I’m obsessed with the garden center here, it has a great selection and is always well stocked, prices are lower than other area nurseries. It’s kinda the best kept secret for indoor and outdoor plants. The garden guy is very knowledgeable and store is always clean.

Love Ace, not to fond of the propane process at this store as a handicapped person. You have to walk a long way to prepay before you can get your full tanks back, and they don't load them. Not easy for a handicapped person or a woman . Other than that, I love this store.

We came by for concrete. They had what we needed. Paid and then drove back to the "alley" to pick it up. Both gentlemen loaded the bags into the car and off we went. They are also so helpful and very kind here. Reasonably priced items, and pretty close to home. Can't beat that!!

Excellent customer service, and apparently the only guys who will cut sheet wood for you in town. Tried all the other mom and pop hardware stores, but only Lincoln said they would cut it to spec for me and not charge me if not too many cuts. I had to drive 20 minutes to get it, but totally worth. I was surprised that none of the other old school spots in downtown or on the westside would do that for me, or simply didn't have a saw setup.

Very weird place. Lots of staff standing around but they all had very stringent division of duties. Go to front desk guy for check out or keys to the bathroom in back of the shop. Roving guy can retrieve keys frot locked sunglasses case in front of store from one location and for the other brand in the back of store in another location. In either case he will need to stand and watch while you try them on. Guy at back counter has another mysterious job but is not going to help you. Lady at front is answering phones and checking out customers if she can find the time. Woman wandering in and out is maybe doing inventory? Very odd and took much longer than it needed to.

Super good hardware store. Has everything that I ever need. Cool garden section out back with koi and lots of neat plants. Unfortunately I ran into lots of items that were priced incorrectly. Or in the wrong spot. They also have restrooms which is really nice!! Total hidden gem but need to work on their pricing a bit better. work on their pricing a bit better.

This place really knows how to screw up an order. I've tried here a few times, but I have given up on them. Their communication with their customers is poor. Their store rules and how they treat customers indoors is a bit shady at times. It's hard to trust a store when you can't trust their customer service. For some reason it seems as though the local Ace establishments are starting to fall apart. I used to go to another Ace nearby, but their service is failing. I've been doing my best to not use the big box stores, but receiving no service is better than receiving bad service.

Clean and organized. Very easy to find the items I was looking for. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are comparable and a few items were cheaper than the big box stores (HD, Lowe's).

I've had good experiences I only go there to refill my propane but it's cool. you drive around they top off your propane bottles which is nice instead of buying new tanks. As far as I know they're fairly PRICED. compared to other places. I would recommend this place.

Fabulous shopping experience. I never had to ask for help. They were right there to provide assistance. They have beautiful, healthy plants. Love the pond and sitting areas. Will definitely be back.

Staff is a on the ruder side. If you’re not one of their regulars be prepared to be interrogated about why you’re in their store… Every ace hardware carries the same product selection, however this is clearly a slower location. so their employees giving deterrence customer service is what sets them apart… Something I will keep in mind I will go to a more laid-back ace in the future.

This place is great! I always buy my new Stihl power equipment through them whenever possible. The have a decent selection on a broad range of products. The employees are helpful and I've never been hassled walking through the door. I definitely prefer doing business here over J&I. I really like that I can buy a rake, a cooler, and a gasket for the fireplace all in one spot.

Every time i go in pr me and my wife go in we are followed by security. I Avoid shopping here at all costs only in dire emergencys. Will go to Ace downtown even though its a farther drive. At least there i am treated like a good customer i am and not some theif. having needed security is one thing but it is wayyyyy over the top. Dont believe me just go shop there and watch people follow you amd stand by the door like your going to do something. DO BETTER.......

Not the biggest Ace hardware you can find, but this place has almost everything you would ever need. The store is bright and clean inside....the prices are comparable to other stores...the only thing I would tell Mr. Ace to work on..is the overall atmosphere as far as staff attitude and helpfulness. There have been times I've been in there where it was very hard to get somebody to help me find something and when I did they act like I was putting them off like they were busy even though there was four of them standing around that was a wrenching things and makes it so sometimes you don't want to go there and deal with that I deal with it plenty all day at work I don't need to go to a store and deal with that too it's not really bad but it's something they should look into a little. But it's still not enough to knock it down from five stars, it's just something that, if fixed, would make it six stars.... if that was possible.

I was told to leave my 'bag' at their front desk, however my 'bag' was my purse, and I told her so. But she claimed it was a "bag". So I left. There is no way I'm going to leave my purse at their front checkout area. Nope, sorry, and I'm not going to argue with an 18 year old about it, I get enough arguing from my own teenagers at home. I don't need that when I'm out shopping. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere? It's too bad, because I've spent a lot of money in that store and I like how they have items that the other hardware stores don't. There are other locations though, so I guess I'll do my Ace Hardware shopping at the location by the Capital Mall when I'm out that way. It's near the Goodwill, for all of you that need to find another Ace Hardware to shop at...
