Went to the deli today to pick up some chicken strips and Jo’s. Asked for 4 or 5 Jo’s. Was looking at something else Les in the hot case and didn’t see the lady put them in the bag. Well this is what I got. She must have dug to the bottom to get these because the ones that I saw were nice looking. Not doing that again.

Apr.19, 2024, 2:25 pm. I need help in automotive. I wandered all over and couldn't find anybody, so I called the store. I tell the operator I need help in automotive, she says she'll get somebody. 30 seconds later, I hear a page over the store PA system. I waited another 10 minutes (yes, I timed it), and nobody showed up. As I'm leaving I see 7 employees in the customer service area doing God knows what, 4 employees in produce picking orders, and 2 people standing at the entrance checking receipts. Apparently none of them were able to help me in automotive.

Usually i have good experiences when shopping at walmart. I went over to walmart to pick up a few things one being alcohol. I waited a half hour to get someone to help me. Pushed the help button everytime it would stop blinking. Had to push 12 times (12) The cashier at the tobacco line knew i needed help told me there was nothing he could do. Seriously couldn't call anybody to help a customer. To get back nobody ever came from pushing the button. I finally seen two employees walking and talking to be fair it did look work related. I had to ask one of them to help me. They did. Then to go through the line with a rude cashier. Im definitely over 21. The walmart on Yelm highway u always show your I.D i get mine out to show he tells me. Your obviously older then me. I don't need to see it. I felt it insulting. My experience there made me feel awful. Like i was bothering them. I never would make my customers feel that way.

Went in to just get a new cell service provider and Jeff with OSL was able to set me right up!he completely blew away my expectations, got me a new Galaxy A15, saved me a ton on switching and was super friendly and personable! Great customer service and I will be back for any future phone needs!

Store nice but manager must have mental problems!!! Had my motor home parked less than 1 hour she came out backed up with 2 security guards screaming at me for NO REASON!!!

I just had the most uncomfortable checking out experience. I had a couple hundred dollars in stuff and chose to use an actual cashier due to all my items. I handed the cashier my bags and loaded up the belt with my stuff. He sped up the process scanning everything but then when it came to bagging he just pushed everything and stacked it in the bagging area. Once I was finished putting items on the belt I went over to “assist” with the bagging while he scanned. Well he was done scanning, he told me my total, and then watched me bag my items. He just stood there and cracked his knuckles! It was so uncomfortable! Everyone was watching me bag my things because I was ultimately holding up the line but I was like I’m not rushing this and I’m taking my time.I’m just curious what is the point of the cashiers the ? I thought I was doing everyone a service using a cashier to speed up my check out experience and not hold up a self check out counter but I ended up doing that anyways. This experience has convinced me to do my large shopping trips somewhere else.

Since the store was rearranged, it is very difficult to find things. Clothing sections are hard to identify and find. Canned beans, pastas, and baking goods/supplies are scattered in various isles. Shelves are rarely fully stocked. Cheeses is not with the other dairy...

If you lucky you will find what you looking for . If not , don’t expect any help from employees. Very rude and unprofessional on the floor . Cashiers are friendly though .A lot of things are out of stock like everywhere else right now . Curbside pick up is awesome! As soon as park and check in , they bring your items right away . It’s time saver !

I must say. My typical trip to Walmart is nothing too special. You can usually get a half smile from the workers. Today was different . Maybe it's the Christmas magic in the air, I don't know, but my cashier was so pleasant and helpful. I was so impressed that I let the PIC know how happy I was. I'm that way. If I notice a positive change I will point it out.

Always super short and rude. Every time I shop for more then 30 minutes I start being followed and they're not even sneaky about it. It is offensive to ne profiled as a potential shoplifter and they do not care no matter how often or how much you spend

I love this Walmart. I always find so many more items than at my regular Walmart. Customer service for returns was slow due to only having one staff member there. Checkout for my shopping was great. He was fast, friendly, and packed my items well. A lot of their Christmas stuff was gone already, and they have already put Valentines items there. Can't we finish one holiday before adding items for another holiday.

Prices are generally lower, but the brands and varieties on the shelves are mostly the same as those available at other area stores. Evidently restocking of high demand items occurs late in the evening, since we saw a lot of empty shelves in various departments. I didn't see as many food and other products for the Asian-American consumer as I did across the parking lot at Costco. Admittedly, this was my first visit to Wal-Mart in about 5 years. I cannot say that the store does much to appeal to anyone other than the middle middle.

Need to get better cashiers. I come here every weekend & it doesn't fail that every time the cashier isn't fully bagging our items and has a horrible attitude. Really seems like they hate their life. Maybe get another job

I can always find items needed for our home at a reasonable price. The new greeter yesterday near grocery entrance very friendly and personable and so was my checkout person. Treat your employees well Walmart.

Good variety. Good prices.It WOULD be GREAT if they had MORE HANDICAPPED SCOOTERS. I really hate having to wait for an available scooter, and if course the battery dies.

I went in Monday at 4 pm and there’s like 7 aisles blocked off in the auto and tool section. I couldn’t even get what I needed. This happened too many times and now I’m finally fed up and writing a review. This blockage should not be during the day. It should be at night.

The locking up of all item has made shopping difficult. Waiting on employees when I have children with me. The employees act mad that you asked for items in cases. And then after out of the cases some walmarts place the items in lock boxes then give it to you or make you go to a certain check out stand. Making wait times even longer. Noticed this at the shelton walmart too.

Employees are always rude. The ones who do in store shopping for online orders, literally run through the store and run in to customers. They don't say excuse me and they treat in store customers like trash and like they are in the way. I ran in to the same person three times last night and not once did she move out of my way, I had to back up or move so she could come through. She would just stand there and stare at me.

I'm a Walmart+ member and placed an order today that never delivered. It changed from out for delivery to delayed about 10 mins before it was supposed to be here. Stayed in delayed status the rest of the day so I eventually cancelled.

If you don't price match to your competitors, if you don't price match to third party sellers on your website, if you don't price match to your own online store, what does Walmart even price match?I was told if an item says "when purchased online" underneath it, they can't price match it. This is news to me, so I did some digging through past orders of mine and literally every single item says that online.It felt more like my wife and I were profiled for what we were wearing and for me being hispanic.Your employees are pieces of work. Get rid of your price match policy altogether if the company doesn't want to do it anymore. Walmart must be losing millions with their very own deals! God forbid I take advantage of an offer through your sold and shipped by Walmart store without being made to feel like some petty theif.

Their prices are getting insanely high. Why is the Walmart brand paper towel more expensive than Bounty by a couple of dollars, we can't hardly afford anything in this economy right now and Walmart used to be the place to go to for cheaper items

Best impulse decision of the night goes to my paws slippers. We actually got a pair for all of us. 0 regrets. Store was nice and clean which was nice to see towards the end of the day.I suggest with supply chain issues if you see something you like, just like any other big box store buy it when you see it. Start thinking two holidays away now when you shop. We bought a display item, it was the last one out and it's for Christmas. Still just over 2 full months away. So excited to display it when it's time. Photo credit goes to my 5 year old actually! We found some great small stuff for Halloween too, which I was surprised considering it's only 3 weeks away.I'm giving 4 stars only because we asked for help finding stuff twice and neither associate knew where it was. Which is fine, but they didn't ask anyone else of try to even look. Just stood there and said "I don't know". I'm in member service, so that extra step of trying goes a long ways with me.

Wish I could give this store a 0.The self check staff are always beyond rude, and just to get any sort of help is about as easy as getting water out of a rock.The store was a mess, aisle full of racks and pallets.I have not shopped there in months and after my last trip there, I remembered why.
