My husband and I stayed overnight at Legends this weekend. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The buffet was pretty good (he really enjoyed the seafood options; lots of choices for us non-seafood eaters as well). Staff was friendly. The casino games are extremely tight-between the two of us we dropped several hundred and could count the bonuses on one hand. If we are in the area again we would stop and stay for a good night of rest; however definitely not to play...

Haven't been here since 2008. Came back for a concert because I had heard it was better than it used to be. It is much nicer. A lot cleaner and I will definitely be back for more shows, and maybe try the buffet. Loved the venue and parking was a breeze.

The room was very nice and clean. However the service was mid tier. The front desk lady was not very kind. When I first checked in she was asking me to pay which I was confused about because I thought I had paid online I was only asking clarifying questions- I wasn’t being rude. She was being very rude and unhelpful. I called the front desk to ask for extra blankets because me and the person I was staying with were freezing and I had already turned up the heat. I was told housekeeping had left and they weren’t able to help me. I really thought this was ridiculous. I know how hotels run and they could have walked their happy butt to a housekeeping closet and grabbed a few blankets for us! I spent a good 1,000$ here at this casino this trip. Disappointed as far as that goes. The seafood boil in the food court here is good though, so is the buffet. Other than being freezing at night and a rude receptionist my first night, my stay has been pleasant.

A very enjoyable dry casino. Went here for my mother’s birthday, and the blackjack dealer was very friendly and helpful to her, which meant a lot. Same with the roulette dealer the day before. The games are pretty entertaining, with the large majority being slots, but there are some tables to choose from in the middle. The casino smells very clean, and if you are a smoker there is a designated smoking area outside on a balcony. Free sodas of course, and there are a couple food stands and a pretty good buffet to eat at.Food & drinks: The buffet was pretty good, the only thing they really need to invest in is heat lamps. The food was really good, but some of it wasn’t enjoyable because it was cold. But only some, I enjoyed the majority and the waiters were quick with refills and made the dining experience very enjoyable. There are other food stands besides the buffet I can’t speak on as I haven’t tried them yet.

I love legends casino hotel not just to play the slot machines. and But I also love their food. and I usually order their bacon cheeseburger with tartar sauce. and It is really good. and I also get a coffee there. and That is also very tasty. and Also it is really good. and Most of the drinks are free like soda and coffee and water at the machines. and If you are new there you can get a legends casino card to earn points which turns into cash I often go here. and I'm always very satisfied with there service. and I also like the fact if you accidentally lose your legends casino card they will replace it for you.

What a depressing place. Our check in was cold and unfriendly. We were given a room that already had people in it. So we had to go back downstairs to get the issue resolved.We attended a rock concert where my friend was yelled at by a staff member for dancing beside her seat in the aisle. Note that she wasn’t the only one dancing! After the concert we went outside to get some fresh air. Upon returning inside the building, we were again shouted at by another unfriendly staff member to use different door.We then headed to the elevator where there was a huge line up because one of the lifts was out of service. We were forbidden from using the stairwells, which is so odd.I understand now that by being on the reserve, you adhere to their no alcohol laws. However, this should be very obvious on your website and not barely visible at the bottom of your website.Over all, the vibe in this place is so depressing. The staff were incredibly unpleasant. I wish I could say it was just one person, but it was everyone. They all had this authoritarian air about them. Try smiling at guests. Asking, “what brings you into town” or “how was your stay”. I can see that other reviews have expressed the same disappointment over the past year, yet, nothing has changed.

Had a great time at Legends casino. The suite we had was awesome, clean and very roomy. Was there with my 2 daughters and having 2 bathrooms and 3 sinks was such a treat. No crowding around the mirror at all. Non smoking casino was also wonderful.Rooms: Suites were very big and have 2 bathrooms. It doesn't mention that in the description.Safety: Felt very safe here. Security was present.Food & drinks: This is a dry casino which didn't bother us at all. Only ate at the burger place which was average and had the seafood buffet which was very disappointing. We were there about 8pm and considering they were open til midnight it wasn't that late for a Saturday night. Except for the hot crab (was delicious) the other food was depleted and dry. Salad bar was scarce, had no croutons and 2 slices of cucumbers with the tongs in the pan. Desserts were so dry, they were barely edible.Noteworthy details: Suites were very roomy and not that expensive compared to other hotels. Gambling was profitable too.

