I got my 1.5 years old Labradoodle for grooming here the first time. I was scared because most of his grooming sessions haven’t worked as per my expectation even though he is super comfortable. This time Jessica did wonders. She gave him the perfect teddy bear haircut and I just loved it. Already scheduled my next appt with her. She is highly recommended.

It’s my cat’s birthday and my mission was to get him a birthday hat or outfit.I had looked all over the store and was sad to see that there weren’t any birthday options for pets … until i got to the very front of the store and saw their little selection of birthday decor!The store was nice and spacious with a variety of amenities :) overall a good petco

I came to the store to put in a Cat litter refill But totally Empty at refill station. It was empty the same way last time. Shops should always stock self-service refills. I talked to the store staff but they don't know when will be stock again.So I called Burien Petco, but they don't have a refill service station. So when I contacted Renton's shop, I got a reply saying that there was stock！However, it takes 25 minutes one way to the shop. It gave up and decided to buy other items. My shopping pays extra and wasted time. I have to come to refill the litter next time for my cat, please always stock up for litter.

Just because my boyfriend hadn't made a decision, he was followed around the store, with employees radioing each other behind his back to watch him in case he steals something. He spent about $100 in this store for items for two small dogs, Mamas and Blondie. Why was he treated like this?? He was dressed in normal clothes. He was clean. He was behaving like a normal capitalist. There was no intention to take any unpaid items.

It's ok. They have fairly good prices. They drive out independent pet stores but they're also employee a lot of folks. Meh. I shop there, but I also try to pick up food now and then from the place in my neighborhood.

I've always loved pet stores since I was a kid and I still do but the difference is I'm still a kid at heart. Every time I go to Petco Animal Supplies I feel like that kid when I see the fresh & salt water fish, the little critters & bugs, puppies and of course all the cool supplies and accessories I can buy if I have a pet no matter if its s goldfish, a tarantula or a ferret. I'm not a big fan of corporate owned companies but Petco Animal Supplies is doing it right the way they run their business and the charities & community giving the provide & support. Thank you Petco Animal Supplies for help keeping the kid in me. #localguides

Bought an aquatic turtle for a friend's birthday here. The staff was very helpful, were able to answer my questions and set me up with everything I needed to give the little critter a good home setup and a good timeframe to upgrade the size of the tank. They also went above and beyond making sure I knew what the animal and product warranties and guarantees were which I truly appreciated.

This store carries all kinds of products for pets that customers may not see in other stores. Some of the pet food is of great quality which my cat loves. The parrots at this store have a lot of personality and they are fun to talk too or visit with (so young they would outlive me therefore unable to adopt 😳) Employees there are very helpful too. Thanks.

Had a very pleasant experience last week, the girl in the aquarium section was very knowledgeable and helpful. Came in today at 630 pm. There was a single employee working the entire store. Asked for help 4 times in the fish department. Was told to wait each time. Waited almost an hour with no help. Won't be back.

Giving this store a 2 star only because it was extremely hard to find someone to help me. And even once I requested the cashier to page for help it took me asking someone else 2 more times to get me some help. The store wasn't busy at all yet we waited an extremely long time for help.

Callie in the Aquatics department was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had multiple aquariums I wanted to set up and she was patient and had great advice to make my goals successful. I was also impressed with how well cared for the Aquatics department was. I had visited two other stores (a privately owned store and a corporate chain store) and was not comfortable with how many of the aquariums at the other places had multiple dead fish floating in them and the customer service was not great. I know these are challenging times right now, so it means so much more when someone goes above and beyond to show they appreciate you as a customer.

I used to come here for grooming services, but no longer.I paid for the de-shedding treatment and when I received back my puppy she was literally shedding as they handed her over. I asked what I was paying for if she's still shedding, and the guy gave me this petulant attitude and response. I said that's fine, just give me a refund for the de-shedding treatment. He instead took her back into the grooming station as I watched him actually de-shed her, pulling another dog's worth of hair from her before handing her back without an apology.You're fired. Never using them again. I found a local do-it-yourself dog wash that trims nails for twelve bucks and provides all the soaps and towels you need for less than twenty dollars.

