It’s a good place to go when your in a bind And need something specific. Unfortunately there isn’t a lot of construction or repair advice like I’ve seen at other locations. But the staff is friendly and they try to help the best they can. I suppose my biggest bugaboo is the fact that I’ve been there got advice and ended up with the wrong part or item on a few occasions. Rude customer service. I went in looking for snow blowers and other buts and ends. The customer service reps didn't acknowledge me or my wife once. Even during check out the clerk only told me the total and scowled at me. This Ace was far from a friendly place and had a limited selection which makes it an easy lass for hardware needs.

Absolutely adore the mercantile of this shop! Friendly, helpful people. It makes shopping local WELL worth the couple extra pennies and more than saves on fuel heading to the big box stores. Great job!

I keep being surprised by what you can find at Lee Frank's. Good thing too, because it's just about the only place around that carries a lot of odd things I'm looking for.The staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I don't think there was ever a time that a staff member failed to ask me if I would like help finding anything.The staff are super consistent about wearing masks, and the store has good markings and signage indicating their policies. I have been disappointed with some customers' failure to follow the mask policy, and unfortunately most of the staff do nothing to enforce it. Sad, but I don't blame them for not wanting to confront people about it.

Always a great place to shop for home and garden supplies. Usually very fast service. This day it took me a little longer to find an employee that wasn't helping another customer. Not a bad thing and I didn't mind the short wait.

Nice little place thoroughly enjoyed our self they had lots of neat knickknacks lots of homemade goodies. We had fun there even took a picture of the owner. I bought a few things. The lady of the shop loved baby goats and so does my son and daughter-in-law. I asked her if I could take a picture of her store and I did and she even let me take a picture of her. It was a fun place to stop

The nice man named David was absolutely wonderful and incredibly resourceful. Helped us find the part we needed after we had given up and headed on to look for the next thing on our list. Right before checkout he made sure to find us again with the appropriate pieces we couldn’t find, using an adapter to make a creative solution to our plumbing problem. Great attitude and attention to customer service and the overall experience. Thank you for all your help and making a difference in our day! We will be returning again. :)

Surprisingly good selection of products here. Lots of small items, like specific nuts, O rings, etc. Staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You'll pay slightly more, but I have yet to walk out without what I needed. Saved soooo many trips to Omak!

Like most Ace hardware franchises Lee Frank Mercantile is nicely stocked. I was working far from home in Tonasket Washington and had to get the job done without the advantage of being able to run back to my shop for things. They had what I needed and they were friendly and polite. Apparently woman owned, I didn't get a chance to meet the attractive bosses lady but she seemed friendly to a visitor to her office while I watched. The store is clean and orderly and not at all the dark, dusty, crusty experience some hardware stores have become. They'll test your right at Lee Frank.

Don't buy anything more expensive than the monopoly games there. We bought an $800 generator from them, it blew up two months later. I fought with the clueless and rude management for two months to honor the warranty or give me a refund. This left me without air conditioning for July and August. After two months I got my generator back, damaged. Just not happy with the customer service. I worked at home depot for years and would have been fired many times over for the rude behavior that is the norm there. Also, their rubber duckies do not float.
