I find this particular Costco store quite challenging to visit. Firstly, navigating the parking lot is a real hassle, especially on weekends when it's consistently overcrowded. The shoppers sometimes appear to lack common courtesy. Despite that, the store offers a wide range of quality products. However, I had an unusual experience with a staff member at the entrance. When I briefly examined some clothing items, an employee abruptly interrupted her tasks and asked about the size I needed in a somewhat impolite manner. This was unexpected, as I've never encountered such a situation at any other Costco.

I love this store's size; I drive down occasionally from Seattle due to the broader selection—a large parking lot. The only sour taste was when a manager yelled at an associate about a phone within earshot of multiple customers. Praise in public and correct in private is a management philosophy they should maybe teach.

Perfect place to get groceries. Don't have a lot of options for electronics and don't sell bicycles here. There are currently many good deals for sweets and snacks for the upcoming Halloween!

Parking is a steaming pile of garbage. However, everything else is amazing. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. You just have to time your visits just right to get parking.

Fine experience through the store, except for the maze at the back.Once we got to check out we were repeatedly pushed to switch to executive membership, despite showing our clear disinterest and saying no several times.The cashier and manager (?) who were talking to us continued to insist we didn't understand how much we spent at the store and we didn't understand how much 2% was. Finally got through paying to be told one more time how much we could be saving! No thanks- we will not be returning to this location

Sometimes, I do not come to Costco to buy anything, but I want to enjoy the crowding vibe while looking at everyone’s business. By the way, Costco offers fresh, high-quality, diversified food and household items. Thank you for the beautiful food and excellent customer service at CostcoUpdated 04/08/23: it was a rainy day, but Costco Wholesale was full of people. I had a great chance looking around and figured out that there was a hugely diverse, unique item that could be found only in this location. Good costco if you want to find unique items. But probably has the worst customer service of any branch I've been to.They never offer boxes at checkoutFood court workers seem extremely snippyThere was an incident where a rotisserie chicken fell out of the packaging, and I asked the cashier to throw it out. When I wasn't looking she scanned it and put it in with the rest of my groceries.Also the parking lot is nowhere near large enough, especially on the weekend. You'll see people circling for spots often because of how full it is, even at the far ends.

This Costco certainly does not deserve 4.5 star rating. A person was killed in cold blood in their parking lot and I can see why. The parking lot is condense and there are hardly any parking spaces. During their busy hours it is packed and very difficult to navigate in and out of especially when there is only one way out to the Main Street that has a light that blocks everything. Sure you can cut through the back lot but risk damaging your tires.My gripe is with the insensitive lady that was standing at the exit door. I am physical handicapped and to boot needed sugar for my insulin level. She forced me to go around through the entrance door which is very far for me and difficult for me to walk. I showed her my Costco card and all I wanted was to go over to their deli to pick up a quick bite. Some sensitivity training is a must.She was an Asian lady who manned the exit doors at about 10 am on April 18th 2024 checking for receipts. Hope karma doesn’t come back to bite her because you ought to treat handicap people with more care. One day she will be old and God forbids can’t walk anymore!!!!Anyways I left Costco not eating and just went to the closest drive through I can find.Apparently my Costco card is not good enough. Oh how I wish Sam’s club was still here!

This is one of Costco’s busiest locations that also happens to be close to my work and easy to stop by after work. Vast selection of products. Because this location is incredibly busy, it makes for a busy parking lot / hard to find close parking. Store was well stocked and clean. I love Costco! Highly recommend Costco to everyone for buying in bulk.

Not a knock on staff, at all.. as a customer, I have to deal with the maddening press of humanity that stumbles through your doors in search of a deal.I'm doing it too.I feel like Obi-Wan only said "You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy" about the spaceport because he'd never been to a Costco.Had a lady curse, and threaten my wife with violence, because some other driver was trying to back over her and our kid. I reminded the lady that if she's going to draw eyebrows on, it's important to have a steadier hand.I do not like this location because of the customer base here and how often it nearly becomes violent in the parking lot, or inside the store itself.

It is a goal to keep (need) lists of items needed thru out my home.My Costco list is filled every 2/3Weeks. I consider it a list I enjoy filling. I have determined the best times to shop and explore. With my list and knowledge of retail I look forMy needs and special pricing of sale,Close out, price changes and verySpecial Costco deals. The time spentIs well worth it as the results can be super. Also a 4,99 Costco seasonedRotisserie chicken is a must every time I go for the meal, lunch, etc andQuality. Remember to shop well, no impulses (maybe only 1 or 1) and use this as an advantage in your life.

Coming here as a tourist from the East Coast, the selection of items exclusive to the West Coast is huge. Also tried the mango smoothie and it was good. This Costco is probably the nicest one I’ve been to.

This store is one of the biggest Costco’s I have ever been in. I was shocked by its size. The selection is massive and is really roomy and easier to get around with carts even when the store is busy. Getting in and out is kind of wonky but I liked the selection

This large Costco stocks a wide range of products. You can get bulk items like 25 lbs of salt that you can't get at other locations. If you need gas, I recommend getting it first as left turns into the gas station are blocked off on your way out. I found that the customer service at the store was very insistent on promoting the Executive membership. Despite informing them that I was already familiar with the benefits through online research and preferred the Gold Star membership, another staff member (Albert) had to intervene and reiterate the advantages of the Executive membership. The persistent efforts to persuade me, even after expressing my disinterest, made the shopping experience uncomfortable. The environment was chaotic and filled with impolite individuals at every turn, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the visit.

