06/26/23: everything is cheap here and every item is worth around $1.50. It used to be around $1.00 but the price increased due to inflation.The staff is limited and they mostly stand in the check out line. The space is enormous and we got what we came for. Great experience!!

The assistant manager does not care. Was there with my sales team to stock up for a product roll out being hosted at multiple locations. We were going to buy a lot. After some questions, the AM walked away telling us to “ask them if you have any more questions.” Then when he got out of what he must have assumed was earshot, said “don’t call me over”. Unfortunately for him, his headphones must have been up too much, because we all clearly heard him. With this, we took our business (three cars) to the DT the next city over.

I'm so tired of Dollar tree closing before the scheduled closing time. If your hours of operation states 8am - 9pm then that's the time you should be open. Instead you're closing 5 to 10 minutes early and the consumer is left to begging the staff to be let in. Your staff at this location is extremely rude and I wasted my gas and time coming here and not being able to make a quick purchase. If you're closing at 8:50 then state that time on the door!!!! It's not okay to mislead the public because your lazy staff don't want to work.

If you have 2 registers open have 2 lines formed instead of 1 because it would make a better customer service experience instead of trying to figure out which line people are going to and they bounce from one line to the next when close to the register. Y’all need to get your workers right.

I stopped by because I always need tools for the garden. A friendly guy named Prescott got me set up and showed me a few relevant places in the store and made the visit efficient and helpful. I wasn't expecting much from a discount store, but he made it a fun and useful experience. It was a quick visit but I am sure I will be back.

One of the bigger dollar tree locations we have visited. Big selection.Only one cashier/employee was working at the time, but she was fast and cheerful. Very impressed given the circumstances.Found everything we needed for our cruise. We will be back.

Newest employee Prescott is a problem.Me and my manager has had issues with him in the past.I went in to grab some items for work and home today. I had a full basket, waiting in line. He was the only one checking out customers. Another customer was asking for help and he kept ignoring her, she waited a few minutes then she asked again. Next thing I knew Prescott is yelling in her face to like go away and to leave him alone. It got quite within the whole store. Then I hear Prescott is calling the police saying that he has a African American female being hostile and basically telling the cops she was crazy. I literally got out of line put my basket on the floor, and I told the customer about his poor customer service attitude in the past. And then walked out!This attitude is not ok!

Drove here to get something I needed right away. Got here at 7:45 and the doors were locked. Closes at 8 on Sunday. The lady inside refused to make eye contact through the window. This is ridiculous.

One of the workers (white man with a beanie and headphones) was being highly disrespectful, grabbed the divider from the conveyer belt from a guest when they needed it to separate their items from another guest (who had requested it). He gave us a hard time, snatched it disrespectfully and talked under his breath during the transaction, but said some rude things in a rude tone. It was absolutely unprofessional.

I typically only have positive experiences at this location with quality service but tonight was extremely different. During checkout there was a gentleman in front of my girlfriend and I with many items on the belt. To ensure her items would not get mixed in with his she reached for a divider and was immediately yelled at by the cashier. His name is PRESCOTT. He screamed at her not to touch the divider despite it being present on the belt as it always has been for customer use. We found his tone to be extremely unprofessional, unwelcoming, and quite frankly it has ruined any chance of us doing business here in the future. PRESCOTT does not represent the good quality that this location is known for and should not continue employment here. I’d hope for the sake of future customer experiences he is not there.

I love Dollar Tree! I buy over the counter cold meds that work. Their body lotion is better than any other that I've tried. And where else could you get snacks from Harry and David for a $1.25. Cheapest ph water on the market.

Well, it was an unpleasant surprise to find out that the Dollar Tree has, without warning, raised their prices to $1.25. I mean that is a 25% increase and there are no signs or any mention of it anywhere in the store or outside nor do the checkers tell you. They just give you the total and watch your head implode from confusion. At least that is what happened in my case. It was intentionally withheld and that is a bad faith business practice. I understand the need for an increase. But 25? They couldn't start at 10 and work up to it? Bad Form, bad form. SMH...

I went in last night to purchase some essentials. They had a Halloween toy that made the jingle "trick or treat smell my feet" on repeat and I assumed there was just a broken toy somewhere making that noise but when I get to the register the toy is there taped to the register and I assume they made him do that or something and I joke you're doing to be hearing that in your sleep and the employee stated "I hate it but I hate customers more" and he pushed my bag at me. His name is Prescott according to my receipt and it was on 10/13/2022 6:10 pm. So rude and childish....

The actual store manager is amazing. This manager needs corporate to give her more hours to have more employees on the clock to serve customers. Too bad an angry employee made up lies and had her fired.

After gathering up my items and waiting patiently for register, store manager refused to accept my return/exchange items “because of Covid” despite other Dollar Tree locations offering it the same day. Rude communication as well - it’s a shame because they had everything I needed. I spoke to another location right after I left and they agreed this policy was not in accordance with other stores. Get it right!

This is one of the other location that I tend to go. I did a review on the one in Renton. For this location I am not going to be hard on the scale as well because after all it is a dollar store so, yea. I will give this location a 3 instead of a four because it is a little bit unorganized from the other ones, however, this establishment is stocked up when I do go, even when it is on the weekend. I don’t buy food here but it’s nice getting other things here like if you are trying to save up on certain things like gift bags/wraps/cards, food containers, office supplies, and right now puzzles for my daughter. The staff here are all right, they do their best to keep up with the demands from the customers.

This is a nice store if you are looking to save money. However, each time I go here, there is only 1 cashier! The line of shoppers exceeded 12 people on my last visit. This makes for a very poor shopping experience.

Nice, big dollar tree, so good selection, as dollar-priced merchandise goes. They never seem to have enough employees here to work the cash registers, though, so the wait at checkout is always long. I have walked out without making a purchase more than once because of that.

Went in looking for small canvases, found exactly what I needed plus more options. Also found a lot of other things that I don't typically see at my Dollar Tree. Store was well-stocked and impressively tidy for a dollar store.

The staff were nice and helpful, the store was a cluttered mess. The Rainier Beach location is where it's at well stocked very clean, excellent staff. Especially the wife. 😁

I usually have pretty good experiences here. They don't always have what I need, but that's when I alternate between this dollar store and the ones in Burien or Kent. Customer service is good, and what can I say? It's the dollar store. You won't always find every exact item on your list, but this place is always handy. They are near the mall and the bus stop too

I came in for dog bag containers and left with 19 other things is the norm. Somehow spending a dollar per item makes it feel like you're not spending anything at all. Watch in the candy and food aisles though things are a lot smaller than the typical supermarket and you end up spending way more than you need to for some items

They had what I needed they were just very busy and it was wearing on the staff that were cashiers and the ones trying to switch out Halloween stuff for Christmas....... like every where else more staff is needed.

This place is a joke ! While in line my daughter needed to use the restroom so I went ahead and ask the associate who by the way is the manager of the store name ROBIN. She gave me a nasty attitude ,very rude human being who works there and has a title of manager? Are you kidding me ! You don’t Treat customers like there invisible and then looks up with a stank face . She repeatedly kept cutting me off explaining to me I can use the Burger King bathroom . When I simply was trying to ask a question again why you guys dont Allow it. I’m tourist I’m not from around here I come from Florida and this just threw me off even my own daughter thought her actions was rude ! Dollar tree you need to take a really good look on your staff this is ridiculous. Im not going to lower myself to her level because apparently it shows who has more class . I’m sure this is not the first time customers have encountered with. Store policy of restroom use or not have better employees with good manners .
