Had a windshield installed on my truck I would say sloppy messy glue that was used was all over my freshly painted truck. Not to mention screws were drilled on different spots and molding around my window was coming off will not be using them again.

Owner is inconsiderate of his employee at the desk who happens to be a woman and over priced us ($350 windshield replacement for a 2013 Ford Explorer). Mind you I had call prior about price inquiry and he stated $100 less than we ended up paying. He stated that the clips from the window frame broke during the removal process but I had seen the clips just fine when they removed the frames and set them down on the hood of a vehicle next to us. I fear he intentionally broke the clips. Overall, the owner is dishonest, rude, and greedy.

My car was vandalized in January 2018. I called around to get quotes on getting all the windows replaced (literally every piece of glass was shot out with a BB gun). These guys were the cheapest. Sadly, that was where I went wrong.Their "tech" was kind enough to go grab the used glass for me (I couldn't drive obviously) from a buddy of mine's house. Glass was pulled from my friend's parts car. Glass itself arrived a few hours later at my apartment and operation started. The glass was all great looking except the driver's side door that was broken, the "tech" didn't seem like he understood me very well, which could explain the mix up (he grabbed the wrong one from my friend's house).After 4 hours and $500 cash (he wouldn't take my debit card), my car was completed. I was told the mess would wash off, but don't wash it for a week (in January mind you, but okay). 2 weeks later, I took my car through a car wash. The epoxy didn't come off the body of my car (its still there), the mouldings are still bent, and now my back windows all leak. I get BUCKETS of water into my car every time I take it through a wash. Before these guys touched it, the mouldings were perfect on my car (all factory, no leaks, just the shattered glass from a BB).I called to complain. Their "tech" came out again, and said it was fine, and globbed more goop on the body of my car. Also, the tech didn't understand directions or something and grabbed the wrong piece of driver's door glass from my friend's house (friend was at work). He grabbed the BROKEN one to install on my car.Tried calling them again, and no answer. I've been trying since February. Next step is small claims.

Best price around the competition. They definitely know what to do on replacing windshields. This place was recommended by my dad for their fast and cheap cost service. The service is cheap price, but Im not sure about fast. Courteous people skills are lacked by the workers when the boss is not there. I waited about 2 hours to have my window replaced. I was the only car, so they weren't working on other cars. I would've appreciated some kind of acknowledgement, or follow up.

These guy's are great, they'll come to your house to install your windshield and they have the best prices. They replaced the windshield on the cadillac quickly.

Great customer service. I needed a new windshield and they had it. They Installed right when we drove up, within the hour they got the job done. Although they told my fiance $190 a week ago, and right when we arrived...but after job was done it was $225 because someone else called for the windshield and was willing to buy it for that much. They let us go with our nice windshield for $205 if they have told my fiance $225 from the begining i wouldve pulled out enough money from my card. But they said $190 not once but TWICE. Other then that the windshield is nice and the costumer service great. Very Very nice people....

Well I read some reviews I've been through this guy three times already and about to call him again. The guy speaks perfect English and he was very nice and his helper there was no trash left behind ever I was never overcharged and he came to me as a matter of fact he gave it to me $15 cheaper than he quoted me the last time I got a window. So I don't know if what the problem is is because he's hispanic and some people can be racist this guy is a good guy and he does a good job I would recommend him 100% to anybody if something went wrong with your car it's probably cuz you didn't do what he told you to do.

Guy got here before I woke up to fix my windshield on my 07 STI. Super nice guy very professional and friendly. Did such an awesome 30 min job. The people with 1 star review and complaints are over exaggerating, even read a review where the guy is complaining about some glue on his dash. Ok? Not everyone is perfect. Give him a break geez.Overall excellent mobile service.

In addition to only A 5 minute heads up, overcharged me , was rude and would not speak to me before the work was done and then made me drive to the bank with my windows rolled up in hundred degree weather ! I could not roll the windows down he says.So yeah go here if you want to be treated badly & overcharged. Worst is they're not even legitimate enough to give you a receipt!that's right paid cash and you refuse to give me a receipt. Sham, shame!!!

Poor service, didn't put upper seal/weatherstrip, and didn't clean up the mess they left in my truck including getting glue on my dashboard from their fingers! I will never return to their business, I will definitely not recommend them to anyone, and I will be sure to let others know of their services shall I ever hear someone speak of their business
