Used to enjoy this store and appreciate how well run it was. It seems to have taken a dive recently. Lots of empty shelves and lack of cleanliness and efficiency. I hope it is just a phase!

Went there this morning no tellers and only a few self check out stations open do better! This is why I hardly shop here

was standing in the check out line. old man who was being very rude to the young man clerk was just ranting and raving. from what i heard, the old man called the young guy stupid. another clerk came in to help. she handled the old man professionally and with grace. after the old man left, i made some off handed suggestions on dealing with rude customers in the future, involving marijuana and whiskey. good job to the two clerks though.

This has happen a few times now. When going to receive money I was told your open til 8 p.m unless not busy. The checker was helping lady in front of me she was also receiving money it was 722 p.m and he told me no that he is closing. I go there every weekend to receive money that is how my boss pays me I get if they had no customers but he did and was capable of handling me .each time this has happen I have to wait til 8 am to get the money and that is what I use to get gas to drive to my bosses place when I should be there at 8 am. I get if he was bored or maybe he was close to getting off but it would of only took 5 mins what's the point of a policy an being open til 8p.m if they get to decide when they are going to close the time before this they closed before 6p.mSorry for the rant I don't mind going by what you all say if only were on the same page clearly we're not I do apologize for my part.Thank u for reaching out and listening to my concerns . Totally grateful. Thank u for ur time. Now don't get it twisted I don't hate Safeway and for the most part I have great interaction with most of the cashier's there. Always polite and smiling .Sorry again.angela

Watch out and watch the cashier named James s he likes to talk down in people on wic makes fun of them and if your not watching out he will scan things more then once.the store never has the sell items they never put things out they sell expired food and drinks.thry are disrespectful. Thank you James s your mom should be proud of you.watch out

Love shopping here. They got baby food toddler food baby dipers. They got fresh food. Lots of drinks. Stuff for your pets. Stuff for bbq. Flowers. Yummy pizza n ice SCREAM. Personal stuff. Car stuff. First aid .. They have Starbucks coffee. N pharmacy..

There produce section hasn't been looking to well, and everytime I go to get tomatoes there either rotten. Or never have none. I went to the store late at night., coming out of the store there was 2 homeless natives following me to my car . I really thought I was going to get robbed. Lucky there was other customers out side. Watching .they should really have security at the store at night because I feel it's not safe .

I love their way they give you points for buying things there. With them earned points you can get 10 cents off a gallon of gas for each point you earn here. You can also get something free with your points like ice cream. I used my two points to get a Carmel swirl ice cream free.

Well-kept establishment!. Decent sales, & savings on groceries & non perishable items especially with a Safeway club loyalty card. They also have a hot foods counter that's also worth it especially the juicy tender chicken you can get fried or baked etc, & they have wings, creamy mac & cheese that isn't bad at all, & there's quite a few more items there they also have. Overall love shopping there!

About a week ago I went to get a lunch from the Deli part at Safeway… tell me why I found a hair. If I hadn’t been on lunch I would’ve gone back to get my money back but unfortunately I was short on time, I swore never to go back…. Only I was in need of a pick me up so today…btw this was the last straw. I went to Starbucks and tell me why I see A BIG RAT run right past me dude. I was like nah, this is a grocery store with produce and food and dishes left out. Imagine late at night when the store is unattended, rats roam free or what? I promised not to be a Karen but I just can’t take it no more.

Even though I'm not a big Safeway customer, every time that I go, the site has always been clean. The prices of safety have always been on the pricy side, in my humble opinion, but most of the products on the store, especially the produce and meats, definitely match the prices. I like the fact that I can gas up on this Safeway, as it happens to be on my way to and from work, and the gas prices are always competitive with the other 5-6 gas stations that are nearby. If you're looking to fuel up without breaking your wallet (at least compared to other places) this is definitely a solid option.

I work for safeway and they lied to me and told me they could not do a return on what I bought 5 minutes pryer to return because I bought the wrong item. I saw the item I intended to buy after I purchased it. I have no problems I just grabbed the wrong item and I think it's wrong they told me that and I hadn't even left the parking lot barely made it to my car.

Alejandro, at the service deli, was great! He was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the cases and his cases were fresh and inviting. If I had a restaurant nearby, I would try to steal him to come work with me. My transaction was a great experience. Thanks Alejandro.

Workers are almost always friendly. I dislike having ONLY the self check option at times. Please open both doors. It feels less safe being further away from an open door.

Toppenish Safeway is down to one main entrance which is overrun by panhandlers asking for spare change, problem seems to be getting worse. Those same panhandlers are drinking beers, using drugs, & leaving trash all around the store. Also have seen human feces in parking lot. Now starting to shop at Yakima stores due this issue.

The Toppenish Safeway is so unmanned and dirty. The produce is shriveled and bad quality. There were no carts so I asked for one. The worker told me I had to go out to the parking lot and get my own. I am 67 and he was ,20. The entrance is almost blocked by vagrants. This store needs a better management.

Nicely stocked and has everything. Kind of expensive though for fixing for seafood fettuccine. The shrimp alone were over 20 bucks when normally they're like 10 bucks a bag. Friendly staff thank you.

The associates of the Toppenish Safeway are kind and friendly. It's for the location its a wonderful store. They have numerous sales and deals thruout the week, especially their $5 Fridays. Visit there when possible.

This store really needs so hospitality education.... Especially the hiring manager Kevin I can't believe how much safeway has gone so runned down and expects for molly to do everything where is the team work...I understand your short staff but regardless if you see all your employees are quiting on you store director should step in and get it under control already 2 months went in for goat milk and has not had it stocked and when you go an ask a employee if they still carry the product and he says yes but they sale out fast and you know for sure that's not the case that it is not ordered by the person in control with the dairy department it becomes very fustrating... Come on safeway corporate let's save this store ..... And by the way yes you have really rude costumers it's probably cuz they have to go in to Safeway knowing how it's going to not be stocked or have to deal with unprofessional manager

It's a fast paced place alot of the workers are kind but tend to look for thievery more then attend to the real customers and this saddens me... But the store is immaculant for the amount of customers they receive everyday I hope this store continues to make it through the years to come... It's been here since I was a child...

Found everything I needed accept instant potatoes for my soup today. Ordering online and scheduling my pickup time saves me from having to go inside to shop. The staff are great and quick with shopping for my items. Great customer service.

Horrible customer service. Watch out for Molly she is the absolute rudest person I’ve ever met. Fresh cut produce is always good. But the rest of produce department is a disaster. Moldy vegetables and empty shelfs

I actually go to Safeway every day well it feels like i go everyday the store it self is very good they are clean the employees are nice now they been getting new employees n i see them working really hard too i see there team work n it's outstanding the one problem n i hate going in the night is they have so many panhandlers u get approached getting off your car as u walk in as u walk out n some of them are very rude if u don't give them any $ i found it to be so bad i make sure I carry my taser with me n i really do think they have the wrong door closed in the night gives the panhandlers more of a open space for them to conjugate n maybe they need the presence of a good security they use to have security but by the looks of it i think the cashier was more outgoing then the security if u get what I'm saying all in all the store is a good place to go shopping n u can always have someone help u to ur car if u feel uneasy

Starbucks and bakery employees are always so friendly! I wish I could say something nice about the fresh produce! All salads are old and have the lettuce looking brown and just soggy it’s a rare Day when I go look for a salad and it looks healthy enough to eat!

I went to buy flowers for my mom and the girls there were not helpful at all I stood on the flower shop to pay while the girls there were just talking to each other so I went to tell them I'd like to pay for this and until then they told me I had to go to the cashier upfront. They could have told me but waited until I went to them