The show we attended was great and rooms were great. However HUGE disclaimer. This is not only the only non-alcoholic casino I've ever been to, they don't even want it on the property and will take it from you.I get it, if you don't want to sell it, but to literally steal the fruits of one's labor and do it in the most authoritarian way is a huge red flag.WONT BE BACKFood & drinks: Drinks are soda, water, coffee and tea and that's it.....

I like the layout and the atmosphere. I like the selection of games and number of machines. I don't like that half of the machines (the older push button kind, that I happen to prefer) don't work properly. The buttons don't respond when you push them and it's difficult to select a bet. And the other half of the machines (the new digital play panel) have such a high minimum bet that after factoring in the distance out of my way I have to travel to get there, it's almost not worth the time and frustration if I only plan on stopping for a few minutes and playing a little bit when passing through.

Housekeeping needs improvement. We asked for more toilet paper. It took them over 5 hours to deliver. Trash can was sitting on the desk. The food that we got to eat was very good .nothing was refilled .it was busy .but got there before dinner. So we ate what we could.. but for $ 50 bucks .nothing fresh out .the salad dressing wasn't full had to ask them ..then are waitress went an got me some. The concert was amazing .oh yeah the bedding is hard as hell ..so yeah that's was are Experience.Safety: Security guards everywhere that's the plus.Walkability: You can walk around

Stayed for Valentines day dinner and hotel package. It was our 35th anniversary and had a great time. Dinner buffet rocked the house, staff was awesome, and plan on going back just for the pool and hot tub get away. Can't wait for the spa to open!Food & drinks: Food was fantastic.

I've stayed here and the rooms are big and roomy nice huge shower only downfall my room didn't have a microwave not sure if they come with one or not but they have about 4 other places to eat. This day we had food and my friend was able to take it down and get our food warned up. the Mexican area of food is delicious I had the chicken rolled taquitos very good. I've also had the clamchower bread bowl also very good.Rooms: Large new, clean spacious

On checking in we received a wonderful room very spacious and very clean. The staff was cordial. We had a good time and had a wonderful dinner at the seafood buffet. The staff was very attentive to make sure that our dirty dishes were cleared and that we had plenty to drink. The food was fabulous, even though later in the evening, the crab legs were supreme! The gaming experience was good. Upon checking out the next morning and getting an hour away I realized I had left my Kindle in the room. I called the hotel and the housekeeping staff was able to retrieve it for me. We drove back to pick it up and it was right there with no issues. We would definitely stay here again.

