Service provided to the vehicle was as expected. However it was made very difficult by this location. First when the part was ordered I received a phone call to let me know that the part had arrived, but the person calling could not make the appointment for me to come in to have it installed. I had to call and schedule this appointment after. This makes no sense. If you're going to call a customer to let them know that the part has arrived you should be able to schedule the appointment as well...Second, They will charge customers extra for using a credit card. When I asked about this I was told that they have spoken to the company that runs their credit cards and it isn't possible for them not to charge the customer. That is just a lie! Just be honest and say we don't want to pay the 3 percent charge for taking credit cards so we are passing it on to the customer. Everywhere is able to pay this charge independently and not charge the customer. Since they are willing to lie about this. I am concerned they would lie to me about other things as well.

Great experience all around. Jesse found the car I was interested in despite it not even being in the detail center yet and was still nice enough to let me check it out, take it for a drive, and the sign the paperwork on it to lock in the deal while he offered to deliver the car once it was all cleaned up. Clean dealership, no pressure, easy going sales and finance team, and it was a quick and painless deal all the way around. 5 outta 5 all day long.

Beware. If you make an appointment for an oil change, your appointment time means nothing to them. After driving an hour and a half to get my oil change and arriving on time, I was told there was two walk ins ahead of me and I would have to wait extra time. I had a screaming two year old and a dog in the car, so I asked if I could run my other errands while they serviced the other two vehicles, and come back when they were ready. I was told I had to stay or could reschedule. The associate that was “helping” me talked to me like I was stupid, like I should have expected this. I have had previous services here and never had an issue before.I chose to leave without rescheduling, and after reflecting on the situation, I called and asked to speak to the service manager, 48 hours later and no returned phone call. Really happy to have spent over $50k with this dealership to receive subpar service like this.

I am giving three stars because I was provided a discount, but I will be taking my car elsewhere for service moving forward.The first thing that put me off was being presented with three “service packages” ranging from $800 to $1200. This was my first time coming here and all I scheduled was a routine service, which is typically well under $200 at other Toyotas. The gentleman helping me was more confusing than helpful when I asked for an explanation about the high cost and what I needed to do to just get normal service. I was eventually provided a quote for my service, but come to find out later, this quote did not include the labor costs which were an additional $75.I made my appointment in advance and was told in the phone it would not be longer than an hour and a half. I blocked off my work calendar for this. I have a job that requires me to meet with people so appointments were made on my calendar following my service appointment. The gentleman helping me said it would not be more than an hour to an hour and a half which gave me a 30-60 minute buffer before a client meeting. After an hour and forty five minutes, i reached out to the service member. Ten minutes before my own meeting should have started, the guy helping me tells me the service people “took a lunch” during my scheduled appointment and it would be another half hour. Now, I’m not saying people shouldn’t get lunch, but i think it is highly unprofessional to schedule an appointment and fail to honor the time estimated for the appointment. If the service cannot be complete in the time quoted due to lunch schedules, simply do not schedule service appointments over lunch. I ended up waiting close to 2 and a half hours for my service to be complete.Due to the lack of respect for customer’s time and money, I will not be returning for future service of my vehicle.

Not sure how Avery keeps his job. His demeanor while calm and soft, is extremely condescending and lacks confidence and confirmation. He is inexperienced and needs guidance. He is a horrible representative of what was once a solid service department. He brings out the worst in me because he is so frustrating and lacks listening skills. He listens to speak not to be heard. More so, I have struggled with Avery before, it is puzzling to me why I continue to be paired with him, guessing he would prefer to not work with me either, so why force it. The welcoming/greeting crew are great and go out of the way to deliver great service. The other gentlemen in the department are always friendly and seem genuinely customer focused. My apologies for my bad behavior in your place of business, it lacked professionalism.

