Their sign has always said they close at 10PM, I Called twice before driving 20 miles to confirm they would be open because they have done this to me before. I pulled up to the speaker at 9:40PM and got no response, I pulled up to the window and the employee was just standing there “cleaning” acting as if she didn’t see me and my friend in our car.

They are getting very bad , last time the typist in the 4 strip chicken strip basket the bread was not even toasted it was in half but broken, and we didn't even get gravy. Last well they didn't have bananas for the banana split, they said if I wanted it without the bananas lol.I ordered a banana split today 6/24/22 literally the banana split only had 2 strawberries and a splash of pineapple, they're getting worse every day. So ridiculous paying so much for 2 strawberries and half of a banana.

They gave me the two parfaits and had me pull into the waiting spot, 30 minutes later they gave me my four blizzards, which were already melted when they handed them to me. The manager didn’t say and thing and walked away.

I felt like a chicken strip that had been sitting in a hot food display at a gas station for far longer than it should have. I really could have taken myself into the bathrooms that were pleasantly more cooler than the whole place. That should tell you how warm it was in there today. Please fix or adjust your air conditioning.

We were served sour ice cream.It was so sour we just threw it in the trash!8/23/22- we tried this place again for some reason. And yet again disappointed. They got all of are blizzards wrong. We got cold chicken basket and fries. And by far some of the worst employees to work anywhere. They are a bunch of little kids. You got little boys working their hitting on the girl employees while they are taking orders. The girls are rude! The boys are clowns. Need to hire new employees or retrain. Definitely not going back ever again!!!!

The staff of 2 was VERY overworked! They were so short staffed, but they did everything they could to keep the place running. Kudos to those two young men. They had to shut down one door to funnel customers in the main door and still stake care of the drive thru. Eventually they were so bombarded by customers they had to shut both doors and simply do the drive thru only. I respect these employees, they did what they could and they both deserve a raise.

Súper Horrible Experience!!!! Every time I have gone to Dairy Queen, I have had such a horrible experience! There is a long line, the window is far from the car and not to mention horrible customer service. I have gone three times recently and every time my order is or there are items missing. The workers have such a bad attitude. If you want to save yourself a headache, DO NOT GO to Dairy Queen in Toppenish!!!!! If I could give it ZERO STARS, I would!

20-30min wait. One car at a time and if you go inside there's 5 girls behind the counter doing one thing at a time for other orders. Poorly managed for ice cream that's already cold and ready to serve.

We went to Toppenish drive tru and got a banna split with pinapple that was sour (spoiled) bananas were black with only a small slice of strawberry. Bad customer service. I was very disappointed. I will never go again! Not worth my money. 🤢🤮

If I could give zero stars I would- they suck! They suck at customer service as well as food, they are not quick with food they squander around and talk. Their food tastes like the deep fryer and the ice cream from the freezer had frost burn which was so disgusting. The elderly ladies are nice and considerate but the little girls being hired are no where near their consistency. Highly recommended to PASS to another Fastfood restaurant . Drive thru takes AT LEAST 20-30minutes.

Apparently bad attitudes and being impolite is let go by the owners if the staff "has issues". Asking to speak to someone after waiting 20 min in an empty drive thru to order gets you a response of "keep your pants on lady". Very disappointing experience. We just wanted to get our kids a treat for great school work but we had to go another route.

If you come here be ready to wait at least 30 minutes for your order even if you think there not that busy also the burgers are so sloppy.The lettuce most of the time is a dark color. Bad place to come if your on your lunch.

I go to this Dairy Queen often, as my grandfather likes their $5 lunch. Every time I go there the older women that work there are rude. EVERY TIME. I wouldn't leave such a poor review had it only been this way once or twice, but I've been there dozens of times. One thing I find particularly irritating about this establishment is that they refuse to make items that aren't on the menu, even if they have all of the ingredients. I asked for a side of flamethrower sauce and they refused to let me have any because I purchased the $5 lunch and there wasn't a button to just have a side of sauce. Just recently I asked for the new Singles blizzard, to which they refused to make, even though they had all of the ingredients. Due to the fact that it wasn't on their menu they wouldn't make it, not even for an extra charge. I find this quite ridiculous considering I work at another Dairy Queen and we would never refuse a customer something if we had all of the ingredients to make it. IT'S CALLED A SPECIAL REQUEST. Unfortunately I will have to go back here for my grandfather, but this Dairy Queen is not living up to the potential that other Dairy Queen's do. They lack good customer service (mostly the older women) and are extremely slow in the drive-thru.

We've been patient considering staff shortage, but the service this past year is ridiculous!! Considering the reviews I've read so far for this particular establishment, I doubt things will change anytime soon.

As a resident of Toppenish, it's embarrassing to say that this is our dairy queen. Their service is slow, they don't even accept Dairy Queen gift cards, and in recent months they've been closing at 8: 00pm or earlier. Obviously, this is not the fault of the employees you see at the front counters or drive-thru, this is an upper management problem. They obviously don't see fit to invest anything into this location to improve it and it's really disappointing.

I have never been so disgusted with a restaurant, till now. The shift lead said because my husband asked a question about the mobile app coupons. She got irritated and told my husband that she didn’t have to serve him. Well I guess we don’t have to eat at this establishment. Will be making a call to corporate of this behavior. If this is the attitude of the owner where she allows her employees speak this way then corporate might want to rethink this franchise. I’m a manager of a restaurant and yah there or some customers I’m not fond of, but I put a smile on my face and help them. This was not acceptable. If I was this shift leads manager she would definitely be getting a write up. Recommend training for unruly or difficult customers. Not sayin my husband is one, cause that’s not the case. He was actually calm and small irritation in the tone. She just escalated the situation instead of diffusing it. Horrible experience. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone, till things change.

They never have the kind of blizzard that we try to order yet it's being advertised. Their blizzards are always runny. They never have the amount of candy or stuff in them they are supposed to. The consistency of the blizzard is like a thin milkshake. They show one upside down like they are supposed to but all the others are runny.

Eeew had to hear the worker call for Malcom every minute while they forgot our order because the girl working there couldn't work on her own she kept being weird and all we ordered was a couple of fries and waited almost half an hour until we had to ask for our money back that was ridiculous to see how the workers there were acting
