This place is awesome!I found this place by accident as I had to park in front of this store and had to walk thru it that I noticed the closet organizing area.It was exactly what I was looking for But... I didn’t know they design your closet based on the measurements you give them.Now I was very reluctant to have them help me because.... well I was afraid of the up-sale or the extra charge if they designed for you but to my surprise there is NO charge for them to sit with you, consult with you and design your closet either with you or you can leave the measurements with them and they will send you an email for you to view, adjust and approve with pricing, visual design plan as well as an item list with all the items needed for you to install.If you need it installed they even include a very reasonable cost for installation.Out of curiosity I went to Lowe’s to compare pricing and to my surprise with the Elfa sale you don’t save much money with Home Depot or Lowe’s.The staff seem too nice as I thought there had to be more cost to this....But the design was all included in the price of the hardware needed.Kelsey, Christy Suzann and everyone was so helpful and pleasant to work with.I love this so much not only did I have my closet designed and purchased I had my daughters closet and small pantry designed and purchased.Not only that I ended up make many changes after I installed my first closet and they helped me thru it all with a smile!This is the easiest, strongest most efficient space saving solution I have found.

I went to The Container Store on 11/18/2023 to see if they had a measuring tape. I asked John for help; although it was a hassle for him, he checked all stock and was able to help me retrieve one. He was so kind and diligent about making sure I found what I needed, I really appreciate his help. Shoutout to John! Thank you so much!

Tried to order some shelving and containers. Cashier told us we need to make an appointment with a designer. Told them I don’t need any design done for me and just need the parts. Another worker tried to talk with a designer and came back to tell us the designer would be free in a few…. This people doesn’t listen… we don’t need designer, we need the part numbers so we can order them ourself since they are incapable of doing it for us… I guess it’s so hard to order some parts for us…. Why show displays when you don’t include part numbers.

Huge store and had tons of organizational needs. Some of the products are expensive, however there are great discounts on many items.They have organization for the office, closets, kitchen and much more. So worth going in!

A beautiful establishment. I feel its walls hold a kind of wonder, a journey into the organization of your spaces hitherto unknown. Here you ask yourself: do I need a hanging door organizer? What about this cute basket? Which label option is best for my drawers?Staff were also quite friendly and helpful. I look forward to a future return trip.

What the heck happened to this place? It's a complete disaster. It looks like an overpriced discount store or Ikea. Prices missing, product in disarray on the shelves, product in isles on pallets.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service, the staff had no interest in helping my girlfriend and I, almost actively seeming to avoid us, in addition to the assistant manager or manager literally insulting us when I inquired about the price of a certain item, seeming to infer that we would "not be able to afford it". This was a woman in her mid 40s with glasses and dark hair. Needless to say, do NOT shop here, Ikea is polite and just down the road.

We'll, the name is pretty appropriate for the Container Store. The variety of containers is probably wider than I expected from just thinking about the name or even from walking by the store multiple times.Certainly the have a very wide variety of totes and boxes of all styles, materials, and designs.They also have lots of storage racks and organizers.They also custom design closet and office/desk organizers.On the second floor of the mall near the southwest corner entrance in inside the mall.

Google says they close at 8pm but Ig they close at 7pm? Regardless, won't be going to this location. Security let 2 people in at 6:55 I walked in not too far behind them at 6:56 and was told they're closed. So exactly what time do you close if you obviously just let 2 people in RIGHT before 7 but I got turned away not even a minute later🤔

You can get anything you need here for storage related needs. The staff was also friendly and knowledgeable about what was in the store. They also informed me of the stores policies on returns and ordering things in. Great experience.

I didn't actually shop at the store, I enjoyed a quick massage in the chairs located near it. The massage was amazing!😁😇 I've been in the store in the past to browse, and they do have a huge selection.

