if they do it's one with horrible clothes and outrageous prices they call on sale really sad I no longer shop here
