This is my third time keeping my stuff with money saver. These guys have always been extremely helpful and genuinely kind and caring. Kid friendly spot and they do a good job keeping my stuff safe. I will recommend this place to all of my friends in the area. If I'm ever in need of a storage unit again I will be coming back to them.

Hands down the best place to store your valuables. They are the most wonderful people that I had the pleasure of doing business with and they are like family to me. Respectful, kind, caring, and go above and beyond the call of duty. I can’t say enough good things about them. Truly blessed to have met Larry & Phillis. Highly recommend!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Money well spent.

I can't say enough kind things about all of the people that work at Tumwater money save her mini storage. I have been going through a bit of a rough patch in life and was struggling to keep up on my storage payments and every person here was willing to work with me so that I didn't lose all of my belongings. They went above and beyond even working with my Mom over the phone from Wenatchee.They always asked how I was doing and I knew they genuinely cared. Ultimately I was able to get my belongings out of storage safe and sound thanks to the caring friends at Tumwater money saver mini storage!! Thank you to all of you!❤️

If you have any other place you can store your belongings, for your own peace of mind and well being, do it. Having been a paying customer for almost 4 years, my reward was a hike in price every year. The longer your loyal the more they charge.. period. This is not my reason for 1 star review. I was recently left unemployed. My account was on auto pay and somehow one got missed. I would have known this much sooner, had they changed the address on file the day I went in and updated my address info in person! I called to arrange partial payments once I saw it was 40 days past due... Phyllis told me they can not accept partial payments period, I said Phyllis I need some help, I want to clear my balance but cant do it all today, or my power will get shut off. She said well no partial payments, it's in your contract. I decided to review the contract and wouldn't you know it... Section 2 Titled, PARTIAL RENT PAYMENTS. It reads they can in fact take them at the sole discretion of the owner. Feeling frustrated that after 4 years, with paying on time, I cant get a little help and break the $245 into two payments? I questioned Phyllis about it, but she was rude and short with me because she just lied and was caught. She gave me the owners info at this point, and told me if it was not paid by close of business the next day they would auction off my unit. Again, I received no letter telling me we were that far off, because someone there failed to update my address. I called the owner, it went to voice mail, so I explained I had been there 4 years and needed a little help and ran through the scenario, including that it was going to be auctioned the following day. I never got a response from the owner or any of his staff. After 4 years, I couldn't even get a reply. This place does not care about anyone, and barely knows it's own rules. Our household values small businesses and always tries to spend our money local, with those small businesses. However this type of treatment is ridiculous, and people should be aware of how they operate. I certainly hope no one loses their jobs or faces any difficulties, as they will use it as leverage, in an effort to be able to sell your stuff, rather than working with their customers to ensure a long, healthy, and symbiotic relationship. Shame on you money saver mini storage. What happened to working with your fellow man? I will never do business with them again and have let my friends and family know... 2 of which used their facility until a month ago !!!

They are way expensive, and it would be nice to get a break and be able to split the payment after you have been a customer over a year. They could make it work easier and still make the Bank! The computer payment system needs to be up dated to be able to use your phone to make payments. If they did not have Larry & Phyllis to smooth people over they would not keep some of our business.

The wait to do the paperwork was long, but all of the people are incredibly nice. They pay close attention to the happenings and even when I have gone alone at night, I feel safe because the managers live right on sight.

I used to rent here it was great they never bothered you about anything just pay your rent on time easy to get in easy to get out plenty of hours open for you to get in and out through the gate very nice people will rent here again if needed

I have been using this facility since 2007ish. Super secure. Great folks who are on premises. They also handle the office and any questions anyone could have.

Simple Self Access to completely gated units. Navigating units is pretty well labeled.They have ground level bigger units along with smaller, inside units. Second Floor, Stair access only!!Good security for top inside and lower units.NOT CLIMATE CONTROLED WHATSOEVER!!If you have one of the smaller upstairs units, best to go early a.m. or later evening because it will be HOTT during the summer time!!! I mean profusely dripping sweat just standing in the hallway!!!

The people than run this place are amazing. I used to live in the neighborhood & walked my dog and they'd save their meat bones for my 125 lb dobie/rott mix. Years later, not knowing me, we stored here for almost 2 years. They have always been kind, friendly and willing to help with anything they could. They've never breached confidentiality, mine or anyone elses and they are highly diligent and watchful. I can't imagine there is a more secure place to keep your things for any period of time. Truly delightful people. Thank you!!

The couple that owns this place are awesome friendly people and they take good care of this place. Their prices are decent and they have many options if rent payment happen to fall behind. They have a Maincoon named Diesel and he's just a peach 🤗

I've been w Money Saver for yrs. I was 1st at the one on Pacific. L8R i moved my stuff to the Tumwater location & was there until i moved to CO in 2015.Recently I had to come back to WA state bc my best friend west of the Mississippi River passed away so I had to take care of his legal affairs and needed some storage for his stuff that didn't sell.Larry & Phyllis are simply the best. They are willing to work w you as much as they are allowed (constraints being set by corporate computer system) but even then try & go above and beyond.They are on top of things. I never had to worry about my stuff ever.I know they don't set the prices. I wish the corporation would have price reductions for long term customers. It's not like they're spending a lot bc the buildings are long paid for. I know if they could they would give breaks to faithful customers. But it's out of their hands. But they do try their best given the corporate limitations. If i were to move back & needed storage I wouldn't even waste time looking elsewhere. Larry & Phyllis are the best. No further questions your Honor.:-D

I do not have a storage there I went there to help somebody combined 2 storage units into a bigger unit the guy working I don't know if he's a manager or a worker he was very nice let me know it was a non-smoking property and thank me for putting out my cigarette with no hesitation the property looks very clean and presentable well maintained
