Nice little museum. Made a great short stop and break from the road. It's a small museum but very informative and definitely worth the time if you enjoy beer and the brewing process.Price for entry: $5

Small local museum. The museum is on a reservation and in a dry area. The exhibits are a little old but also still interesting. I was expecting something a little bigger and better sponsored by the hop growers. The intro video is fun and worth watching.

What a great way to learn about the growth and the health benefits of American Hops. I will never look at an IPA again in the same way. WORTH IT!

Fascinating little museum on the history of something I didn’t know existed. Very dated in the 80s, but informative nonetheless.

This was a really pleasant surprise. We had intended to see the railroad museum but sadly it was closed. This hops museum caught our high so we went in. It was well worth it. The ingenuity and productivity of American agriculture is amazing. We were shown a short video that explains the growing of hops. Of course we had seen massive hop fields as we drove through the valley and wondered what was going on. After the video we knew! We then walked through a pleasantly laid out and curated museum. The host was a delightful woman who made the experience fun. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyable gem of a tiny museum - This place is worth a stop while you are in Yakima Valley to get a basic familiarization with the basics of things you absolutely never thought about before in the flavor making component of your favorite beer. You can easily do it in 2 hours, and walk away with a day well spent because you learned something today. Great break from wine tasting, fun side trip in Toppenish which has great art murals on the buildings all over the place and is worth a visit just because of the murals. While you are there recommend that you eat at one of the local Mexican restaurants which were pretty good.

Museum website said they were open but door was locked and there was a sign saying appointment only. We went across the street to the railway museum and had a great time exploring old trains.

Excellent introduction to the history and growing of hops in the Yakima Valley. Abundia and Willie are both quite knowledgeable. I came away learning a great deal.
