The people who work there are great and kind.....the place gets crowded at times -but the workers handle it well. The food is good, the prices are good and the gas is lower than anywhere but Wolfden. You people who put bad reviews on Yakamart need to try working with the public...you wont be so quick to spout off!.

How come you're all the time I think I might rethink that. I spent $47 in gas today their policy is that you get a free soda my receipt didn't print I go to the drive-thru window ask for my free Pepsi five people standing around in a line not doing anything is? Plenty of employees standing there looking at me, nobody in the drive-through line besides me and I'm told that I have to come in to get the Pepsi it's their policy? I have my dog in the car. I can't leave her in here when it's hot. They couldn't just hand it through the drive-thru window I was already there. Not very happy with my service today. Plus at 8:00 in the morning. I go there for breakfast and it's constantly sold out you guys have great breakfast you just never ever make enough of it which is ridiculous! Make more breakfast food please! To the point where I just won't come in anymore.

Wow you guys have the worst employees why are you ladies so stuck up your just a gas station worker! Went 2 times tonight going to the casino the girl couldn't answer any questions yea you're closed for shift change but I asked 3 times through the camera if you were 24 hours didn't get a response other than can't you read the sign? Then when I came back she was getting food for someone else and couldn't grab me something? Would have saved her lazy self some time but a snotty response is cool too I guess... rude too busy to help me when they weren't busy. Then when I left she was outside filming someone in the parking lot and laughing. Go to Topp stop I did much cooler workers and less bs

Everything there is overpriced by like 1 and 1/2 times what it's worth some of the employees are very rude and not very helpful particularly the day shift ones just didn't overall the store is not something someplace I would want to go buy gas even though my drive owns it they don't treat people with respect there garbage place to go don't go there I would highly recommend go to top stop or Safeway better quality gas too at those gas stations in this one

I come to this place frequently, but recently I have noticed that it is definitely one of the cleanest looking gas stations in Toppenish! The pumps are clean and the staff is friendly

Place is the worst!! Don’t waste your time there.They will overcharge you for tobacco and give you the wrong kind and then NOT replace it, ask for one kind of chew they gave me another and would not fix it, standing right there In front of them. Over charged me by 2.50 each roll and wouldn’t fix it. Manager is the worst. Go somewhere else!! Close this place down

I would give it more stars but i had many issues with the online ordering as well as had a worker there tell my 12 year old she was stupid and made her cry because she miscounted her change as she was paying for something. That woman had no right saying that to anyones child. And shouldn't be working in a customer service industry if she thinks its ok to talk to other peoples kids this way.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I went in last night on our way home to Washington from the Casino to purchase a pack of smokes for my sister and I - I asked the lady if she had Pall Mall menthol 100's and she rang me up and charged my card for the 2 packs. Well?? She grabbed the wrong cigarettes and then proceeded to tell me that they not only DON'T have my preferred kind, so I asked to switch out for a different pack of menthols and the cashier told me "NO you cant do that and I cant refund your card or take the charge off it"!!! I asked her Why and she just laughed at me and said that she "Is not authorized to do that"??????? WTF! I have never heard of such a thing in my life and she absolutely refused to take back the wrong cigarettes that SHE picked and rang me up for, or to exchange them, saying I would have to keep them and buy another pack if I wanted the right ones, the whole time smirking as she said it. We will Never Ever purchase anything from this garbage hole of a store again! I'm also going reporting this store to the BBB and I say this with an even bigger smirk of satisfaction than that creepy little meth head that works there 😊

Went to their store to pay for gas and be on my way I was looking for my cash in my pockets. As I find it I look up to find the cashier and give them my cash. As I walk up ask if she was up still with a disgusted face on her she says "YES OVER THERE! " felt like my money wasn't green enough for her or the store. And all of this happened at 1:13 a.m Saturday morning on 9/19/20 if that was me I would be in trouble or even fired because you are representing the yakamart and the nation. Oh yeah I'm a enrolled member. JUST DIDN'T FEEL WELCOMED IN YOUR STORE AT ALL! EVEN AS TRIBAL MEMBER OF THE YAKAMA NATION. change the service and I'll change my post about the store.

One star because I do not have the option of entering zero, they have been having issues with their gas pumps charging even when gas is not being pumped since JUNE, that we know of. Cents add up, especially if you're someone like me that does not pay attention to the pump. Wake up guys, this stealing and not accidental because they were made aware of it several times.

Non experienced people filling propane. Been in 6 separate times to get 40+ gallons and each experience is the same. Too scared to fill the bottle up. Don't know how to properly full a bottle, open vent ect. Refuse to fill a bottle because the threads leak but they refuse to tighten the fitting any snugger than my 1 year old son can tighten it. Their folder nozzle is missing an o ring for the seal but they don't listen. Nothing but problem after problem with 6 different people. You're way better off going down the street to Ace Hardware!

When the road construction is completed, it will again be one of the areas lowest prices for gasoline. Tobacco products are also less here and you may find some trinket or souvenir in the gift area. More car parking is needed as it is also a Truck Stop of sorts. Big Rigs park overnight in the rear of the building but offer few driver amenities. At times, the restrooms could use some attention.

Gas prices were much lower than other cities. Had two orders of butterfly shrimp for lunch. Delicious.

Not 24 hours! If you come in around 11pm they close for "shift change." Pretty silly. Never been to a 24 hour convenience store that has to close to switch staff. Says 15-30 minutes but it's been about 45 and the employees are just standing there talking while 7 or 8 customers stand here.

Worst service and HORRIBLE customer service. Do not ever go to this place. Beyond unhygienic, do not give masks for people whom don’t have one. Both of the ladies at the register almost didn’t let me buy a single water bottle because we parked in the wrong spot. Rude.

Worst customer service ever, they refused to sell me a drink and chips because my ride dropped me off at front door and waited, I told my ride to move and went back in to complete my purchase and they still refused to sell me the drink and chips, I asked for the manager and got nowhere, this place should be closed down! What kind of business refuses to serve customers, I will never go in there again and will tell everyone I know how terrible I was treated!
