Just recently started shopping here. They have an amazing selection of hard to find brands normally not carried anywhere else such as Dr Harvey's and they are the only ones who order in My Perfect Pet food for my dog with kidney and pancreas issues. They also carry Answers goat milk which is hard to find!! The store is always clean and organized. Great employees and a excellent place to give your business to. Gotta help the small businesses that really deserve it. They're prices are great as well.

So I'm a groomer and I do house call grooming now after the salon I was working at shut down. I had heard that this self wash allowed groomers to groom dogs occasionally and I have a couple of clients who live in Aberdeen so I thought this would be a good fit so I called to see if it would be ok. I explained that I had 2 dogs that I needed to groom that belonged to clients and that I was hoping to set something up for once every 6-8 weeks or so if all of this was ok. The woman (very nice lady) on the phone said this was absolutely fine and I booked for 3 hours. Unfortunately one of the dogs that I was supposed to groom never showed up, however everything else went great, until check out. It turned out to be the woman owner at check out. I explained that unfortunately one of the dogs no showed and I'm happy to pay for the fee for that because I did book the spot. She proceeded to lecture me about how "this isn't your business, you can't just come in and rent someone else's business for your own gain" I tried to explain what I had previously told the other person on the phone, but she talked over me so I let her rant it all out including staying calm as she explained that I could be perfectly great or be a dog strangler (I've been grooming in this area for 16 years and have an excellent reputation, but ok) and then tried again to explain everything that I said above, that I wasn't looking to do this all of the time, that I had 2 clients (1 now after the no show) I wanted to groom once in a while and that was it. I do house call grooming and I'm fine with that, but she ended up getting defensive and talking over me again, including accusing me of taking up half the day (4 hours) when I had only booked 3 and offered to pay for what I had booked (she turned me down) so I just said ok and paid my bill and left. Apparently her employees and her don't communicate and I'm being blamed for it as the least she could have done is ask me questions, instead of just assuming, making this one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had, including at Walmart watching a manager lecture an employee that was in the middle of helping me. She could seriously benefit from some customer service tips from Mud Bay. I am pissed because none of what she was trying to accuse me of happened and when I tried to calmly and politely explain this she repeatedly got defensive and talked over and blamed me for the miscommunication when I laid everything out from the start.

We love Fluffy & Floyd's. I prefer to support small local businesses whenever I can. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. We buy our dog food here and when I'm looking for toys or treats we stop here. I also always bring my goldendoodle in for a treat after grooming. They have a large selection of individual treats and frozen raw bones. There is also a great dog wash you can make a reservation for and not have to make a mess or crouch over the tub at home. I'll pay a bit more for local service and support.

The 2 gals who work there in the morning are so friendly and helpful every time I'm in. This place is a hidden gem in pet stores and miles ahead of *cough* petsmart. They carry a comprehensive selection of locally sourced organic pet food, toys and medicine. Support your local businesses and stop by today. You won't be disappointed in the quality of products and top notch customer service.

Went there today for the first time, the prices are so much better than mud bay and so much more variety in canned food. I dont care much if the staff is attentive or not, they weren't till the last bit of our shopping. The only reason I give 4 stars is there was an older lady there that gave off odd vibes, like we were being watched and wasnt really customer servicey when spoken to. We spent $100 on canned food for our doggies it just took a while to pick out from so much. I like that they left us alone for the most part.

Just came here to buy leashes and harnesses for my dogs. Been here many times before we wanted to upgrade their leashes and harnesses spent $100 on two dogs leashes and harnesses.....and the old lady at the counter said" looks like a shot in the dark" as if we're bad dog parents we know what the hell we're buying we just want an upgrade... The young lady at the front desk who checked me out look mortified we've done nothing but spent money here it was completely rude! Will not be back we'll go to Mud Bay! They treat their customers better!

The one thing that made me give it only 4 stars is when I came in I wasn't greeted, I walked around the store for a bit and wasn't asked if I needed help finding anything. No interaction with the employees until I got to the register. Also prices are kinda spendy.

I really love the store! My dog recently got hit by a car and had a bad break in his front leg. We have to keep him off his leg for eight weeks. I came in and asked them for some advice on how to keep him busy. It’s been amazing! I bought the things that they suggested and they worked out even better than I would’ve thought. I also love that they carry answers food, I think it’s the only place I can get it in town. It’s such a high-quality specialized brand. All in all I love the store and it is definitely my go to place for supplies for my dog.

I had a free coupon for cat food from a vendor they didnt carry in the store because of how new the product was. She went out of her way to order it for me and she'd call when it came in. Nice place! Friendly staff. Went in to check on self wash. Very clean. I only gave 4 stars, because of the prices throughout store. While not a big deal for a few things, if you buy in bulk, 50¢ a can or $2-$3 a bag can add up quickly. Their location is convenient, and they have training classes, so those are a plus.

Excellent selection of pet food and supplies. I buy my dry cat food here which is the N&D prime by Farmina. Better price for the 11lb bag than Amazon or Chewy. Convenient location to other stores I also shop at. Very nice staff. Plenty of parking.

Today was my first time there, and I gotta say, I was very impressed. Love the people working there. Love the products that they are selling on their shelves. The store looked clean and was organized well. Some of the prices were lower that what you would find at the big stores like Pet-co and Pet-smart. The training area and grooming salon also looked very clean and professional. My puppy and I will be visiting there again soon.

I went into Fluffy and Floyd's today to get a couple grooming tools for my dogs. Both employees were incredibly nice and very helpful as soon as I walked in. When I finally picked the two tools I wanted at checkout the price sounded several dollars over what I had expected. I showed the employee where I got it and it was clearly marked at the lesser price along with several others on the same hook. Apparently the items were mismarked. The employees sold it as marked without any arguing at all even though the marked price was substantially lower than the actual price.I would definitely shop there again and their employees have GREAT customer Service.Thank youHappy customer

Recently our two English Bulldogs have had to have their dog food changed and the one recommended wasn't available anywhere around or so it seemed! It was suggested that I just go straight to the website of the dogfood brand and order it straight from them. Well I did a store locator and found out that Fluffy and Floyd's carried it! I was VERY happy to know that and picked some up the very next day. Even tho it's high priced my furhumans need it so they will get it. They were very helpful, kind and efficient. They have my business!Thank you to Fluffy and Floyd's employees for being amazing!

Place was clean, large selection of pet food, supplies, toys, treats, etc...nice little freezer, but could use some taking care of as some of the freezer items looked like they were headed for freezer burn. Price of dog food was more than we normally pay. They have a members club for the frozen items. It's a helpful little place in a pinch if we can't make it to our normal places to buy dog food.

In this time of Covid, I rarely go out. I try and support local businesses, I bought a rain coat and was assured that I could return it if it didn’t work out for my tiny dog. I tried to return it after 28 days and was then told it had to be with in two weeks!!!! And it says so on the receipt.I am Done not giving you my business. Off to Mud bay......

Horrible. Wish I could give negative stars. Gave them a try several times and never got decent customer service. The last time I went to return something that broke before it was used and the employees were new and didn't know how to do a return. In fact they didn't even know the stores policy so I had to come back the next day when the owner was there. She was very rude and said she had an all new crew. Who runs a business this way?I don't know how she's stayed open this long.

Very expensive and their inventory has no variety. And the lady wanted to judge me on the brand of dog food I feed my dogs. I didn’t even want to talk, I just wanted to look around while I was doing my laundry.
