It's a cool spot. They help us with our propane vouchers we get thru the energy assistance program. To keep us warm during the harsh winter season.I am thankful for the Mr heater propane heater they give out along with the propane cylinder and hose ..

Had asked about a price even pointed out what I was asking about she gave me a price assured me it was that price then rang it up way more then she said it was, forgot to give me military discount then lied and said it was refunded, never was. The woman at the front just talk talk talks while she has a line of people, girl I don't not wanna see pictures of your "fur baby" I won't go back to this place after over charging me and not refunding my 30$ discount.

This is one great lumber, hardware, outdoor supply and building parts store in the Valley. What sets them apart from anyone including the big box stores is their knowledge, experience, dedication and, most importantly, friendly service to help the customer build or repair anything in or out of your home. All of their staff are awesome people!

Best place ever!! We have never had a problem with this store, if they dont have what you need they will go out of their way to find it for you, they deliver anything you need, and had a large return once and no problem at all! Been doing business there for quite a few years and will definitely continue. Just finished a small remodel job in my home and I did not have to go to any other stores, they had it all. Thank goodness they are in our town for us.

This small town business is BIG CITY level!. .Their freindliness and contagious smiles make you feel welcome, at home, surrounded by friends. Each associate in their knowledge leaves you speechless, and their quickness to help every single person, makes you feel important, and appreciated.From store aisle, lumber yard, and aisle shopping, your sure to be greeted by someone with a smile, and kindness. Small town businesses like this are far and few, and each time you visit, they make you want to go back every day. All items are displayed easy to see, and well organized. All associate are kind and friendly, and check is the best part. With each person checking, they talk with you, smile, laugh, and make you feel like your family, not a customer. This is most important in choosing a place to give my money to now days.Not all businesses can give you a sense of family, and belonging, and Toppenish Ideal lumber, does that perfectly, each and every single time. This place is only to go if you absolutely need what your buying this place charges alot more then the products are worth way over priced period! Take the 20 minutes and go to yakima because this place will over price you to death!

A long time store with all your gadgets for home and farm, cleaning and repair. You can even buy a real Native American papoose or just the wooden base if you want to create your own. Tooppenish is a quality, throwback in time town.

Carrie Story- the lack of professionalism and kindness you showed me on 7/3/2021 when you called me was so very ugly.If one reports fraudulent charges, from a stolen card after being broken into, at this store- Carrie Story will accuse the victim of the theft! It happened to me on July 3, 2021. This store “owner” had time to call me about work sheriffs dragged their boots upon. Systemic failures of the Yakima sheriffs department to take my report seriously is not on me. This ideal lumber store wholly dishonors indigenous descendants, or so has been my experience.Chaw natash shopping idealpa!Where is the Yakama hardware store? Let us shop there! Nye.

This is one of those reviews where I had to select "1 star" because there were no lower options. I hired a contractor who purchased three doors for me from Ideal Lumber. Terrible experience...six weeks later and I now have a second set of the wrong doors, one missing jamb and I had to wait for a second jamb for another door that opened the wrong way. Customer Service was atrocious; they never took responsibility and never apologized...just blamed other people. I'm doing a lot of remodeling and will make sure to never buy from Ideal Lumber again.
