Went into get some assistance with sleep. I suffer from insomnia bad. Can no longer take the px sleep medicine as it gave me severe headaches. The staff was great at assistance with what to get and also recommended a great tasting CBD chocolate!! The guy at the door also held the door for me when I left! So yes...great customer service!

I've been coming here for years and it's definitely the best customer service in the area. I always ask for recommendations and they never let me down. Plus, I really like that they genuinely seem to care about you. Several employees even greet me (and my dog) by name, which is a great feeling. Love you guys!

Been coming here for a few years now, sometimes they run out of what I am looking for but I stay going here because they treat me very well and always try to make sure I'm happy when I leave the store. Very friendly people. I've gone a few other places in the beginning of me living here but none of them made me want to keep coming back like these guys have. Highly recommended to anybody.

These guys are awesome! Always so friendly and welcoming. They have great prices and a good sized inventory. Not the biggest selection, but they do well for themselves for a small town pot shop. Every time I’m in the area, I always stop in and grab some good green. Keep up the awesome work and remember, lavender is life so always keep it in stock. ❤️

I really think this place is consistently great, and have had some especially awesome experiences. The selection is certainly not as good as some competitors in the greater area, but they always have a good core variety to choose from. One night I was walking up just a minute before closing time, and the person working the front counter held the door open for me, that really made an impression. Thanks for being here!

I live on the south end of Tumwater and have usually gone to the other shops in town that are closer. But this shop is quickly becoming my favorite in thurston, and worth the detour. Best service, best prices, best product.

First time I was in their dispensary. I found the staff helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable about the product, the growers and the THC levels. Their prices are very competitive and location easily accessible.For these reasons I give them 5 stars and challenge others to keep an open mind and check them out. I had to call them and get help with finding the exact location. They were more than helpful and stayed outside til I could meet them. All the employees I dealt with in the store were very respectful and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I was definitely satisfied with my goodies, which they had recommended. i purchased a pax pod on saturday 1/09/21. after a few puffs it was a struggle to get anything out of it. you have to pull so hard to barely get any vapor. i went back to the store on sunday 1/10/21 and spoke with a nice enough lady Lonnie who apologized and told me she couldn’t do anything but to come back on monday and talk with the owner. so i came back to the store on monday (this morning) and my problem wasn’t resolved.i was told the owner will want to “talk to me”. i just want my defective pod replaced or my money back. the employees said they couldn’t do anything about it. so yeah i am out $30 but at least i found out early on of their terrible customer service.i have only had two issues with cartridges in the past, and both stores t brothers and 420 capitol let me exchange for a new cart. i don’t get the deal here. i spend at least $500 a month on weed, guess i’ll take my business elsewhere.

I just moved to Tumwater and I used 420 Capitol on 2 separate occasions. However I felt as if I were a seller on the Stock market. If you don't yell loud enough or are not strong enough to push your way through everyone forget it they don't see you Total Chaos! I found Bud Comander through KGY Radio. What a breath of fresh air. They greeted me with a smile and opened the door for me as I use a cane. They took the time to explain the products to me. I never felt rushed or have to fight to get a bud tenders help. and they were welcoming to my dog and gave him a treat. No matter your age or Disability they are a good example of how to give great customer service to all. Great people. Thank you.
