I don't recall having ever gone inside this particular dollar tree until today, 04-30-2023. The store looks like any other store, which is to say full of inexpensive things, relatively speaking. During the approximately 30 minutes that I spent here, I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to find a wide variety of items that I needed (party supplies.) The store was relatively clean, and even though there were a lot of people who were waiting to pay, the line advanced quickly and I was able to pay and go on my way. There is ample parking, and the staff, during my minimal interaction with them, was polite enough in my opinion.

Line is always long with only 1 cashier. And for some odd reason store is always closed@6:30 p.m . For the pass 4 days. what would be the reason for that .

The girl workers are honestly dramatic and rude, find better people to have as employees. especially the blond air heads in there they need some common sense 🤣 (be careful for the blond one’s!) warning: long checkout lines! If you don’t have time don’t go there, LOL THE STORE’S A JOKE HONESTLY (get a new manager I think it’s about time). store’s always short on employees

What can i say...... . This little store in Toppenish, has lots of variety to chose from, and has a great staff. When i went in, i needed some things for a party, and the staff took the time to show me what they had, and what i could use to make the birthday party a great event. Once i started looking around, i found what i needed, and the store was very organized, and kept well. I didn't see things on the floor, and the workers stocking were very polite and ready to help you with any questions you had. Even though a Dollar Tree store may seem like a second hand store to many, this little store in Toppenish gave you the experience of being in a franchise grocery/market store experience. All i can say is this, THEY ARE TOP NOTCH. Not only did they help you, they were a very happy working staff, that made the atmosphere enjoyable to be in. Thank you Dollar Tree Associates for making our visit a memorable one. Have a great 2020.

taff including the manager would not look in the back for product I wanted to purchase. I specifically commented the amount of a $36 purchase. Apparently there is too much product in the back and they didn't have time look. Jaime if you see this your employees are messing with your profits. Sadly I won' t be buying from your store anymore. Date this happened to me is 11/17/21 @ noon.at Toppenish Dollar Tree. BTW, my total purchase would have been around $100.00

If I can give 0 stars I would Toppenish Dollar Tree:On March 18, 2022 my brother and mother were discriminate because they are both disabled. My brother went into Dollar tree to buy a couple of items, he is mute and has difficulty walking but understands when he is being talked to. After my brother picked up the items and paid, supervisor Ana confronted my mother outside the dollar tree store saying "it's wrong that he went in to the store without someone that is not DISABLED and can actually speak because I could not UNDERSTAND him, he can't even ask for a receipt." (Ana's words) Ana was asked to be respectful and not discriminate his disability, Ana continued to be desrespectful by laughing and clapping her hands in front of my brother, mother and other customers. Ana continued by saying "that is not discrimination its not our job to stop what we are doing to read a note he brings in or try to communicate with him." And at one point Ana even belittling my brother by calling him a "Chiquillo" (child in Spanish) My brother is a 48 year old man. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND UNBELIEVABLE!! We have also tried to talk to Amanda another "supervisor" and Amanda's answer to the incident was "its not our responsibility to help a disabled customer and he is not welcomed without a non disabled person." BOTH Ana and Amanda would not provide the corporate phone number or store number when asked. BOTH ANA and AMANDA are not suitable for a supervisor position they NEED to be reprimanded and removed as "supervisor's." Ana has gone against everything that the AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY ACT OF 1990 (ADA) CIVIL RIGHTS LAW stands for!! My family and I URGE you to fix this matter, my brother might be mute and disabled but has his family and friends to speak for him and stand up for him!Location Toppenish, WA state 98948

Horrible experience at the Toppenish Dollar Tree. The employees were rude, had no idea about their coupon policy, and told me I was a red flag because I was buying so many boxes of fabric sheets, and referred to me as that white girl to her manager. Very dissatisfied and dissappointed.

The manager needs training on how to deal with disabled people. Refusing to help them because its an inconvenience to you isn't professional at all. Laughing and clapping and belittling them is also not professional at all. I hope she learns to act right.
