Sorry, I can’t be positive in this case.I understand staying busy and handling with costumers, so they can be harsh with costumers when they are not meant to be. If they do their job well, I can stay being nice.I have a toy poodle (7 months). It was his first haircut at the grooming.I clearly showed a picture, and told her (De*ra) what I want. She took a look pretty fast and careless, so I thought she knows what she is doing.When I picked up my dog, I almost cried, but I wanted to stay positive.However, I can’t still believe my eyes. There is nothing professional. I clearly said I wanted to keep his head area fluffy (teddy bear style), but she trimmed my dog’s muzzle (top of the nose) and skull area which is not supposed to be shaved for that style. Then she left his 2 sides of nose pretty long. Like what? Shaved face+big ears=square head shape. Also, uneven coat. Like NOOO!She said it is because he is puppy, so hairstyle cannot be perfect. I did not ask anything perfect!Take your job seriously. Be nice to your costumers and doggies!(Thank god his hair will grow back.)

I LOVE the staff!! Every single person is a dynamic and special individual! The sense of humor among all of them is a joy! They laugh at my crazy-as-hell dogs, and it brings out my dogs' crazy-as-loons characters!