I am always extremely happy with the customer service provided at Petco Kent WA store. I have several pets, I always find what I need. Petco carries a diversity of products. If they don't have what the staff are happy to locate or find the product for me even through it may be at another pet store. Way to go Petco! thank you for have such caring staff at the Kent Washington store.

Very small store with limited pet selection. wasn't sure if it was Due to covid or that this place just in general doesn't contain a whole lot of animals (which is good hopefully that means people are adopting new friends here). Lots of cages and tanks were empty and it was mainly filled with staff. The store itself was clean and was pleasant.

The employees were extremely helpful! Talked to me for about an hour over the course of the day about what types of fish and what products would go well in my tank. Extremely clean and we'll organized absolutely recommend this Petco.

This store doesn't have much of a selection on dog collars and other dog accessories. This store looks kind of sad compared to others I've been to in the past. Store seems gloomy and just doesn't have a good flow on coming in to finding items with ease. I'll try a different location first before deciding on staying with online orders or trying pet store. I figured that Washington state is more dog friendly that there would have been easy more options here. But I was wrong.

We are a military family and were in the process of moving to South Korea the day of our visit to your store. The airline did not provide all necessary information for traveling with our sphynx so literally less than two hours before our flight, my husband had to leave the airport, buy a new carrier, and hurry back. The sales associates made everything so easy and quick. Thank you!

I buy cat liter beer once a week. You are a ghost in this store. To the point where I use my own ladder to get the items off the shelf. Since there is no one at the counter, I could have free liter anytime, but I’m not a thief. I will wait, and wait and wait forever for someone to acknowledge your existence. I almost just used the over head speak to get someone to notice me. Heaven forbid I have a price match on top of this. They will grab your phone. Scroll, to look at the match. It’s rather shocking and it happens often. I’ll gladly show you but don’t take my phone. Overall, being in the city you are very limited to resources or shopping options other than online. When I fall off that ladder next time, maybe they will finally train or hire more than one staff member.

we found the in store representatives/sales people very helpful. However your prices have significantly shot up. I am very concerned about that. the overall quality of the store and its products do not support this significant pricing jump, Further more when We see the same brands in smaller retail stores at 10 dollars or more less a bag . Then we as customers have to make a choice as to liking the personnel or the quality experience and pricing of the food we buy for our pets. 65 to 89 dollars for 22lbs bags of dog food is way to much, it would be cheaper to buy whole baked chickens from Costco with a side bag of 50lbs bag of rice and frozen broccoli , JUST SAYIN...

I used to think PetSmart was the best place to go for pet supplies. I have recently been disavowed of that opinion. Petco by far has the best selection for taking care of your pet. Especially when it comes to things like wound care and other first aid items for your pets. They also have a great selection of food at competitive prices. I'm moving all of my pet buying activities to this location. They have a very large store with lots of choices for your pets.

I've gone to this store about 5 times. I usually go look at the fish first. Not one time has an employee asked me if I needed help. I even purposely went over to where an employee was to see if she even noticed me and still got no acknowledgment. Today when I walked into the store, a red headed male asked me how I was. I told him good and then asked him how he was. Once he asked me how I was, he didn't even give me time to respond before he started talking to another employee completely ignoring me. Its like he was only asking because he had to and didn't care what my response would be or that I even responded. When leaving the store, the same red headed male employee walked out the store and threw his gum at the garbage can completely missing it. He walked away and left it. He could clearly see he missed the can. Your employees suck!

My son and I bought a fish tank kit We came back later and bought fish. The fish did not survive. We went back to Petco to try and understand why. They offered to test our water and after verifying that it was safe for the fish, they replaced the lost fish. The customer service was excellent. Thank you Petco

Thank you all for offering the curbside pickup during the Covid outbreak.I placed an online order for some fun stuff for my dog. She just lost her Mom and has never been an only dog before so we needed some new toys- I was feeling so badly for her. I have ordered some masks for myself but haven't received them yet, so I called when I got there for the curbside pickup. I really appreciate this option- it helped make for a much happier puppy and a much safer feeling human!

I have been bringing my dogs here to get groomed for many years. Nice people who do great work. I also have had my animals go through training courses at Petco and they do a great job. Great place to bring your furry friend's as you shop for their needs.
