This is a great place to get rentals to help your yard. I rented a lot of tools that would be very expensive to buy expensive to store and was able to use them with a four hour rental that was pretty affordable. They also have great prices on trees. It can be hard to find someone to help in that great big store but when you do, they’ll probably have what you need.

What happened to this place. Haven't been here in a month or so. I walk in I look for a bucket not one to be found, Anywhere. Okay so I thought I'll just carry my stuff. I run a business so I count on this place. First stop wax rings not one standard wax ring to be found. Plenty of no seep wax rings. Next stop closet supplies for toilets. They keep all sizes in four bins you have to pick through to find your size, Really. Next stop water control valves or ballcocks being a contractor I like to buy the box of four . Out of stock. Next stop quarter inch concrete bit sds. None to be found all other sizes in stock. Next stop quarter inch pin sets 2 in. I only need six, small size box out of stock. Next stop checkout. As soon as I walk up to the machine the lady at the self checkout starts telling me about her neck pain. That was the first thing that came out of her mouth not how are you today. All I can say is wow this place is gone downhill.

I'm really disappointed with this order. I ordered 500 paver step stones, but I only received 432. I want to commend the driver for helping us report the missing items to the store. However, after waiting for an hour, I received a call from a woman claiming to be the store manager regarding the missing items. Instead of apologizing, she insisted that only 60 were missing, not 68. I had to explain that we only received 3 pallets with 144 pavers each. Despite this, she abruptly stopped talking to me and consulted with someone nearby, stating "they said 68." After a minute of silence, she informed me they would deliver the missing items later, without providing an estimated time of arrival. Furthermore, she mentioned there would be no forklift available this time, as they delivered the items using a truck. Additionally, the driver had a back pain, so they needed assistance to load the pavers. I disagreed with this arrangement, as I wanted all the pavers to remain in the same place. Throughout the call, the manager displayed a poor attitude, which I believe is unacceptable for a store manager. I would rate the driver 5 stars for their assistance but only 1 star for the customer service provided by the manager.2 days later when I start my project, I find out they give me 68 poor quality pavers that look different with the one I received before.( found out the lady name: Veronica)

The flooring department is absolutely fantastic. They installed tile floors for our basement. Our house had never been remodeled so we had asbestos, they were quick to help us get a company out to remove it.

The staff in this Home Depot is really professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly too. I love this store. Ike in the major appliance is a really responsible staff. He helped me to correct my order placed incorrectly by someone else. He is very patient and professional. Most importantly, very friendly. The manager of the day was also able to help me with the situation. Overall, I think this Home Depot deserves a great review. They try hard to make customers first. They are much better compared to other Home Depot stores I visited in the big Seattle area.

Mariflor was very dismissive towards my mom and rude to me. Basically didn’t want to help my mom, told me she couldn’t give me her name, then called a coworker, Angel, and lied to me that he was a manager (Angel immediately said he wasn’t🤦♂️). The Welcoming Assistant Manager Carl saved the day, they easily scanned the rug and let me know of its price.

Came in to buy OSB and needed them cut in half, looked around for 15 minutes for someone to come help at the saw. A employee passed by and called for someone to help, but waiting for another 15 minutes no one showed up so I left. No customer service what so ever at this location. Save your time and go elsewhere if you need help with your project. This location is the worst and the employees seem to not care about their customers here.

We're here so often when my toddler plays/pretends she's going to work, she says she works at home Depot 😆. Getting into the plaza is a bit dicey since Costco is right behind it but if you can deal with a little bit of a funnel getting in, then your good! If I could suggest anything, it would be some grounds cleaning. I've brought my kids here several times to clean up trash because they were acting entitled. But between the taco time nearby, stander bys and the driveway to Costco there is always a ton of garbage tossed in the parking lot.

Not sure what to say. I love Home depot and even this location, but sometimes I also hate it. I have sworn more than one oath not to go back, but I always do because it's literally my toy store. I have to say it though, home depot has some of the worst on the ground customer service I have ever seen. Haha... I swear, I swear it. The staff walking around must be getting paid to avoid customers. It's got to be in inside competition. They see you, and they run. I mean I've seen them run.... hahahahaha... it's incredible really. I just have to accept that when I go there, I need to bring (or buy upfront) snacks and a beverage because its gonna take me an eternity to find what I'm looking for and I'm gonna have to cross these badlands alone. No joke, I often turn on my fitbit when I go. I might as well get digital credit for the journey ahead. I love this place. Wait, I hate it. Darn you home depot.

I got a sheet of plywood cut the size. Awesome job on the trimming, but the cost of lumber 5 years ago DIDN'T give me a heartache as they do today. Thanks Prez!