We have previously stayed at Legends hotel and casino and had a great time. We went on February 14th to celebrate valentine’s day and our 24th wedding anniversary. The entire night ended up being awful.First we arrived, checked in, and went to our room. As we were settling in and beginning to enjoy romantic time, ANOTHER COUPLE UNLOCKED THE DOOR AND WALKED IN TO OUR ROOM!!!!They were apologetic and said they would go to the front desk and sort it out. A bit later our phone rings and it’s the front desk. First the lady on the phone says “are you staying here?” (obviously, we’re in the room!) then asks our name and a bit argumentatively tells my husband “you are in the wrong room!” Um… No. We are in the room we were assigned to, given keys to, and our keys opened the door to. Then she huffs a bit and says “Well I will move them then” like their room assignment mix up was somehow our fault.We then went down to play for a bit and enjoy the Valentine’s day buffet we had pre paid for with our special package we booked our hotel. We then waited in the LONG line for the buffet. Once we got through the buffet line and seated we realized we were not given our tickets for the lobster tail our pre purchase package allowed us so we had to go back for those. Once we had the tickets we then waited in line at the buffet for lobster only to finally get it, cut into it and find them raw in the middle.At this point we left the buffet to go back to our room, only to find our keys no longer work. Apparently when they assigned another couple to our room (once we were already in it!!) our keys were deactivated.So we go down to the desk ask to talk to the night manager (who it turns out was the same one who had checked us in a few hours earlier). We explained the whole situation to her and she said she would talk it over with her boss and call us in the morning as we were entitled to a discount or free room for all the trouble.We went to the casino where we proceeded to spend a lot of money only we could not even enjoy it as the music was at an insane teeth rattling level ALL night. It felt like we were clubbing in the loudest nightclub not just in a casino. We couldn’t hear each other talk a foot away from each other and both ended the evening with pounding headaches. I love music when playing at the casino but this volume was ridiculous!So we head to our room where thankfullythis time our keys work and nobody else barges in on us. Next morning we still haven’t gotten the promised phone call from the front desk so we go down to check out and talk to the day manager on shift and she knows nothing of the situation! Apparently the night manager did not relay any info to her. So we go over the entire story again and she takes our number says she will talk to her (i believe) director and get back to us.So we pay full price for our room and leave and now 2 days later have not heard a thing from anyone.Here’s the kicker, because we play so much in the casino I am awarded Free nights at the casino during the week anyway. So this room would’ve been free if I have booked it through that promo, but we paid for it using the Valentine’s Day special included the buffet (which we didn’t eat after getting raw lobster).I know they can see this on their end and they could’ve just comped the room and kept a customer. However, they managed to ruin our wedding anniversary, Valentine’s Day, basically blame us for someone else walking into our room during romantic time, give us the run around trying to get it taken care of and make it so I don’t want to return.Safety: it is not safe when they give another couple you don’t even know keys to have free access to your hotel room

Not helpful for service. Had my light on my machine for over 10 minutes and seen several of them on for quite a while as well. Smoking area had several homeless people picking through the ashtrays and my hamburger was like a hockey puck and cold, the serve yourself soda tasted like mold. On the other hand my better half had the rost beef and gravey and that was awesome 👌

I want the owner to see this... I'm appalled by the customer service at the front desk from the manager. I spoke with her about my deposit not being in my bank after two weeks . She "hung up" but didn't all the way. I sat there and listened to her talk bunch of crap calling me a liar, that I was trying to scam them and then say call back when your sober and laughing about it. I'm done with this place until management is dealt with.Rooms: Good rooms

It's much improved. Once so much smoke it was nearly intolerable, and I'm not a smokers snob, but it was bad. It was nice in that respect now, but the slots were super tight, and it is still a dry casino in case you'd like a beer or a beverage. The concert was entertaining, good seats and affordable so no complaints there (we went to see Collective Soul). Also and oddly, they do not "open" the casino until 8 a.m. Not knowing my wife and I went down about 7:15 to play some before we departed and we were intercepted by the security guard who was polite. We're thinking "you all don't want MORE of our money"? LOL We went back to our room and packed up and played on our way out around 830 and as luck would have it recovered about 70% of our slaying from the prior night. haha

It’s a terrible hotel they rob you in the rooms and when you report with the supposedly manager she makes fun of you and strongly suggests you to make the report with their security instead of the police station and on top they went in the room when we had the do not disturb which was a huge red flag as well and also item that went missing was a $400 pair of earbuds and we live about 3 hrs away so u can see how this whole situation is frustrating

Last time we stayed the rooms were mediocre and old. Dry meaning no alcohol. We used the hot tub and realized there was grime in the bubbles as the jets were going. We got out and noticed our skin smelled. We had to shower and wash our bathing suits/trunks. The most recent time I had a reservation because I just needed a place to sleep while I studied at the school. I was told to wait and instead the women helped others as they walked in while I waited. I finally left because it was clear they didn't want to give me my room.

The dealers at the tables are so unprofessional maybe should get some training from Muckleshoot staff. Make us Yakamas look bad. Don’t remember the day I was there but there was an empty spot at the roulette table to where we proceeded not knowing there was a wait time and were very rudely told that we weren’t allowed to play and we had to leave. While there was one lady holding a clip board that had seen we were watching she could have easily said would you like to be added to the wait list or something.