Disappointed with the eye glass dept. I had new lenses installed with 1 year old frames a week ago and they didn’t clean or replace the nose pads. This must be a new cost cutting issue. I’m not sure the updated lenses were even cleaned. Also, I witnessed one of the eyewear employees yelling at her coworkers about not handling the “pick a number” system. Right in front of all the customers. I was shocked. SMH

I have always liked Costco, but this store is always very busy and crowded. I hope that their corporate offices will soon follow through with plans to open an additional site in Pasco or Richland. This will make the shopping experience easier and more enjoyable.

I can't believe what happened yesterday. In the past I haven't had a bad experience at Costco for the last 10 years, most are very nice or willing to help. The others usually just don't say anything to you and try to move you on as quickly as possible. However, yesterday December 03, 2023, we had horrible customer service, from cashier Tracy L. She is very disrespectful, she rolls her eyes on us, and she is racist. I only see her giving attitudes to colored people. I watched how she treated other customers she was pretty nice to another white man who checked out before us and a white lady after us. I would have given 1 star, but the manager apologized to me when we complained.

Good value. Very crowded most of them. Awful parking, but there is always some if you look. The biggest problem is horribly rude people. I lived in NY city for a time, and in comparison the customers in Costco stores are shameful. Starts in the parking lot, and only worsens once inside. The staff at all the stores are mostly nice and polite.

I've moved around the country a lot and this might be the worst Costco I've been to. The staff was fine, nothing against them. My main frustration was the layout and tightness of this building. Most costcos have a similar layout but this one seemingly has things stocked in really random places. For example, I searched for breakfast burritos and could not find them. After about 5 min of searching aisles near all the other breakfast items (sausage, breakfast sandwiches, bacon, breakfast bites, etc) I eventually, accidently, found them near the cheese and dips. Most of the snacks are separated, some on the right-middle, and some on the left-middle of the store. A lot of the aisles are also dead-ends or so tight that everyone has to wait for their turn to take their cart through. Another frustration is the parking lot. It's way worse than any other Costco I've been to. This particular costco just gives me anxiety the entire time I'm shopping. I've been twice now, but its worth it to me to drive double the commute time to shop at a more orgainzed Costco.

Been coming here for over 20 years. Besides often times horrendous parking issues, the one issue that has fallen tremendously is customer service (specifically checkers) who run the gamut of angry to super slow to just plain attitude ridden. I know service workforce has taken a hit after pandemic but sheesh, I remember Costco employees always being fast, courteous, and engaging. Now they literally scold and scream at you for the slightest mis-step. SMH.

Looking for parking? Good luck! And the backstreet is not even paved. This store can learn about other stores’ layout. Parallel aisles would be appreciate it.On the bright side, greater variety of goods compared to Costco in Shoreline, Kirkland or Sodo.

Went back again for the first time in years. As usual, we overspent but had great fun! My wife and I even got to argue about getting gas. I am against it because of the long lines and won the day only because I was driving.

After visiting several Costco's across the country, I finally got a chance to visit one of their locations in their headquartered state of Washington. This Costco is busy both inside the warehouse and in the parking lot, meaning sometimes it's a bit of a walk to get to the entrance since the parking lot is spread out. Gas station lines are long too since it's one of the cheapest places to get gas in the area, and near SeaTac airport if you need to return a rental car that needs full tank. The layout is somewhat confusing if you're used to a typical Costco store, and the environment was either a hit or miss.The downside of this Costco was the food and food court was not up to the usual standards of other Costco's. Dining and service areas were dirty, I pre-ordered a pizza and the cheese was very loose falling right off, and the Mtn. Dew tasted horrible; most likely running low on syrup, or something was wrong with the pipes not having the correct carbonated water to syrup ratio resulting me having to get Pepsi.Maybe I went on a bad day, but I wouldn't mind stopping by here again when I'm in Seattle. But if I need anything such as gas, probably head early in the day or late at night.

Super crowded and difficult to find stuff. The parking lot has quite a few potholes. The one exit has deteriorated into gravel. But the prices are slightly less than other stores. And the inside is surprisingly clean for how many people are there.

I’ve been sober for 3 years but trying to park in this parking lot made me want a drink. Took me 20 minutes of waiting in a line of cars to even see the parking lot, then a hunger games battle royal for any open spot. I eventually ended up at the Safeway up the street.

I love Costco Warehouse. Membership gets getting higher though.I like the workers, they are nice.The workers who gather the carts work hard. I used to gather carts before then worked as a Front End Cashier at Price Savers, soon became Sam’s Club. But I went on to get more education and worked on my personal Education which helped me became one of the best medical professional for 20 years and nowa Business Owner in the Real Estate Industry and help and mentor others.Thank You Costco workers.I go to Tukwila, Covington, Federal Way and Fife branch.

Excellent Costco. Very large, well stocked, and wonderful customer service. One of our items fell on our way to our car, and a couple of employees offered to take it back and replace it for us without waiting in the customer service line. Top tier service!

If ever you guys have a place for her to work in a no communication for customer service she should be there. Being unprofessional and showing full power tripping because she said she’s “THE SUPERVISOR “ to the customer is not acceptable at all. Screaming wouldn’t resolve any problem. Would like to thank Peter working at membership desk very helpful and specially nice to the customer.