I remodel houses for a living and I'm just in Renton for a short time to work.I bet I've used at least 20 Home Depot's for material for my work and not all are the same.This Home Depot store is flat 100% terrible. This must be one of the worst managed stores in their chain.There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this disgusting Home Depot. You cannot get anyone in this store to do anything, they hide in little groups to avoid interuptions and work. I was in today and must have asked 5 people for help with one small chore. The one and only response from their employees being "not my job or not my department" as they walked away. The employees here were useless which directly implies horrible management.I make a promise now, I will never return to this Home Depot, ever. Of all the major hardware stores I like Home Depot the best. It has always been easier to return things here than at Lowes. I have become hooked on Milwaukee tools, you won't find better prices on Milwaukee tools even online if you watch Home Depot's sales.

Home Depot came through where Lowe's couldn't!! I went 2 different Lowe's before coming here. Both of them, online, said they had what I wanted in stock but didn't. I come here and there isn't any in the bay, but they were up on the racks... and it took at least an hr for the forklift driver to get them down. Just glad that in the end the quality of the post hole digger I was in search of, finally ended!

1st incident: I was looking for a heatgun and it shows they have 10, guy helping me couldn't find it and told me that they must've gotten stolen, and then proceed to tell me to go to federal way and said that they're stock is probably stolen too. My reply was "you telling me someone came in and stold all 10 heat guns?" He said yes.2nd incident: Asked a worker where they put the automotive stuff, she pointed to the aisle next to us and said "all the way to the end". I proceeded on that aisle. That aisle was plumbing and nothing remotely close to automotive was there.3rd incident: A worker got a tool for me behind the locked barrier. I noticed the seal was not intact and asked for a different one, she insist, with a loud voice, that it was fine and it was not a return. I told her I been in this situation before where I couldn't return the product and was blamed for the unsealed item. I was given a different box with a seal, but the unsealed one was put right back behind the locked barrier.

We ordered a large order here - 800+ pieces of wood, 24 bags of gravel, garden tools etc. we were told it would be ready next day delivered. We even called to confirm this before we ordered it and it was confirmed they’d deliver next day. The next day they said it was delayed, day after it was delayed again. Then delayed 4 days, so we said we’ll just pick it up, no delivery needed. Then went to the store to pick up, they didn’t have any of it ready or picked. We waited for over an hour for them to pick 40 pieces of wood. We waited, then took the wood home. Went back to pick up the gravel a few days later, they didn’t have it ready, customer service only had one person working. Had to wait again at customer service until a second person could assist. This has been an insane process, we had contractors in to build a fence and they were delayed, our contractor ended up picking up 400+ pieces of wood and he had to wait for 3 hours for them to pick the wood. We come here all the time but what is happening here! This has been a bad experience, the only plus is the lady that works at customer service is the best, she’s always on top of it and she’s always working really hard!! I wish she had more help, she seems like the most motivated and hard working!

Customer service counter was understaffed. The wait for assistance was nearly 45 minutes. I got an email that said my order was in but I only had 5 days to pick it up but then I had to wait in front of an empty counter for 45 minutes just to pick it up. Totally unacceptable service.

Ok so today was a little out of the ordinary. I shop here pretty often for tools and supplies for the construction company I work for. I came in with a pretty large list, and when I asked the girl working in the tool section Celeste if I recall correctly... to help me get some tools. She couldn't have been more annoyed. I mean they're either locked up or up on a high shelf. I couldn't get then myself if I wanted to. At a snail's pace she climbed down from where she was stocking shelves and walked through with me as I pointed out the tools I wanted. She had a bad attitude and was actually rude to me. After I had shown her all I needed... She eventually went back and moved her ladder over to where the oscillating tool I asked for was at. and began securing the legs. I had gone over to the next isle and found a compressor I wanted but it too was on the top shelf. I came back to the isle she was on, and told her I had one more thing to add that I needed her help with. After arguing with me annoy how many nail guns were included in the combo, She climbed down off the ladder (without grabbing anything!) and moved it all the way to the other isle. I was at this point starting to get a little upset it had already been several minutes since I had asked her for help and she had yet to get one thing yet. After seeing up the ladder again, she was unable to lift the box down off the shelf so she went and got help. And it all took so long! There was no sense of urgency. This girl couldn't care less about my time. I asked the guy who eventually came through with a lift. If he could help me with the rest of my order, as I was losing my patience with her. She did eventually get my stuff. But it was one of the worst customer service experiences. When I talked to the guy on the lift who's name I chose to leave out. He said this was normal for her and that she's had complaints about this in the past. I think these guys need to pay attention to who they're putting out on the front lines. I work in customer service as a manager. I wouldn't except this from any of my employees.

This place has the worst customer service. There's a Latina lady works customer service in morning very rude and for no reason all I did was ask how her morning was going and she just gave me a dirty look. I work for a delivery company when I asked about my delivery she told me I would have to wait a hour are get it my self my company pays me to pick up not go shopping for items I'm not paid to do her job