I went to find one thing and was very satisfied finding what I wanted. Once I turned around, I saw an employee hovering near me, tinkling with random items staring at me. Pretty obvious observing me to see if I was stealing anything. He wasn't there before I walked down that aisle. Isn't that why there's security cameras? Felt extremely uncomfortable and paid for my item and left. Otherwise I would of left 5 stars.

I love this store they have everything you need! Many unique items for any part of your home and office or whatever. Items for sale are on display so you can see them. I called ahead to check on some shelving and they built one before I got there so I could see it. The customer service is very good and I enjoyed my visit.

Wide selection of products in a well organized store. The online tools are also great, and online ordering with in store pickup has been a smooth process during the pandemic. We had custom closets (Elfa Decor) made through the free online design consultation. The designer worked back and forth with us through multiple iterations both over the phone and through email to finalize what we wanted. Highly recommend going through the online design consultation as it makes checkout very easy. They will put together a package with exactly the correct brackets, shelves and mounting hardware so it's not guesswork on how many of each item to get. They gave us quite a bit of extra hardware, which was easy to return after we completed self-install with what we needed. Both the closets and the general items in the store can be a bit pricey, but if you are patient and wait for sales and coupons you can get high quality items for a reasonable price.

I find it interesting that a store can specialize in something so specific as containers. As a concept (more broadly speaking, "organization"), it's novel and fun to explore all the different container types and organization products. But I have to say, unless you're specifically looking for a container, or trying to organize an area of your house, the store lacks some interest. It didn't hold my attention too long, as I was just browsing the mall. Anyway, for what it intends to be, the store is great. Just not that exciting unless you're into organization.

If you have lots of time to waste dealing with hassles, due to staff disorganization, then this is the place for you.I placed three different orders during the last couple of weeks and each one was messed up badly by Container Store.Today when I tried to pick up my order from Curbside pick-up, I ended up leaving empty handed. I had given the Container Store employee my email and name so he could look up my order. He said he found my order, but asked me for my order number to help him find the product. Confused, I re-clarified multiple times with him that he had found my order item that I had ordered (yes), found my name (yes) and found my email (yes.) He explained that he needed my order number to help him locate the item in his warehouse. He even made a trip out to my car where I was waiting to ask for my order number in person. (huh?) I had told him that I have two accounts, and clarified yet again that he had found my order with the email I had given him (yes.) Exasperated and out of ideas, I ended up leaving, after explaining to him that I had already spent 20 minutes in my car trying to find the Container Store email that contained my order number.I did not know he was deceiving me. I did not know he had not actually located my account or order information at all.I got home and saw that the order was made with my business email address. Which tells me that the Container Store had been lying to me. He should have answered honestly, instead of leading me to believe he'd located my order with the email I'd given him.After I got home and could assess what went wrong, I could see that Container Store "spam" is also at fault. The order email isn't labeled "order" in any way. The preview promotes "SHOP ALL SALE CLOSET STORAGE KITCHEN BATH SHELVING OFFICE LAUNDRY" -- all totally unrelated to the order. (No wonder I couldn't find the order email on my phone in the car.) In addition, Container Store bogs down your email with other spam emails. So, not only does the Container Store not make it easy for the customer to find their order email (with the much needed order number), they do a poor job training their employees how to problem solve. Way too much burden is put on the customer's shoulders to track orders.If this were the only incident, I'd ignore. But this is the third mishap.

It didn't have the clear poly 6 ounce screw top bottles I use for sauces, liquid soap, etc. Just general household utility stuff. Very disappointing.I prefer Storeables for the same, but more detailed small items. Like plastic bottles and things.

Employees on hurry and making sure to repeat the time that store closes.Pay attention!!! Things on “sale” the are being charged $2 more per item! People don’t notice and they are just collecting! You don’t pay the regular price and don’t pay the sales price. The $2 is just injected somehow! Receipt don’t match with tags. Super disappointed 😐 rude staff treating you like a problem!

Offers the most of its products and services in it's industry which is containers of every sort you can imagine. The store also offers house supplies and kitchen accessories which is the biggest in their company's entire industry.
