This five-star rating pretty much goes for all Costco's because, I love Costco! And who wouldn't? Quite often being single and retired, a lot of times I don't take advantage of the quantity they offer. But what I do buy there is totally worth the membership fee. I buy lots of meats then vacuum seal and freeze them. And then dried and jarred goods I also take advantage of. And now to the important part. The food court!!! Are you kidding me? $1.50 for a huge hot dog and a soft drink. Not to mention the pizza, while you're shopping and saving money? I only wish they would bring back the onions lol.

I always love going through the costco checkout stand. I love having tow employees there and watching them interact. Always smiles on their faces and having fun. The employees at the doors checking receipts always make the process feel good. I always thought they were checking to see if I stole something (maybe they are) but recently they've made comments about checking that I wasn't charged for too many multiples. It changed the feeling from me being potentially bad to them protecting me.

Just remember to price check Costco vs other places. Just because it's in bulk does not mean it's a better deal. There is some really good value here otherwise, I really do appreciate the deals on household products, diapers, wipes, and whatnot.I appreciate the service always by the cashier's and food court. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the store in general.I really do love the food court but I also think Costco needs to change it up more like they do in other countries, that's not something Tumwater store specific though.

Prefer this location over others nearby. Even though always packed with customers, atmosphere seems friendlier & staff more courteous. Great prices & deals, considering inflation. Keep up the good work.

Awesome shopping experience. Haven't been to this Costco before, so don't know if it's always like this, but it was great when we went there just before noon today (Saturday May 25, 2019). Busy, but enough lines that went fast that hardly had any wait at register (no wait for gas). Good amount of organic produce, and had hard to find produce like persimmons too! There were also talented live musicians playing in front by registers (possibly just for Memorial Day Weekend?)... we thought it was recorded music until we saw them playing.

Went for gas this time, Forgot to get photo, 😞 We didn't have to wait for a pump which was fantastic! Was able to pull straight through to the first pump, the station was clean, the attendant seemed to be present, and really on duty. Not just hanging around till the end of his shift. This was a 5 star fill-up!😀

Costco is great and very consistent. It's not easy to get out of there without buying things that you hadn't planned to buy...but a good deal on something that you will use is a good thing. Don't forget the food court!

Great experience always sometimes if you go later than noon the people just seem to be clueless to your presence and run into you or cut off but it's not bad if you're aware it's gonna happen

Costco all look the same: Spacious ceilings, boxes, etc. It's what's inside that counts! Like, those super happy tire shop workers, or the fastest cashier ever- Josh.However, dear Costco, please stop smashing my beef by putting on the bottle of the box. And please, support putting everything in a box! Everything! Don't ask, if they want a box! Ask if they have bags and then give them a box!

Always friendly staff and definitely can't complain about the selection of products. When I need something that's not on the shelves, they're more than happy to help me find it and let me know when it's going to be available in store.

Costco is a great place to shop. Love the return policy. Some Costco's are better than others, based on management. Bonney Lake is excellent. Puyallup is just average.

Can rarely find certain things in the same place. Pay to shop and still have annoying phone service carriers bugging you to switch carriers. They have a gas station with no prices posted, I'm not pulling up to a pump, let alone a line for the pump without knowing the price, but that's just me. Other than that, great people, great place.

Costco had what I needed. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The paper products, cereals, and can goods are good deals,as well as some frozen products. The quality of fresh meats are good, but the price per pound is market value, and the quantities you have to buy are tough on the pocketbook.I was hoping the quality of pre sliced bread would be typical Costco quality but was disappointed at the too thin sliced bread, with air holes on the whole loaf. Good luck making a sandwich or toast with what seems to be corporate company bread quality.

If it wasn't for the parking situation and the melee in the store with other customers, this would be a much more enjoyable experience. That being said, the staff and store make up for it. The food court is always a bonus.The drink fountain in the food court needs starry as an option.

Was not happy with the customer service of the two people manning the self-checkouts. And they absolutely need to get more clear signs saying that no cash is allowed, card only in the self-checkouts.

I just got my costco card, its insanely busy the 2 times I been there, I haven't had the patience to check everything out , lol. I would love to find days I can go in a shop and not be on a busy customer highway. Why don't we provide more costcos so this doesn't happen ? But I was happy to get some supplies I did need in bulk
