Some of the staff are helpful. Far better than Petco, not as good as Mud Bay as far as customer service.I asked if they had an item in stock that said it was in stock online. Rather than actually look for the item or check the system, they just said they don't think they carry it. I had to ask them to actually check the system. I finally, eventually got someone else who was quite helpful and willing to check the system and the store for the item.I would like to see a section for frozen-raw cat food. Easy access. Adequate parking. Clean store. Good sales. Nice selection of products and goods. Dog day care and boarding available. Two downsides- hard to find help and the online selection is not correct- shows items are in stock when they are not. However I made my purchase online (for an alternate product that was the last item- the floor model). Online offered a 20% discount. I used the store pick up option, showed my confirmation at the register and was able to leave. Super quick checkout.

They sent my cat home half-groomed because Debra saw a flea.How would you feel if they sent your cat home looking like this?Update:Max passed away recently from a massive stroke. After his horrible experience at petsmart with Debra, we bought clippers from Amazon at a third of the price that they charge. Max died being extremely loved and with a good grooming.

People here are welcoming. Always say hello and give my dogs treats when walking around. The pet hotel and grooming staff are friendly and remember my dogs names, which makes us feel good.

Liam was absolutely amazing with my pup today during grooming, they were able to do a bath and full haircut being a rescue they handled him with excellent care and love. These guys are awesome!!! thank you so so much for Elmo’s haircut and being good to my son ❤️❤️❤️

If I this place wasn't convenient or near my house, I wouldn't come here for cat food.A lot of the employees are super rude and think that gossiping about some redundant nonsense is more important then actually trying to be helpful. I understand customer service is hard work, considering I work in that line of work. These people go out of their way to be disrespectful and condescending to customers.I love seeing the cats that need adoption and when I tell you their bowls were filthy and moldy! I went to this Asian woman and she responded with an attitude and goes," I know, I was getting to it." And proceeds not to and just talks to her employees at the hamster area.Excuse me?If someone kindly told me that the cat's bowls needed attention I would get on it, since those cats are in a poor living condition and lack clean water. I am not one to be a karen, but when I see animals being taken care of in poor quality areas when their bowls have been dirty for sometime, that raises my concern. I know that bowl didn't grow mold over night.

At first I loved the place but since the nice workers don't work there anymore, it's been a headache. I had one lady chunky short hair just rude as ever. Then straight said we can't pick what fish we wanted..like really? Then brushed us off with an attitude didn't want to answer anything said to look it up I can't help you. Then there's another lady that walks off real fast every time we come in or sees us. Now I see her she'll look dead at me shake her head and walk the other way. Don't come here...oh and I seen them have unalive fish in there. Many times. When I get my few Bettas in going to Petco or somewhere else.

Update: If you're looking for better customer service and just service in general for your pets, we started taking our pom to PawsVIP for our grooming needs. They're 7 minutes away from PetSmart. Customer experience has been leap and bounds than what PetSmart can provide on a personal level with better pricing. They text us when they checked-in our pom and gave regular updates throughout the day. Grooming was fantastic and the staff is very caring.Go support your local business! Thanks for reading!----Today, we're extremely unsatisfied and unhappy with the service. We have brought in our pom to the grooming for over two years now. Each and every time, it's the $85 package. The new groomer, 'Dora' doesn't have great customer service skills, give the 'I don't care about this job or the pet' attitude and posture. We always do the full package and it's not cheap. We PAID for a service and expect to be done right. She rushed this job, made a POM look like a freaking giraffe. Cuts are uneven, different depth was used around the neck than the whole body. You clip nails but forgot to do nail grinding when we specifically asked for it. Came to pick her up and the groomer was like... "Oh, her nails don't need it." even though they're rough and sharp when you pick her up? If you don't like your job and not proud of the work you produce, don't work as a groomer and manipulate other people's pets. This is unacceptable. Didn't even bother to give us a report card afterwards on how my dog did at grooming. What kind of customer service is this?

Petsmart wouldnt sell me fish before closing. Last time I ever visit this brand or location. I get better service at a self checkout at walmart or even online, even through Chewy, reddit and even Ebay.. It's a shame, I was a former employee at petsmart in petcare in San Diego and I remember pushing customer service, and even receipt surveys always, never ever turned anyone down because I wanted to go home early.. Just don't shop here. Support your local stores instead, The Fish Store, Aquarium Zen, Aquarium Co-op, and evenSierra Fish & Pets..You get way better, more personal service imo..

Great place for no appointment needed nail clipping/grinding for my chihuahua. Very experienced groomers, kind. I am disabled & not able to hold my pet safely to do this myself. Great to have nice people nearby to help for such a reasonable cost.

Normally PetSmart is awesome. Not today. Thought I was getting an amazing deal for 97 cents! $20 at register. Went back to show cashier and gal in Dept tells us all the clearance ones are gone. Then why the heck are the tags still up? She just walks away. Nice! I have to have this as my doggo is chewing on his paw. So $20 it is. No discount. No apology. No removal of signage.

Went there for the Grooming services ! I've been there before and left happy but this time... huge disappointment.I do not have a far so hit takes ma quite some planning to get there with a friend help.When I got there and checked in I told them very clearly that one of my two huskies had a nods near skin that had to be sorted out.They told me to come back within 3 hours which I did.They weren't done so they asked me for another 45 min to wait.When I came back they asked for an additional 30min.Finally everything was sorted out and off we went as I trusted everything was well, the boys looked good and smelled great.At home I find out that all the nods are still there.I called to ask about it and I was told that they couldn't find them.Why didn't you ask me where there were the 3 times I came and you asked me additional time?The Girl wasn't in they told me by phone and couldn't say anything in regards even though they had a note about it.I left her an addition tip which honestly I regret doing when she could have asked me.The solution? Come back and we'll sort it out... this a huge plain trip for me I can't just come back.... I could have bath them easily by myself at home but wanted a professional to sort the fur nods out... very very disappointed!!

Don’t be fooled by the overall rating, that rating could be true for in-store shopping but not at all for the GROOMING salon. WORST grooming salon ever. The stylist (Brittany) first refused to take my dog in but then the store manager spoke with the salon employee , they took him in and started working on him. She recommended that my dog needed full body shaving due to a little bit of matting on his tail and we told her to not do it as he is a Samoyed. We had to rush to the Salon and take him back from there. All other salon employees were very RUDE too. Guess what, we gave him to a local groomer and they didn’t say my dog my matted and didn’t recommend any shaving.We also saw through the glass window that they were treating other dogs forcefully and it was not a good sight.Please make sure to not give your dogs and cats for grooming here at all. There are many other good grooming salons in the area you should look for.

We have taken our dog, Logan, here to the pet hotel several times, and he loves it! He comes home well fed, worn out from playing with the other dogs, and smelling fresh and clean from his bath. Thank you for always taking such good care of him! Looking forward to bringing him for our next trip!

I’m so mad! I have been a petsmart/banfield client for 7 years. I took my chihuahua today for grooming services which include brushing his teeth. After spending 62 dollars I picked up my dog and his teeth where DIRTY! I told them that was unacceptable and their answer was they did brushed them and that was tartar. I told them absolutely not because I take every year my dog to banfield for his teeth cleaning and that what I was looking at was dirt!They did nothing to solve my problem I got home, brushed his teeth myself and they are super clean! They lied to my face and ripped me off!!!After 7 years I will never use them again! I rather pay more somewhere else. The photo I posted is after I brushed them myself, how dare she tells me is tartar! Treating me like an ignorant. #petsmartgrooming
