Store size and location are perfect. I had a gift to return and they made it easy. I was able to turn around and get something comparable, finding it quickly. Although there were plenty of options I could have spent more time on deciding if I needed to. Friendly staff, highly recommended.

I was shopping for men's underwear. They were out of the ones with the color assortment I wanted in my size. The clerk supposedly ordered what I wanted, but they sent the same thing already in the store.

The other stores in the area open at 10 am. JCP had to be different and open at 11. Even at that they don't open on time. In addition, they didn't even have the sizes in the store that the website shows they have at that store. Waste of time shopping here.

Great store. They have a wonderful selection. And you cant beat their prices! We found our last minute homecoming dress here and an amazing price. And we got to use an online coupon on top of the sale price!! The staff at the check out were really friendly. And offered a dress bag.

This store is one of the smaller JCPennys I've ever been in. But it was clean. They did have the best selection of comforter set in the area, which I was happy about. I was getting discouraged. The staff was very helpful.

I'm not a huge fan of the Union Gap JCPenney any more. I enjoy shopping all of the different departments and they usually have some good products, but it's not what it used to be. It almost looks like the store is going out of business. The merchandise is really sparse and the quality is sub-par. The racks of clothes and shelves are far apart and only about half full. The store itself is relatively clean and it is rarely crowded.

I just moved to the area a couple years ago, that is the second and the last time I will shop at Union Gap JCPenney.Was only looking around 10 minutes or so and from that point on was hovered over by a security guard till the moment I approached the cashier. These stuck up women, pulled a security guard from the lot just to watch me look at clothes then pay for them.I'm sorry was I not dressed nice enough for you, was my makeup and hair not perfect, or was it because I wasn't carrying a name brand purse. Smh, nice to know you guys at union gap take pleasure in insulting and harassing your customers. I'll be sure to share my experience with everyone I know that shops there 👍

Our city had been without a JCPenney of our own for a long time. Closest one was a 40 minute drive. So when we had a new one open it was awesome. Its been open for a few years now. I still like them but they never have enough cashiers. I walked out yesterday after shopping and went to stand in line. The line was 10 people deep with 2 cashiers. Normally I would wait it out but was in a hurry needing to go somewhere else, i walked out. Put my items back and walked out. Customer service is not a priority.

Don't shop here. If you want good prices go to a thrift store, if you want new stuff go at another store or online.The clothes were everywhere, it looked like the whole store had gone through Black Friday. Every day. There were no employees on the floor, even on weekends, so if you had ANY questions, you had to wait in a long line because there were only 2 clerks at the register.

I dropped by to shop men's shirts. The online website indicates they have a very good selection of larger sizes (18.5 neck, etc). NO. They do not. The other thing, all of the displays are each just a large pile of picked thru , wadded up clothes. Evidently, the customers trash the displays, and the employees never tidy them up. There were many bins of assorted clothing in the aisles. They appeared to be "shelf elf" type of thing, each of the bins had a strange assortment of clothes, perhaps they were headed back to their correct locations, but the bins were abandoned behind some other display. I was in the store 20-25 minutes, looking at men's dress shirts, big&tall, and the suits. Not once did I get an offer of assistance. Sad... I was ready to drop some significant bucks.

Today my experience with this store wasn't great, no people on the floor to ask for help! Everything was a mess..... But when you check out the cashier was all smiles very nice and sweet.... You have to earn the 5 star rating.... You're lucky you got a 3.

I went to Jcpenny's to get birthday clothes and one of the workers was pretending to fold clothes and just stared at me. Zero customer service at all. Like if your going to profile someone at least say hello. She should be retrained. ASAP. Other than my horrible experience with her, I found everything I needed. Good prices as well.

Don't underestimate JC Penny's. They still have great deals. I always find excellent savings in the big n tall sections. Surprisingly varied and affordable shoe section as well.

This is an honestly disposable store. The tables of clothes and hanger are never proper. There is always merchandise all over the floor. You can never find a sales associate on the floor. And if you look at the floor you can tell no one has swept the floor in weeks. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I’ve enjoyed good service and ability from staff. The selection is limited in store, but staff will quickly look for catalog item and ship to store or home. Very professional