*UPDATE* 4/21/24 Still No Resolution, still cannot use infotainment center. Have been told for an additional time that replacement parts were ordered and came in broken and have to reorder. Either I’m the most least lucky person alive or someone’s not being truthful since this is something like the 4th-5th time I’ve been told new infotainment center has been ordered. It would be great if we could use the feature on our New RAV4 such as navigation, the radio, hands free calling.*UPDATE* 2/15/24 NO RESOLTION OR CALL TO RESCHEDULE. I edited my rating to 3 stars as my concerns are with the service department. My Bud Clary Toyota experience in Yakima has been disappointing. Despite multiple visits for an infotainment issue in my new RAV4, the process has been far from smooth. They agreed to replace the unit, scheduling the repair for 1/31/24, citing parts were ordered. However, upon arrival, I was informed of the need for more evaluation, contradicting earlier information.This inconsistency and delay have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Hoping for a prompt resolution and improved communication for future customers.

Buying a truck from here a little over a year ago. It's been in the shop over and over. The customer service is a joke. The salesman told me about all the great features of the extended warranty however nothing he said was true. Truck is still sitting in the shop and I'm supposed to have a loaner car under warranty but that was a lie. Things stated in warranty are lies. They will tell you anything to get you to sign the contract but once you do you won't get anything you were told by salesman. I really wish I never went to them. I strongly advise everyone to not fall for the lies they tell. Worst customer service I ever encountered. Definitely feel cheated.

These guys are wonderful! I was on a road trip from Vancouver BC to Phoenix, Arizona and my check engine light came on. I pulled in and asked for help. One of their service technicians used their OBD2 reader to help me diagnose the issue. This was at 4:50 right be fore closing. I cannot thank them enough! This is why I love Toyota.

While I waited for my car to get serviced today I decided to look at the cars in the lot. My husband and I noticed this beautiful black Toyota- Landcruiser that was parked where all the other vehicles that were for sale. We opened the door to look inside. I was holding my toddler and put him in the backseat so we could look at the car. Not even two seconds I heard a loud shout hey, hey, hey that’s sold! When I tell you he scared the heck outa me I swopped up my toddler so quickly and walked off. This man whis name is Jack tall slim built, made me feel like I was stealing something, his unprofessional behavior was not only hurtful it was wrong. I’ve never been treated this way ever. We’re from Las Vegas, purchased all of my vehicles at dealerships, have never once have I come across a salesman with this attitude. Nothing but friendly and professional service, something that Jack clearly lacks. Needless to say I’ve been bringing my Highlander to this dealer faithfully for 2.5 yrs for all of its services and this experience is the reason I’m cutting ties with this establishment. If their employees have this attitude with paying customers then they don’t need our business!

My adult son drove the Prius to the dealership for service. He said the experience was good but they didn’t wash it as part of the service experience. Other manufacturers wash my vehicle at each service appointment. But other than that detail it was a good visit.

The service department did a great job installing the new battery and cleaning up the plate. I had confidence walking away that my car was going to start, every time.

I love the service, everyone is so nice. And the service department and really fast. When they say an hour they mean it! I would have put 5 stars BUT the problem I had was that I was going in for my final free service and the person was trying to sale me a $300 to $1000 change. And was a little pushy. Other then that wonderful place.

Unfortunately, the shop technician forgot to rotate my tires, this is not the first time I’ve brought this car in for service, and specifically asked to include tire rotation, and they have forgotten! Issue with car was fixed but i expected a car wash and for my car to be pulled up by customer service when I went to pick it up. I had to walk all the way around the lot to try to find my car. Seemed super unprofessional.Its the little things that make customers want to leave good reviews and tell their friends about you. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Came up from California for a vacation. My Tacoma was due for its 20k service. Also for a change of the differential fluids. Staff were WAY nicer then at my regular Toyota dealership back home. Definitely not hesitating to come back for additional service whenever I drive up to Washington again for another vacation.

Zoilo was GREAT! I went in knowing what car I wanted and what other car I wanted to look at and I bought a car in less than 4 hours!! Zoilo was extremely knowledgeable on both cars I saw and knew what the differences between both were. He was very personable and did not make me feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy a car. Toyota you are very lucky to have Zoilo at your location highly recommend him!!

Desk staff is friendly and understanding. I am unhappy about the surprise credit car fee charged though. They changed my tire 10/11 in addition to the normal 25000 mile service oil change and safety inspection and car now seems to be veering towards the right. If there were a different Toyota servicer near by I would see them. I have been less than satisfied my last two visits.
